Since NESARA has been mentioned several times recently, please allow me to give a short summary of what NESARA comprises.

The acronym NESARA stands for "National Economic Security and Reformation Act." The Act was passed by the American Congress in the year 2000 and never proclaimed, for reasons we will touch upon shortly.

As a program, NESARA can be viewed from several perspectives.

As a spiritually-directed financial program, it traces back to the work of St. Germaine and three other ascended masters. That work began in the Fifteenth

5 of 162 Century and was designed to provide a new economic system for the world during the present time of transition.

Sheldan Nidle's Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation describe the masters' work and its development over the centuries. I cite that passage at length:

“This time will … be heralded by an infusion of great abundance. This prosperity will be due largely to the endurance of our Earthly Allies and the brilliant strategies set in motion, many centuries ago, by the Ascended Masters Count St Germaine, Master Hilarion, Seraphis Bey and Saint Paul the Venetian.

“These Holy Beings were able to bring to this realm a financial and monetary plan whose secret purpose is to enable great abundance to rain down at the appropriate time. Although St Germaine is ultimately responsible for its success, each of the Ascended Masters we have mentioned has played a significant role in its present-day preparation.

“Briefly, … the Ottoman Turks, the Hapsburgs of Austria, the Bourbons of France and the Holy See conspired in the past to create a system of banking and trust that has lasted until this day. …

“The origins of their created Fractional Banking System are revealed in the ancient treasuries of Rome, Persia, India and China, and in the many empires of the New World. ...

“By Europe’s Middle Ages, control of this system had passed to the Pope and a series of allied Monarchs. This group was grievously threatened by the rise of the Ottomans in the Middle East, and by their capture of Constantinople. New arrangements were needed.

“St Paul the Venetian and Seraphis Bey were leaders in negotiating the new Secret Treaties, but only to prepare the way for the final phase of their strategy. St. Germaine carried this out beautifully, with help from the Master Hilarion. The outcome was a World Trust for this realm’s Light Workers.

6 of 162 “Funds were to be disbursed with the advent of Christendom’s Second Millennium. As that time approached, however, it became increasingly clear that the Cabals who control your world wished to avoid this payout.

“Therefore, a number of former members who left these groups and secretly supported Count St Germaine’s original intention, devised a way to defeat the secret manipulations of their former dark Cabals.

“This resulted in the rise of our Earthly Allies and an exceedingly complex strategy that took decades to bring to fruition. The process began as a way to ensure that the abundance promised by Count St Germaine was actually made available to Earth’s Light Workers.

“At first, this amounted to a number of Trusts whose true purpose was kept secret. A few decades later, it concerned the bringing to light of a humanitarian project approved by the IMF. Over time, this led to the emergence of a number of governmental, economic and political coalitions, which were protected by the Ascended Masters.

“They also encouraged Divine intervention by the Galactic Federation of Light. This First Contact mission would be allied, eventually, with those who so courageously had encouraged the disclosure of Count St Germain’s World Trust. In 1998, this measure was officially carried into effect by a series of secret agreements promising that the UFO cover-up would cease when these funds were disbursed.

“The outcome of almost a decade of secret conflict waged between this global coalition and Earth’s many dark Cabals culminated in the latter part of 2000. The remaining Dark Cabal realized that it was imperative for them to seize the leadership of Earth’s last superpower.

“Thus, they developed a policy that resembled a scheme they had employed in Germany during the 1930s [i.e., 9/11, designed to imitate the consequences of the Reichstag Fire]. They hoped that this policy would enable them to block the disbursement of funds. They also hungered to engage in a perpetual war that would allow them to complete the dismantling of this superpower’s Bill of Rights.

7 of 162 “At first, their policy seemed to succeed. However, their spitefulness resulted in a violent reaction that increased our Earthly Allies’ ability to counterbalance the power amassed by these last Cabals. Now, this Coalition has used your Planet’s most recent, illegal war in Iraq as the intolerable, final act that will break this last Cabal’s hold on the reins of power.” (1)

Viewed as a modern development, the roots of NESARA can be found in the response by the Supreme Court to banking foreclosures against farm property which the Court found to be illegal.

In the course of reviewing these practices, the Court went further and ruled that many other contemporary banking, taxation and governance arrangements were unconstitutional. For that, James Rink's article appears to be a good source. (2)

The National Economic Security and Reformation Act was passed by the American Congress in 2000, as Matthew Ward's states:

“The NESARA legislation is being processed within the laws of the God- inspired original US constitution.” (3)

“Because the United States determines to such a large extent what happens in your world, NESARA was devised in accordance with US laws rather than any other country's.” (4)

NESARA was due to be announced on Sept. 11, 2001 at 10:00 am, but the cabal blew up the World Trade Center buildings at 9:00 am to prevent it, as Matthew briefly alludes to.

“The dark forces are fighting tooth and nail to prevent even the awareness of NESARA, much less its implementation, and, at this point, delaying the announcement that must by law precede enactment of the widespread provisions is the only weapon left to them.

“They have been successful thus far in achieving delays by many means: assassinations of influential people who favor initiating the provisions without delay as well as others actively working toward this end; death threats to the families of light workers and to the workers themselves; double-agents within the ranks of the light workers; and terrorist assaults.

8 of 162 The US internal terrorist act of September 11, 2001, was the most dramatic of these tactics.” (5)

The gold which backed the new currency was stored in the basement of one of the WTC towers and was subsequently stolen by the cabal. Building 7 was the center of operations for 9/11 and was destroyed after the operation was complete.

