Presentation In order that we can ensure that the proceedings are available at he beginning of the Travel & Stay conference, your manuscript must reach us by this deadline. If your manuscript is not submitted by this date, you are requested to send a copy of your paper to all participants prior to the conference. Furthermore please note that your manuscript will only be published in the proceedings if you have successfully registered as presenter. Instructions If nothing particular has been individually agreed upon with the author, the number of pages is restricted to a maximum of 8 pages. Your manuscript will not be edited or rewritten. With regards to the general outline and graphical style of the proceedings we therefore ask you to use the template for your manuscript, which includes all important writing instructions. This can be down-loaded or ordered via e-mail from [email protected] Download Word-Template Download LaTeX-Template Important guidelines, which have to be absolutely aligned, are: - Margins (left 2,5 cm, right 2,5 cm, top 2,5 cm, bottom 3,5 cm) - P ictures and graphics have to be embedded in the PDF-file - No indication of page numbers (will be carried out by the publisher) - Use of font Arial (minimum size 10), text 12 pt line spacing The use of company letterheads or paper with company logos will automati- cally lead to the manuscript being rejected! The same applies if any company identification is printed automatically throughout the text or if company- /product brochures are used as a "component" in the manuscript. The earlier we receive your manuscript, the more thoroughly Essentials we can review it and be of assistance if anything requires your attention. When you submit your manuscript to Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd you will be deemed to agree with these conditions. Download Copyright Agreement Software License Agreement The production of the USB flash drives may not be performed with any kind of unlicensed software. The authors of manuscripts must therefore affirm that only licensed software has been used to prepare their paper and thus release Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd from any claim for damages from third parties. Poster format and layout The design and content of the poster is a matter of the presenter. However we recommend that the size of your poster will be DIN A0 (84.1cm x 118.9 cm) in upright format and that you use colours for highlighting to make your poster more attractive. Hand-written papers are not allowed. Please make sure that you send your poster in electronic form by 1 June 2019 to [email protected] This is for a last quality check. If the poster is appro-ved we will produce the poster for you and set it up on the day you will have your poster presentation (either Wednesday 26 June 2019 or Thursday 27 June 2019). Please see the conference program for the exact date of your presentation. A document with tips and hints how to prepare the poster and the presentation on site is available for download. Download poster pattern and tips document Poster Sample for reference Please note that your poster and biography will also be sent to the session chairman in advance. Subject to change 06 Presentation The dialogue sessions, during which the posters are presented, will take place on Wednesday and Thursday during lunch time. Please see the conference program for the exact date and place of your presentation. We will set up the poster for you. Essentials The time allowed for the dialogue presentation is approx. 90 minutes (12:10-14:00) per day. Participation During the dialogue session no lecture sessions will be taking place. Manuscript The dialogue presentation is very useful for prolonged discussions with specialists at your poster Presentation booth. The papers of the dialogue presentations will also be included in the conference proceedings and have the same importance as the papers from the lecture presentations. Travel & Stay The dialogue session offers a great opportunity for presenting your work directly to other participants and discussing it with them. Display Board/Booth Each presenter will be provided with his/her own display board for presenting the paper. Additionally, the organizer will provide a sign on each booth indicating the number of your paper, as printed in the of ficial conference program. The booth will be in a V -shape and allows you to set up your presentation in an area of 2 x 1 m wide and 2.5 m height from the bottom. Each presenter will also have a table within the booth area. As there are two walls per presenter , we recommend to bring two posters for your presentation. Poster Set-Up We will set up your poster in advance. Presentation Language The official language during the entire conference will be English. Please prepare your poster in English. Meeting with your session chairman Please arrive at the area where your poster session will be held at least 5 to 10 minutes before your session begins. The session chairman will have already been given your short biography and manuscript.

Shanghai is China’s most thriving economic center, with GDP per capita climbing to US$20,398 by the end of 2018. Shanghai is a pioneer in China’s reform and opening- up, as well as innovation. A total of 670 multinational enterprises have set up regional headquarters in the city, and 441 foreign- invested R&D centers have also been established here.
