Colorado Avenue Esplanade Project Things to Know: Description: Lanes Reduced on 4th Street • Beginning Monday, Dear Neighbor, February 15, 4th Street will be reduced to one Reconstructing the Colorado Avenue/4th Street intersection requires the lane in each direction temporary reduction of northbound and southbound lanes on 4th Street between Broadway and between Broadway and the I-10 freeway.