Viewed from the widest possible angle, NESARA is a spiritually-inspired and - guided arrangement, as Matthew indicates.

“NESARA is legislation of the United States government that was designed by high light beings in conjunction with spiritual beings on the planet as the LEGAL means to usher in the era of peace, love and harmony on Earth.” (6)

“Some consider NESARA to be political and economic in nature while others view it as spiritual because of the high-level light beings affiliated with it. NESARA is both. When people are severely oppressed by political and economic conditions that foster impoverished living circumstances, lack of health care and education, monopoly of natural resources, slave labor, unjust laws and courts, starvation, and tyrannical regimes, offering 'soul food' isn’t enough.

“When people are preoccupied with mere survival requirements, giving them only spiritual messages is not going to bring about the global reforms they need to rise out of their misery. That is why the provisions of NESARA are monumental in scope, embodying sweeping reforms for Earth that will begin as soon as the legislation is officially announced. When people become aware of the reforms, they will be motivated to participate according to their capabilities.

“As in all other aspects of polarity still existing on Earth, NESARA is at one extreme and the dark forces that … the members themselves call the Illuminati are at the other.” (7)

9 of 162 NESARA is designed to erase poverty and all its attendant ills from Earth during a transitional period preceding Ascension so that the planet's sovereign citizens can focus their attention on planetary transformation, as SaLuSa indicates.

“The changes will not be imposed for the sake of it, but are part of our plan to bring you the comforts and protection, that will lift your experiences to a new level and bring you joy and happiness. Following that you will be in the right frame of mind to apply yourselves to the business of preparing for Ascension. That is the ultimate goal.” (8)

After, Ascension, this planet is destined to be weaned from the use of money, as SaLuSa points out: “Ultimately you [will] reach a stage where money has no place in a society that is founded upon sharing.” (9) Matthew confirms that the time will come after Ascension to drop the use of money:

“In Earth's Golden Age, the trend will be away from money and toward systems of sharing and bartering—the light intensity in souls will let those means of remuneration for services and conduct of commerce become as satisfying between nations as between individuals.” (10)

It was felt that there was no sense in implementing NESARA before the dark forces had been removed from power. Otherwise they would use their control of government to seize people's funds.

According to Matthew, the dark forces tenaciously held onto control of the top rungs of all human institutions.

“[The Illuminati's] tentacles reach the highest levels of governments; banking establishments; all media outlets; churches; multinational

10 of 162 corporations; royal families; educational, medical and drug, law and justice systems – NOTHING of influential nature on your planet is free of Illuminati control.” (11)

Matthew describes their stake in the matter:

“This powerful cabal has long recognized that to retain their control of Earth’s people, they must keep them in ignorance and fear and for millennia that has worked well for those currently in power and their dark predecessors. Now they are realizing that it cannot work for them much longer, and they are sparing no tactic to hold onto their fast-ebbing control.

“They rightly see NESARA as their total uprooting, because once the program’s reforms are implemented, the control of the darkness will crumble totally.” (12)

Many people wonder why the galactic and spirit coalition do not force the cabal to accept NESARA. They may not appreciate the requirement imposed on the coalition that it respect free will.

According to God's laws, the coalition is bound, until the arrival of a divine deadline, to allow even the Illuminati to exercise their free will, including in respect to NESARA, as Matthew explains.

“By Creator’s law, souls’ free will must be respected except in the case of nuclear detonations in space. That includes the free-will choices made by members of the dark forces to hold up and weaken—preferably doom— NESARA.” (13)

Another source of confusion arises from our belief that the coalition's plans are predestined and therefore fixed. But Kryon informs us, “there are things that we call wild cards. That is to say, potentials that nobody thought about.” (14) Matthew describes the situation facing the coalition:

“We can tell you what is fomenting behind the scenes regarding the truth about the global economy, but because Earth's energy field of potential is in such wild commotion, we cannot discern what information will emerge first or the order in which other facts will follow.” (15)

11 of 162 The coalition must allow for free-will choices; therefore their plans must respond to our actions, which means that they must be changeable, as SaLuSa tells us: “We continually adjust our plans according to the changes on Earth.”(16) “On a week- to-week basis so much could happen, and it is why we are unable to be more precise about the coming months.” (17)

However, SaLuSa does make one prediction regarding timing. On Jan. 1, 2010, he said that “if we were to anticipate where you might be by the end of this year, we would expect to have seen governmental changes and the first signs of the abundance program taking place.” (18)

Prior to 2001, it was planned to announce NESARA before disclosure. But by 2010, the order had been reversed, as SaLuSa indicates: “Disclosure ... must [now] precede the Abundance programs.” (19) My understanding is that the galactics had underestimated the degree of the Illuminati's intransigence. Persuasion has consistently failed and the galactics have finally determined that they might have to “force the issue.” Says SaLuSa:

“[The Illuminati's] capitulation would be welcomed, but they are not of the nature to admit defeat. In the end we may therefore have to force the issue, as our mission must soon start in earnest. Force is not a word we like, but it does not mean the use of physical force but rather like your chess game, it will be checkmate.” (20)

We have seen that NESARA can be described from several different vantage points and its exact date of implementation remains unknown. As an economic measure, it is intended to be temporary and transitional. As a spiritual measure, it is intended to inspire Earth's population with what is possible, which Ascension will fully reveal. Once NESARA comes, it will relieve Earth's population of poverty and toil and allow them to devote themselves fully to the ultimate task of planetary transformation. Footnotes

"The changes to ensure your promised future will be the fulfilment of all that has been planned, and are overseen by St. Germaine and a host of heavenly Beings. It has been brought into place over millennia of time, in anticipation of the end times. It was foreseen that the low vibrations on Earth would attract the dark Ones, and what would result from it. Therefore plans were made to remove them as soon as the Light became the dominant energy and when their power was diminishing.

