• Restaurant Associates is a full service catering company that can accommodate all of your Catering event planning needs. • All conference dining requests must be placed before 2pm the previous day. Please contact 312.525.6338 or email [email protected] • Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be fully charged. This includes any contracted external labor or rentals. • There is a $3 dollar per person delivery fee, up to 8 guests. Services over 8 guests will be charged a $25 delivery fee. The staffing charge is an administrative charge of the function. It is not purported to be a tip or gratuity and will not be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the employees who provide service to the guests. • Please note, that all special requests may incur additional service & rental fees. • Please contact the Catering Manager for events that require a dedicated attendant. • Premium Eco Friendly disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and condiments accompany all services and are included in the prices listed. • China is available at an additional charge of $2 per guest. • Orders are subject to 10.25% Illinois State Sales Tax . • Normal Delivery Hours: 7:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday- Friday • Events scheduled before 7:00am and after 5:00pm will incur an additional overtime staffing fee • For special events or requests, or to customize your event please contact our catering manager @ 312.525.5356.
