This is the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a jubilee or a forgiveness of debt. 2. Abolishes the income tax. 3. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area. 4. Creates a 14% flat rate non-essential-new-items-only sales tax revenue for the government. Food and medicine will not be taxed; nor will used items such as old homes. 5. Increases benefits to senior citizens. 6. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters. 7. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment. This clause reads: ―No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.‖ ―If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.‖ Page 1 of 33 8. a.) Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after N.E.S.A.R.A.’s announcement. The interim government will cancel all National Emergencies and return us back to constitutional law. b.) Barack Obama has always been the true president of the United States of America. He was Elected inside N.E.S.A.R.A Law. Therefore, he is not going anywhere. c.) After the arrests there will remain 64 good members in Congress. (Representative Maxine Waters updated this stat and said that there are less good members of the current Congress as of June 2017.) The good members of Congress will be working together with the Wise Council of Elders of the Ashtar Command, which includes members of the Brotherhood (and Sisterhood) of the Monastery of the 7 Rays. (In addition the 13 Grandmothers of our Native American Elders of Turtle Island are equally engaged in this process of creating divine government on Earth.) The Brotherhood (and Sisterhood) of The 7 Rays had known existence countless ages before, during the time of The Elder Race upon the Earth about 1 Billion years ago. However, it had never before had a monastery where students of life, highly advanced on the Great Path of Initiation, could come together in spiritual harmony to blend the flow of their life steams. Each student came into existence on one of the Seven Great Rays of Life, as we all do, and these Rays were to be blended by each student weaving his, or her, Ray, as though it were a coloured thread, into the tapestry which symbolized the Spiritual Life of the Monastery. Therefore, it was called the Brotherhood (and Sisterhood) of the Seven Rays, also known as The Brotherhood (and Sisterhood) of Illumination. Secret of The Andes ~ Author Brother Philip The Ashtar Command is also bringing in as its Ambassadors, Intergalactic Delegates to Shamballa the Greater located over the Gobi Desert, as well as calling on representatives of the Agartha Network such as King Rantu and Lady Master Meru, Lord Adama, and Commander Anton of the Silver Fleets. All of these beings are Members of 'The Command' as representatives of Telos, the capital of the Agartha Network, along with all 100 Inner Earth Cities of Light. Thus, Terra Nova, Titalacoria, the Diamond One – the New Earth - commences, with all of humanity, to live in peace and harmony in alignment with Divine Government, bringing Heaven into Earth in infinite bliss. The original wording of Point #8 was first created by Dove of Oneness. Then H.W. Bush [#41] changed the wording of that point, and reduced the N.E.S.A.R.A. Bill from its original 250 pages down to 75 pages. He called it the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, instead of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. H.W. Bush also proceeded to set up two disinformation websites with the false name, calling them N.E.S.A.R.A..com and N.E.S.A.R.A..org. Dove's website was called nesara.us which was on the right track at the beginning of this long saga. 9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups. 10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. 11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation. 12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law. 13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. Treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply. 14. Restores financial (and personal) privacy. 15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law. 16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide. Page 2 of 33 17. Establishes peace throughout the world. 18. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes. 19. Enables the release initially of over 6,000 patents of over 60,000 suppressed new technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines. Schoolhouse Rock – I’m Just a Bill 2. Creation of the Bill The story passed around for many years by many writers is as follows: ―2000 – Late one evening on March 9, 2000, a written quorum call was hand-delivered by Delta Force and Navy SEALS to 15 members of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House who were sponsors and co- sponsors of N.E.S.A.R.A.. They were immediately escorted by the Delta Force and Navy SEALs to their respective voting chambers where they passed the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. These 15 members of Congress were the only people lawfully allowed to hold office in accordance with the original 13th amendment. Remember, British soldiers destroyed copies of the Titles of Nobility Amendment (TONA) in the war of 1812 because it prevented anyone who had ties to the crown of England from holding public office. N.E.S.A.R.A. is the most ground breaking reformation to sweep not only this country, rather our planet in its entire history. The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the shadow government, and much more.‖ This short background contains some incorrect details which have been corrected verbally many times by Tara and Rama, the latest being on the Stargate Roundtable call of May 1st, 2014. Tara talked about ―Some of the history behind the N.E.S.A.R.A. Law‖ and about the people escorted by the Delta Force and the Navy Seals to their respective voting chambers to vote. False: Only 15 members of Congress were isolated. True: The entire Congress was involved. False: Members were escorted to their respective voting chambers. True: They were taken to an undisclosed location which was K.O.S. (King of Swords) starship which was accessible from the White House. This was couched as an undisclosed location because no one could talk about Star Ships at the time. Page 3 of 33 3. Factions and People Faction 1 Nazi 4th Reich; corporate fascists; corporatocracy/plutocracy of the fascist states; archons; Luciferian rebellious ones; the 13 families, cabal, dark Satanists; dark Aryans (White master race of Hitler’s time.); Satonians (Dark Sirians.); the Black Ops of the USA & all other countries [e.g., all the alphabet agencies – CIA, NRA, NSA, DEA, DIA, ATF, BLM, and on and on; the Mossad; MI5; MI6; Yakuza of Japan and similar groups elsewhere]; International Monetary Fund [IMF]; World Central Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Bank of International Settlements [BIS]; NATO; Tavistock; the United Nations; Committee of 300; Council of Foreign Relations; Trilateral Commission; The Bilderbergers’; U.S. police forces, Israeli (IDF) police forces and numerous other police forces around the world. All the above itineraries of groups are working for the New World Order under the United Nations which is the entire city of New York. Presently Henry Kissinger is the head of Dervertidedgunzdeinst, Nazi World Headquarters, located over Dachau death camp in Germany. George Bush Sr. is Kissinger’s first assistant at Nazi World Headquarters. All accept 64 (See above for update #8 c.) good members of the United States Congress have enjoined themselves with New World Order, Faction 1, Nazi Fourth Reich global black operations, thus totally compromising themselves.