"That time has arrived and with the levels of human consciousness increasing so quickly, there is now a higher vibration that is awakening people to the truth. St. Germaine is the Founder of a world trust fund that was set up a long time ago. It will be able to support a new financial system and enable a fair distribution of wealth. St. Germain’s message is that you should let Love and Light be your guide as you take your path to freedom, and know that the heavenly hosts are with you all of the time." Matthew as a young man

I'm reading through a message from Matthew Ward, when, all of a sudden, I find myself saying, "Wait a minute. Wait a minute. This is the Plan for our Ascension. This is the Plan I'm reading."

Because I tend to compartmentalize knowledge, I'd been keeping the Divine Plan and NESARA separate. But, as Matthew points out here, they aren't separate. NESARA IS the Divine Plan.

NESARA = National Economic Security and Reformation Act. A blueprint for a world that works for everyone.

Here's Matthew then explaining how near to extinction Gaia's physical body (that is, Earth) came for a lack of light. He takes us from there to the role played by NESARA in our Ascension.

______The two previous episodes when the planet’s very life was at stake, the release of amassed negativity happened with such cataclysmic force that all life forms perished. Gaia loved them all, even the people who contributed to the negativity, and each time of departure sorrowed her deeply.

This time she wanted her residents not only to survive, but physically ascend (1) with her planetary body, which would be restored to its original pristine health and beauty so all of her life forms could flourish and live together joyously and harmoniously. Her clear vision of that Earth became manifest in the universal continuum.

Accommodating Gaia’s desire and her body’s immediate need to start ridding itself of negativity required a massive amount of light, and God authorized powerful civilizations to provide it. The initial infusion stabilized Earth’s orbit, jarred her loose from deep third density’s entrenched negativity and enabled her to begin ascending.

Naturally, that light and all forthcoming from those far distant sources would be available to all of her life forms, too, but how to motivate humankind to peer through the darkness that shrouded the planet so they could “see the light” was quite another matter.

It was at that point the council entered the picture. They accepted the task of inspiring the peoples to take charge of their personal ascension by receptivity to the incoming light so they could start generating their own with forcefulness.

This was essential for two reasons of equal importance to ascension: Light transforms bodies’ carbon-based cells into the crystalline structure that can survive in vibratory levels that eventually Earth would reach; and by dissolving the “veil”

16 of 162 between third density consciousness and soul-level knowledge, the light opens hearts and minds to the spiritual enlightenment that engenders soul growth.

After discussing all the intricacies, complexities and requirements involved—first and foremost that everyone’s free will must be honored in accordance with Creator’s edict to rulers of all the universes—the council came up with a plan. It had to be put into a linear timeframe for your understanding, and since it is your world, it could only be what you want it to be.

Therefore, all aspects of the plan had to become part of the collective consciousness, that energy mass of countless thoughts, feelings and deeds that steers activity in Earth’s field of potential and determines what happens in your world.

So a major consideration was how to present the plan in a format that would start people thinking about it. At that time in your history, the United States was considered to be the most globally influential of all countries, making it practical to start there, and so it did—members of that government were inspired to form the National Economic Security and Reformation Act that is commonly known by its acronym NESARA.

This legislation has been the dark ones’ target of manifold lies and sabotage, which led to denial of its existence by some who heard of it and to serious misconceptions by others. If you don’t know what NESARA actually encompasses—it is no less than the basis of world transformation and spiritual renewal!—and its evolution through both light and dark passages, please read previous messages that give detailed accounts. The provisions of NESARA and all other facets of the plan were developed in the continuum, where what you think of as past, present and future is a series of simultaneous happenings; where souls’ evolutionary station is known by the amount of light they radiate and matching them up according to their interests, innate capabilities and necessary karmic experiencing can be easily arranged.

Always pre-birth agreements are made with unconditional love and designed to benefit every soul participating in the shared lifetime, and so it was with the council’s plan, albeit the most unusual and far-reaching ever devised. Never before

17 of 162 in this universe had an entire civilization entered into an agreement whereby the vast majority would undertake such a monumental challenge: completing in only one lifetime all third density karmic lessons they needed to achieve balance and evolve spiritually and consciously into fourth density.

This unique opportunity attracted trillions of eager souls, far more than could enter Earth’s population, and those who were selected were apprised of every part of the plan. They knew that after birth they would not remember any of it, but inner guidance would keep them on track via soul-level messages to the consciousness— conscience, intuition, instinct, aspirations and inspirations—because this is true of every physical life.

The stunning difference this time was, all participants knew that they would be helping to create in linear time a world that already exists in the continuum by virtue of Gaia’s manifestation. And, all felt certain that they would masterfully perform their chosen roles.

Nevertheless, in the council’s planning of a process unprecedented in speed and scope, they wisely took into account that some of the weaker souls might falter and welcome assistance in addition to the continuous in-beaming of light from distant civilizations, and the plan included several means to handle that contingency.

Stronger souls who had shared lifetimes with weaker ones could take upon themselves a portion of those souls’ heavy karma; volunteers for those roles were in fourth or higher densities, and so were the energy healers, psychic intermediaries and receivers of telepathic communication, who would help in their respective ways.

