Hillcroft Old Road | Harbertonford | | TQ9 7TA Seller Insight

Hillcroft is our family home which we moved into in 1969. Originally just the main house with a garage to the side, a coal store and an outside loo! In the 1970’s our dad decided to build the flat on the land at the side, initially as a ‘granny flat’ and then as both holiday accommodation and more recently as a long term rental. The flat has provided a good income for many years.

My sister and I went to the local school and played a full part in village life. Although the village has changed a lot it still has a very strong community and is a great place to bring up a family.

Totnes is very close by and has a great market on a Friday as well as lots of unique shops.

I can honestly say we did get full use out of living in such a beautiful part of the country with family days spent at the Beach or picnics on . *
