Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority (RCRRA) right-of-way from Union Depot to White Bear Lake.  The Rush Line Corridor is a transitway corridor extending 80 miles from Hinckley to Union Depot in St. Paul. What is the Rush Line Corridor

The Rush Line Corridor is a transitway extending 80 miles from Hinckley to Union Depot in St. Paul. The corridor links growing urban neighborhoods, suburbs, and rural cities and townships. Total corridor population is forecasted to grow by 43 percent between 2000 and 2030 - an increase of more than 158,000 people.

The robust economic growth potential in this corridor is essential for the elimination of concentrated areas of poverty. Growth in population and employment opportunity allow communities along the corridor to evaluate economic development opportunities, including transit-oriented development.