A multitude of souls was needed to become way-showers and standard-bearers. Some would intuitively know the truth of information transmitted by messengers in the light and share it with all who were receptive; others would become active in various reform efforts or prepare for professions where they could influence positive changes; and some of the many souls who would exemplify the power of positive thoughts and feelings and the joy of living in godly ways would fill other roles, too.

18 of 162 ______Well, I'll be. A lightbulb moment for me. We've had the Divine Plan before us all this time and I treated it as a merely-economic charter. NESARA is next to look at, as soon as I'm complete with Ascension.

On every front, we see the financial system so finely crafted by the global elite coming crashing down.

At the same time we see the elite circling the wagons, trying to take advantage of events to increase their wealth or, if not, at least to conserve it.

The process is revealing their true colors. Instead, of seeing to those who are suffering, they are showing themselves solely concerned with their own fortunes.

Within nations, they scale back unemployment benefits and pensions. Among nations, they show countries in trouble the door.

In the meantime, those at the very top of the economic pyramid are paid outrageous bonuses. Insider knowledge allows them to sell their stocks before prices fall. Or they’re paid huge sums by insurance companies while leaving people affected by their actions broke.

Moreover, they show themselves prepared to use taxpayers dollars to bail out banks and buy needless defence systems ("needless" because they themselves create the "war on terror"), all of which benefit them, while restricting lending to and spending on ordinary people.

20 of 162 This is not a sustainable system. SaLuSa tells us that this way of doing things has no future. An inequitable economic system such as this is doomed to collapse and be replaced by what he calls the “abundance program.”

In this article, I'd like to restrict my attention to SaLuSa's messages on the subject, although I could have consulted Matthew Ward and Saul as well. But for the sake of simplicity and comprehensibility, I'd like to remain with just the one.

As of March of this year, SaLuSa told us that the world's financial system was teetering on the brink of collapse. But at the same time, he also revealed that a new financial system was ready to replace the old.

“The financial systems of the world are teetering on the brink of collapse and it can be expected because they are no longer adequate or sustainable to overcome your problems. Behind the scenes everything is prepared and in readiness for a new system, and it will be implemented when it is exactly right to introduce you to it.

“It will overcome all of the frailties and drawbacks that devalued the [existing] system in more ways than one. You want stability and what you can appropriately call 'value for money,' and as you know it is to be backed by gold and other precious metals.

“No longer will it be used to serve the greed of the banking fraternity, who will be required to observe a fair and honorable code of practice. There will be no place for the old system, and it will be quickly changed for the good of all.” (1)

21 of 162 One of the features of the old, unsustainable system was that it allowed the financial cabal to print off paper money, reducing the value of people's holdings while shoring up the power of the financial cabal. This practice will end.

“Our allies in many countries are agreed on a plan for a metals-backed currency, and the end of the paper currency that has led you into bankruptcy.

“These are the essential changes to set up a fair system, that will protect your earnings and property from unconstitutional laws. The changes will affect the whole world and that is indeed the intention, so that you are released from unfair systems that include your tax laws. There is at last a glow on the horizon as the Light permeates into every corner of your world.” (2)

The new abundance program, together with other measures the galactics and Spiritual Hierarchy will introduce, will solve all our economic and financial problems. It won't be done immediately but in a short space of time. The solution of our problems will be global in scope.

“When we tell you all of your problems will be solved, we mean that precisely. It cannot be done overnight, but one of the priorities is to organize abundance so that eventually no one is without sustenance.

“Since we observe your whole world we know where the worst cases of poverty and decay exist, where basic needs are not covered and medical services barely exist. We will deal with those urgent problems very quickly, and what we want to see is living standards lifted up.

“The Illuminati have persistently ignored these conditions, and have kept people down deliberately as part of their population cleansing.” (3)

22 of 162 SaLuSa predicts the outcome of the steps that President Obama will take to curb the financial elite.

“You are seeing a firm response by US President Obama to the banking proposals to continue paying grossly inflated bonuses. This will have repercussions across the world, as other countries will be bound to follow suit when presented with the same problem. It is one of the first steps Obama has been able to make that show his resolve to change the financial set up, and the manner in which banks trade. If they try to override his edict, they face the prospect of even more restrictions.

“These are the type of changes that will eventually speed along the abundance program, as the old system is totally unacceptable for such changes to work safely and satisfactorily. It will introduce a fair system that is for everyone’s benefit, and when completed will have lifted everyone up.

“There cannot be the 'haves' and 'have nots' in a society that promotes the aim of equality, and desires to share with all the benefits of your labors. True souls of the Light would have no argument with such changes, and indeed are the very ones that have been promoting them.” (4)

Introduction of the abundance program awaits disclosure: “Disclosure still remains as an important development that must precede the abundance programs.” (5)

“You will see that our intentions are to lead you as soon as possible out of the restrictions imposed upon you, and introduce into your lives all that will quickly improve the quality of it. The abundance program will clearly be a major step forward, but first disclosure must come about and thus allow our open presence on Earth.

“With that, all actions withheld and waiting our interaction with you can begin. You will not have to wait an interminable time to witness these developments, and any further delays will only mean a revision of our plans to ensure a speedier conclusion.” (6)

The galactics cannot be exact about timing: “On a week-to-week basis so much could happen, and it is why we are unable to be more precise about the coming months.” (7)

23 of 162 However, SaLuSa can say that we should see first results before the end of this year:

“This year [2010] will be the beginning of many dramatic events, and you will see the plan for abundance and other benefits promised to you taking shape. … If we were to anticipate where you might be by the end of this year, we would expect to have seen governmental changes and the first signs of the abundance program taking place.” (8)

The new financial system will ease conditions that have led to so much conflict.

