    IN BICI DA CANAZEI A MOENA Da Canazei nei pressi del campo sportivo e del parco giochi si imbocca la strada sterrata forestale "Cercenà". Si pedala su comodo e ombreggiato percorso fino a raggiungere la piana di Soreghès e la stazione della funivia Col Rodella a Campitello di Fassa. Si prosegue costeggiando il torrente Avisio. Tratti pianeggianti si alternano a brevi salite fino a raggiungere, all’altezza dell’abitato di Mazzin, un dosso attrezzato con panchine e giochi in legno per i bambini. Da qui inizia la discesa verso Pera di Fassa. Si incontrano ancora facili saliscendi fino alla località Fraine. Lasciato a destra il ponte in legno e a sinistra la cappella votiva, si continua sulla strada sterrata superando ameni pendii prativi. Si entra nel paese di Pozza di Fassa e si imbocca la Strada di Bagnes (da Piaz de Comun-Ufficio Turistico in direzione dei campi da tennis - Dò Vea). Su strada asfaltata si scende verso Moena. La pista affianca nuovamente il fiume Avisio tra prati e boschi, ma lascia spazio a magnifici scorci sulle creste del Latemar e del Catinaccio. Prestando attenzione si transita per la strada comunale che serve la zona artigianale di Soraga per raggiungere poi in pochi minuti il parco giochi ed il centro del paese. Si sottopassa in sicurezza la strada statale e si imbocca la salita verso "Palua". Guardandosi indietro, lo sguardo è catturato dalla vista sulla Val di Fassa, in mostra in tutta la sua bellezza, incorniciata dalle alte "crode" di roccia del Rosengarten (Catinaccio), del Sassolungo, del Pordoi e dei Monzoni.

La denominazione di origine protetta “Puzzone di Moena” è riservata al formaggio che risponde alle condizioni ed ai requisiti definiti nel presente disciplinare di produzione. Art. 2 Descrizione del prodotto 1. Il “Puzzone di Moena” DOP è un formaggio da tavola, a latte intero o parzialmente scremato, a fermentazione naturale o indotta, con l’aggiunta di latte innesto naturale. 2. Materia prima utilizzata: - latte crudo di vacca. 3. Caratteristiche del prodotto: a) Caratteristiche fisiche: - forma: cilindrica, a scalzo basso, leggermente convesso o piano, con facce piane o leggermente convesse; - dimensioni e peso della forma: diametro da 34 a 42 cm, altezza dello scalzo da 9 a 12 cm; peso da 9 a 13 kg; - crosta: liscia o poco rugosa, untuosa, color giallo ocra, marrone chiaro o rossiccio, più o meno asciutta; - pasta: semicotta, semidura, morbida, elastica, di colore bianco-giallo chiaro, con occhiatura medio piccola, sparsa. Il formaggio ottenuto dal latte di malga presenta una pasta con occhiatura medio grande e un colore giallo più accentuato. b) Caratteristiche chimiche: - grasso sulla sostanza secca: superiore al 45%; - umidità: da un minimo del 34% ad un massimo del 44%, verificata dopo un minimo di 90 giorni di stagionatura. c) Caratteristiche organolettiche: - sapore: robusto, intenso, lievemente e gradevolmente salato e/o piccante, con un appena percettibile retrogusto amarognolo; - odore e aroma: intenso, penetrante, con lieve sentore di ammoniaca. 1 4. Już pierwszy etap zweryfikuje nasze przygotowanie kondycyjne. Ponad 40 km odcinek w pięknej górskiej scenerii pokarze nam kto przez zimę nie próżnował i sumiennie uczęszczał na siłownię a kto po kryjomu objadał się pączkami. Plan przejazdu Punktem wyjścia jest miejscowość Levico Terme. Z tego miejsca jedziemy po ścieżce rowerowej Valsugana i mijamy miasteczko Roncegno Terme. Po minięciu kościołka jedziemy w kierunku miejscowości Ronchi i dalej w kierunku Torcegno. Z miejscowości Torcegno jedziemy kierunku Telve aż dojdziemy do skrzyżowania, gdzie zaczyna się podjazd na Passo Manghen (2 047 m). Na tym legendarnym podjeździe już kilkakrotnie rywalizowali zawodnicy startujący w Giro D'Italia. Z Passo Manghen pozostaje nam już fantastyczny zjazd prosto do Cavalese. A.T.U.H ul.