    DIY Sovereignty and the Popular Right in Australia Judy Lattas Macquarie University [email protected] Abstract The concern of this paper is with the form that ‘right wing’ anti-government protest has taken in Australia in recent years. One tactic that is proving popular amongst those who have suffered setbacks in their hold on property, or in their small business ventures, is to declare their secession from Australia, and to establish an alternative jurisdiction and alternative citizenship. The author describes some of these projects, and links the serious political pursuit of this secessionist move to a movement in the USA called Sovereign Citizenship, which is itself linked to recent acts of anti-government sabotage called ‘paper terrorism’. I want to take up the conference theme of ‘Mobile Boundaries/Rigid Worlds’ in relation to the recent popularity in Australia of creating new countries - on a small scale, of course - in ‘do it yourself’ (DIY) projects involving a declaration of sovereignty and autonomy. Sometimes it is an experiment in citizenship or just for fun, but it is often done in protest. What I have in mind are those people, for example, who have declared their legal secession from Australia and formed their own principalities, like His Royal Highness Prince Leonard of the Hutt River Province Principality in Western Australia. While the story of Prince Leonard is legendary, others who are more contemporary are not well known. Commentators call these people micronationalists, which is a term that was coined in the 1990s to describe the activity that was pioneered by Prince Leonard of Hutt.

Angry Americans were beginning to fight back. A class action lawsuit was brewing which would threaten to change the balance of power. This change began in the mid 1970’s, when the Federal Land Bank illegally foreclosed on farmers mortgages all throughout the Midwest. In each of these cases the farmers were defrauded by the banks with the approval of the Federal Reserve System. These court cases would eventually become known as the farmer claims program. In 1978 an elderly ranch farmer in Colorado purchased a farm with loan from the Federal Land Bank; after he died the property was passed on to his son Roy Schwasinger Jr., who was a retired military general. Soon after a Federal Land Bank officer and Federal Marshall appeared on his property and informed him the bank was foreclosing on (utmäta) his farm and to vacate within 30 days. Without his knowledge, his deceased father signed a stipulation (avtal) which reverted the property back to the Federal Land Bank in the event of the borrower’s death. Outraged, Roy Schwasinger filed a class action lawsuit (ung. lämna in ansökan om åtal) in the Denver Federal Court system. But the case didn’t go very far and the suit was dismissed from filing incorrectly.

Then when the government realized either that he had in his possession these notes, and/or that he was going to reveal this information to the public, he supposedly went into hiding out of the country when he realized he was in grave danger. It was stated that he was involved in these alien and UFO investigations for over 33 years and went into hiding in 1990. With this last half of the Blue Planet Project Book, just as with the first half, English was a little rough and the spelling wasn’t too good. This has led several readers to comment that it couldn’t have been written by a scientist, it just didn’t have the scientific polish.