“When all are treated fairly and wealth is shared, the need to resort to other means to acquire it becomes unnecessary. Inequality is something you are longer prepared to put up with, and your intent that it shall be changed will manifest the result that will bring it about. Indeed, Dear Ones, with your awakening and growth in consciousness you have realized that what you seek is your right.” (9)

The changeover will be rapid: “Already the foundations are in place for a quick change, where your financial systems are concerned.” (10)

Abundance will dramatically lift the spirits of the population of the world and prepare us to concentrate on Ascension.

“The mood of the people will change dramatically once they are informed of our mission. We offer you release from the thralldom of many centuries of persecution, poverty and wars that have kept you in the control of the dark Ones. That alone will bring joy and hope to those who are still experiencing such conditions, and through the prosperity program will address many current issues. We will be more involved in the bigger ones that have beset your whole world. ...

“The lack of basic requirements that have left the poorer people in shanty towns, without proper facilities or medical care [must be reversed as soon as possible]. We are well aware of the priorities where you are concerned, and regardless of size our vast fleet and personnel can handle them with ease. ...

“The changes will not be imposed for the sake of it, but are part of our plan to bring you the comforts and protection that will lift your experiences to a new level and bring you joy and happiness. Following that you will be in the right frame of mind to apply yourselves to the business of preparing for Ascension. That is the ultimate goal.” (11)

But before that time, we must endure a complete financial collapse, denying the Illuminati their source of power; namely, wealth. This may cause us some anxiety.

“As the old falls away it is understandable that you are concerned, because as yet you cannot see what will take its place. However, the fact that you see the demise of that which has proved inadequate and responsible for your present position means that you will not readily accept a resurrection of the same again. That is clearly desirable, as otherwise there would be a return to the old ways.

“It is planned to advance your civilization so that there is a natural progression to Ascension. That which has been denied you will quickly come into your lives, and provide the answers to the problems that confront you now. We can address all issues so that you take a quantum leap into the New Age.” (12)

SaLuSa assures us that the star nations know and have planned for all eventualities, including the oil spill, which he may have hinted at prior to its occurrence. Here is his update of April 10, 2010:

“We share responsibility for your future just as much as you do, and together we will have no difficulty in getting you prepared for the wonderful and exciting times just ahead. Already you have had sufficient information to understand the nature of them. Clearing away the result of years of pollution is high on our list, and although the size of the task is extremely large, with our technology it will be dealt with in next to no time.

“The environment has to be restored as first measure to lift everyone’s living conditions. Then shall the basic needs of the poorer people be

This then is what we'll be experiencing in the weeks and months ahead. The old system will collapse but be replaced by a new and more equitable arrangement. Everyone's financial needs will be seen to and the changeover will come quickly once the program can be introduced.

There's no need to fear what's happening. Knowing what we know, we can watch the process unfold with certain knowledge that what follows it will be to the satisfaction of all the people of the world. Footnotes

Although the term is not used, its purpose—to stabilize the global economy by putting all currencies on the gold standard—is one of several provisions in NESARA, the acronym for National Economic Security and Reformation Act, that was written by some of Earth’s Golden Age master planners in collaboration with evolved residents of Earth.

Even today relatively few people are aware of this United States legislation signed by President Bill Clinton in 2000 because those who knew about it were bound by a “gag order” that he and other Illuminati members of the government imposed.

27 of 162 After the Act became publicized to some extent via dissemination of information transmitted by off-planet sources to their receivers, the government set up a disinformation website—National Economic Stabilization [later changed to Security] and Recovery Act—and incorrect information about NESARA was circulated to mislead people who had heard about it. Never has it been an investment program nor does it include the delivery of “prosperity packages,” depositing millions of dollars in bank accounts or cancelling legitimate debts. (1)

The authentic NESARA was to be announced worldwide and go into effect on September 12, 2001. To prevent that world-changing event, President George W. Bush and his Illuminati colleagues ordered the infamous betrayal of their country commonly known as “9/11.” That also let them move forward on their pre-planned invasion of [Afghanistan and] Iraq under the “war on terror” banner.

It would be natural to wonder why a program that has monumental global ramifications began with legislation in the United States. First, NESARA’s provisions had to be framed within your laws; otherwise, it would be a matter of souls from other civilizations imposing their ideas upon the people of Earth and universal laws prohibit that kind of interference, even when it is in the people’s best interests.

Second, it was imperative that the profound changes the Act contains be implemented first in the United States because it was the most Illuminati-ridden and the most powerful nation in your world. Although the latter status now shares the spotlight, that government’s actions still heavily influence what happens in many other countries.

And it was necessary to act on NESARA’s provision that changes the United States’ corporate status - that had been surreptitiously set up by the Illuminati - to a republic, as was intended by the colonists who waged the war for independence.

The Act’s primary economic thrust is something that could not be spelled out in any legislation: legally obtaining the vast wealth that has been illegally and immorally amassed by the Illuminati and using those funds to eliminate impoverishment, which, by and large, is of their creating. (2) Let us cite an example that you may remember from previous messages.

28 of 162 The earthquake that devastated Haiti was caused by the Illuminati’s weather- control technology; after the quake, former US presidents Bush and Clinton went there to divert into their own pockets the monies donated for aid and reconstruction. As for the people of Haiti, these six years later still are living in unsanitary, substandard conditions just as before the earthquake hit, and many residences are makeshift hovels amidst the rubble of destroyed communities.

