4 Fulton County Funds This year offered an exceptional opportunity through the generous support of the Lilly Endowment, as they are once again offering a matching grant opportunity. 6 Fulton County Scholarships This phase of the GIFT Initiative is focusing on strengthening community 8 Fulton County Grants foundations themselves by raising matching funds. Within our three communities, we have been offered a total of $1.5 million in matching funds. Within our rural 12 Fulton County Donors settings, this level of matching funds can be significant. Community Funds HELP MEET OUR EVER-CHANGING NEEDS The Northern Indiana Community Foundation has been offered $750,000 during the Lilly Endowment Inc. “Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow (GIFT) Phase VI” initiative. Now through March 2016, gifts made to Unrestricted Community Funds will be matched dollar for dollar.