The unconscionable disparity between the haves and the have-nots in your world caused an imbalance in Earth’s energy field that must be remedied and other NESARA provisions also are designed to do that. They cancel debts incurred through IMF loans; end usurious interest rates; topple the privately-owned Federal Reserve System, whose tentacles span the globe, and its collection agency, the IRS; and end the currency trading that has enabled the Illuminati to reap fortunes, and that is where global reset fits in.

NESARA is the United States legislation National Economic Security and Reformation Act. GESARA is the same, but Global replaces National so the Act is applicable worldwide.

There has been “help from heavenly forces” from the onset. The very concept of NESARA came from the Highest Universal Council planners of Earth’s Golden Age [Steve: Of which Matthew was a member], and St. Germaine was one of the principals who composed the Act, which was signed into law about 20 years ago.

It is a legal document so its provisions can be only political and economic, but its purpose is no less than world transformation. As an indication of the Act’s vital significance, the Illuminati prevented its scheduled announcement September 12, 2001, by staging the terrorism you know as “9/11.”

Because subsequent efforts to announce NESARA also were futile, its aspects have been implemented incrementally thanks to the perseverance of volunteer lightworkers from other civilizations.

“Can Matthew please elaborate on this statement: ‘Debt forgiveness that you may have heard about will be done on an individual basis, not across the board.’” [May 30, 2017]

We thank this reader—that statement does beg more explanation than we have given in previous messages. Many who know of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act, United States legislation commonly known as NESARA, interpret its debt forgiveness provision as canceling all debts incurred by all citizens of that country.

31 of 162 That is not correct. The intent of that provision is financial fairness worldwide, and that would not be accomplished by wiping the slates clean of people whose debts are due to flagrant spending and luxurious living while ignoring the people who owe nothing because they have nothing.

The provision is part and parcel of global economic reformation that will end the dark ones’ international web of deceit and control that for centuries has been enriching the wealthiest few and consigning the masses to impoverishment.

Therefore, one aim of the provision is eradicating the balance of loans made to countries by the International Monetary Fund, an Illuminati operation. When national leaders kept the monies in exchange for control of the country’s natural resources and the debt went to the people, reimbursement of loan and interest payments will go directly into building or upgrading those countries’ infrastructures and other areas in consonance with the voice of the citizenry.

This comprehensive undertaking will be supervised by experienced managers selected by and accountable to a council of internationally-respected persons. Loans that have been repaid in full will be returned with interest to governments that used the funds to benefit the people; that will undergird those nations’ fiscal stability and promote the growth of prosperity.

Debt relief on an individual basis will benefit people who pay usurious interest rates and burdensome taxes. This part of the provision calls for reducing balances of mortgages, other loans and credit accounts by the amount of interest and income taxes paid through the years. The combination of payments will eliminate the debt load of many, and, if it exceeds debts, individuals will be given the amount of the excess.

Financial assistance will be provided to people living in rental residences or are homeless and to persons who have student loans—those also will be calculated on an individual basis. If people who qualify for the described reimbursements or assistance no longer are living, the amount will be distributed to their families or in accordance with their wills.

We have been told that this mammoth undertaking will begin as quickly as possible after acquisition of the funds, the Illuminati’s illegally and immorally amassed vast fortunes that still are in their grasp. Because this endeavor is global in scope and

As for economic collapse in the United States, that country's coffers have been empty for some time, and its citizens can only benefit from new economic management. The US national debt is due to the Illuminati's skullduggery in calculating it, and when their Federal Reserve System and its collection arm, the IRS, are dissolved, the actual debt will be manageable.

The unspeakable fortunes illegally amassed by the top Illuminati will be returned to circulation, and since those fortunes enabled them to control governments, banking and multinational corporations, that control will end. Bartering can be an excellent way for nations to conduct some business, just as in small communities, and outright assistance will be given to impoverished countries. ...

Not only will the Illuminati money be distributed wherever the need is greatest, but their control of natural resources will too, as will the wanton destruction of the environment through oil and gas extraction, mining, logging and pollution. Technologies now suppressed and the more advanced technologies that will be introduced by your universal brothers and sisters will clear the pollution and provide renewable energy and building materials.

Because money is the basis not only for commerce, but even more so for concentrating power, the need for economic reforms worldwide is as crucial as changes in national leadership. The Illuminati's illegally and immorally garnered fortunes will be put into circulation and their exploitation of natural resources worldwide will end. Since that power base is what enabled them to set government and banking policies and own multinational corporations, those corrupt controls also will end. The huge debts of the poorest nations were incurred by their state of desperation, often caused by Illuminati actions and influence; but the loans went to the despots ruling the countries and did not benefit the citizens, so those debts will be annulled and assistance given directly to the people.

Many national borders have been set by the victors in war who wanted the natural resources, and that created "have-nots" who formerly were "haves." When the LOVE in souls ends all conflicts, borders no longer will be cause for dispute because all peoples will be "haves."

36 of 162 The coffers of the United States, which is erroneously considered the most fiscally sound nation in the world, have been empty for some time. The national debt, in large part due to the skullduggery of the Illuminati-owned Federal Reserve System and its IRS collection agency, will become manageable when that System is dissolved.

The various currencies, especially dollars, have no foundation - daily transactions involving billions of dollars and other currencies are merely information passed from one computer to another and they far exceed the money to back them. The "new" foundation for currencies will be a return to an old one, where precious metals was a set standard for exchange, and "old fashioned" bartering once again will be an excellent way for nations and communities to conduct some business.

The allocation of food and other basic life essentials available in the richer countries will be shared on an equitable basis with the poorer countries until a global production order is achieved.

Diets will change from meat and seafood to plants as people learn to respect and honor all animal life. The herds of food animals will decrease through the cessation of breeding and natural transition, and as plants become diet staples, any that were harmfully genetically engineered will shed those properties. ...

Now I must tell you as well that the transition from this day to that world will continue to present challenges. To say otherwise would be neither truthful nor prudent as your expectations would not be met, and instead of successfully dealing with challenges - which you are well prepared to do with wisdom and strength of spirit and character or you wouldn't have chosen and been selected to participate! - you could become discouraged as Earth continues apace on her ascension journey.

Wars and other violence, injustices, deception and corruption will continue until that energy set in motion is played out. Although the dark forces, the vast force field of negative thought forms, has left this part of the galaxy, tentacles of that energetic influence remain and are making last ditch efforts to control the most vulnerable souls as well as attack those with the brightest light.

Further, the higher frequencies now on the planet are magnifying all human characteristics, and those that are darkly-inclined are showing that intensification

So, while not all of the dark skirmishes are past, we urge you to be encouraged by each that arises - it means that the vanquishing of the darkness is that much nearer. Rejoice in knowing that its momentum is close to to the point of exhaustion because all of you who are living your light are helping to speed it to conclusion.

I notice in myself a tendency to compartmentalize things like NESARA and consider it only a financial and an economic arrangement. But in fact, it's at once more than that and at the same time simply a facet of a greater whole. How can I describe that? Hmmm....

There are many sides to that discussion. The first one I'd like to mention is that we're moving towards unitive consciousness and NESARA is a way of behaving economically that translates unitive consciousness into financial behavior.

Unitive consciousness as a social matter produces, as Werner Erhard pointed out so many years ago, "a world that works for everyone, with no one left out." (2) That's where we're headed. That's what we're building.

If we were to consider a world that works for everyone from a spiritual point of view, we'd be talking about tolerance for other people's religions, their paths, their disciplines, and their traditions.

If we were to consider a world that works for everyone from a medical standpoint, we'd be talking about universal accessibility to health care at no cost. We'd be

39 of 162 talking about everyone having what they needed and the entire society operating in a manner that looked to and ensured that universal accessibility occurred.

If we were to consider a world that works for everyone from the standpoint of finances and economics, then we'd be talking about NESARA. So NESARA is an arrangement that captures how unitive consciousness invites us to operate financially. NESARA is an arrangement that expresses a world that works for everyone in financial terms or the financial behavior of people who embrace the ideal of a world that works for everyone.

Secondly, we need to consider that the society that enjoys NESARA will not be the same society that is standing here, now, looking forward. Oh, yes, the same people, but not the same mindset, mood, or experience. The energies continue to rise on this planet. By the time we reach NESARA, we'll be happier, more blissful, more joyful. Cooperating will be easier and in fact it will seem natural, whereas competition seems natural now. Peace will probably have been declared so there will be no desire to go to war, no ability to do so, no temptation to do so.

Therefore, we probably cannot see NESARA through these eyes. We have to imagine what it will look like as seen through the expanded, peaceful, joyful eyes we'll be seeing through then.

We cannot understand what life will be like under NESARA thinking from where we are now. Einstein once said that our social problems cannot be solved thinking from the level at which the problems were created. More competition will not make competition disappear and cooperation establish itself on Earth. More predatory conduct will not see predatory conduct disappear. As I said a while back, if we want predatory competition to disappear, we have to stop the train and lay new track.

But more to the point we cannot imagine our changed society looking from the standpoint of our unchanged society. These eyes cannot see or imagine those days. Fortunately we have a host of ascended beings who are looking through those eyes and they can imagine it and are creating it for us or we might never have NESARA.

NESARA mandates that borders fall. NESARA presupposes that the current tax structure be gone, debt disappear, and that government serve significantly different

40 of 162 purposes than it does now. We can't project our current situation into the era in which NESARA exists. This current society is falling away and NESARA will see entirely new social arrangements being nurtured and put in place.

Thirdly, NESARA will be part of a wider program that will see us using replicators, if I'm correct in my understanding, robots, better computers, anti- gravity vehicles, and so on. It doesn't make sense to consider how we'll use Earth's resources under NESARA because, by then, we probably won't be using Earth's resources very much compared to now. It isn't as useful to consider how we'll work under NESARA because a lot of work will disappear. And lest we think we'll be bored, we need to remember that blissful people are very seldom bored.

So I just encourage us to understand and acknowledge all the changes that will occur along with NESARA, how our mood and experience of life will be altered by then, and how NESARA itself is just a part of a total program that will revolutionize life, and is not simply a new currency, gold standard, and debt forgiveness. NESARA is a step along the road to Ascension itself and a "middle- ground" arrangement that is better than this and not as good as that. And it can't be imagined coming from or extrapolating from life as it is now.

NESARA stands for the "National Economic Security and Reformation Act," which was passed by a rump of the American Congress composed of the only members considered not corrupt. There is much misinformation and disinformation on NESARA. If you look in the "Library" on this site, you'll find copious material on the subject. (1) More appears in the First Contact database. (2)

My understanding is that there are a large number of tributaries of the prosperity program and not a lot is said about the subject because saying too much could simply multiply cabal resistance to it.

There are the farm claims and other claims programs, about which I know little. There is the St. Germaine World Trust. There is money that has been reclaimed from the Illuminati over many years, including from ships laden with platinum, silver, currency and bonds sunk in the Pacific by the cabal to be brought up later.

$100,000 bills recovered from treasure ships.

“As we have told you many times, wealth also will be re-distributed and we are already starting to recover hidden caches of valuable metals. Add to it St. Germain’s World Trust Fund, and you will have sufficient to ensure that everyone is above the poverty levels that so many are experiencing now.” (5)

For many years now, the galactics have been redirecting Illuminati funds into NESARA coffers. Here is Matthew Ward on the subject in 2004:

“ET technology will be directed at electronic issues wherein money movement will not go the way the dark forces intend and undetectable glitches in their communication efforts will create confusion and errors.

“I am not speaking ‘out of school’ here as the dark forces are aware that this has started happening and they cannot locate the origins or detect and correct the flaws. This adds to their fear that they are losing control and their activities will become even more clumsy and obvious until all is ‘brought to light.’" (6)

Matthew tells us that the money so recovered will be used for our benefit:

44 of 162 “The Illuminati's illegally and immorally garnered fortunes will be put into circulation and their exploitation of natural resources worldwide will end. Since that power base is what enabled them to set government and banking policies and own multinational corporations, those corrupt controls also will end.

“The huge debts of the poorest nations were incurred by their state of desperation, often caused by Illuminati actions and influence; but the loans went to the despots ruling the countries and did not benefit the citizens, so those debts will be annulled and assistance given directly to the people.” (7)

He says the same thing on another occasion:

“The unspeakable fortunes illegally amassed by the top Illuminati will be returned to circulation, and since those fortunes enabled them to control governments, banking and multinational corporations, that control will end. ...

“The Illuminati money [will] be distributed wherever the need is greatest.” (8)

People may find it a bit of a stretch but it's my understanding that galactics have brought gold to Earth to be part of the abundance plan. I haven't been able to locate the discussion of this in the channeled messages but I do recall seeing mention of it a few years ago.

SaLuSa told us in 2012 that the cabal would fall apart and not be allowed to resurrect itself.

"The financial wing of the cabal has ... fallen apart, and it will not be allowed to be resurrected in its old format. In fact as fast as they plug one hole another appears elsewhere, and in the end a new system will be the only answer.

“As the old one falls apart so it is revealing the extent of malpractice and corruption that has taken place for a very long time. So do not worry about

45 of 162 the continuing problems, because at a future date not so very far away it will change for the better.” (9)

Bonds from treasure ships.

He assured us that “abundance will see the return of prosperity and a fair and equitable sharing of your wealth. You will gradually move into a new phase of life that will be a prelude to Ascension, and bring you nearer to the Oneness that you will enjoy.” (10)

He revealed that the galactics have no need for money:

“Dear Ones, we have no requirement for money as everything is shared, and each soul’s requirements are provided to ensure they have the best standard of life possible. When you have no such needs the quality of life is idyllic, and allows for ample time for the pursuance of personal interests.” (11)

But they do have a use for gold, which is important to human development, Matthew tells us.

"In highly evolved civilizations, gold is naturally an ingredient of their bodies because it is one of the most beneficial elements in the universe.

46 of 162 "As the microcosm of the universe that each of you is, this is how it applies to you: Gold enhances brain functioning and contributes to physiological stability through cellular regeneration.

"Throughout the eons of deterioration of human intelligence and the loss of knowledge that each life form started in the pure love essence of Creator and is a part of the Supreme Ruler of this universe, the use of gold went from health to wealth.

"It spiraled downward from its vital role in spiritual clarity and physical well being to its use as jewelry and other objects of opulence and eventually became the foundation for some economic systems.

"Gold also is an important part of higher civilizations’ technology. The earliest visitors to your planet went there precisely to look for gold, and upon discovering it, kept this a secret so they didn’t have to share their find with any other civilizations." (12)

SaLuSa informed us that there will be no need for us to toil for the necessaries of existence:

“The labours of life as you now experience them will no longer exist, and you will not toil and work your knuckles to the bone to exist. It has only been the greed for power and wealth by the richest families in your world, that has limited your progress towards such a society on Earth.” (13)

The abundance program will see a new way of thinking arise, according to Diane of Sirius:

“It is your God-given right to enjoy peace and happiness, but it requires a great lifting up into the Light so that it is achieved through the loving intent of you all.

“Once the new plan starts to manifest, you shall see the benefits of moving into a new way of thinking and sharing that will bring you all together. Gone will be the thrust that has promoted the class distinctions based on wealth, and money will quickly cease to be a measure of success.” (14)

SaluSa tells us that we were never meant to be wage slaves.

47 of 162 “There will be an entirely new mindset that puts others first, until everyone has a fair share of the benefits of all labours. Work will not in fact occupy you to the extent it does now, and more than ample time will be available to follow more leisurely pursuits. You were never meant to be the slaves of those corporations that demand so much from their workers.” (15)

The revaluation that's taking place is not simply a revaluation of the Iraqi currency, but of many currencies. It’s my guess that the revaluation rights some inequities in and of itself. It's also meant to benefit lightworkers.

That being said, please do not hear what I say here as an endorsement of it or an inducement for you to take part in it. I'm not in a position to make statements of that kind.

I'm under the impression that it won't be possible for the cabal to benefit from it but I have to say that I'm extrapolating from what has been said about NESARA when I say that. I haven't actually seen anyone say that the cabal cannot benefit from the reval.

Gold apparently has many benefits beyond the financial.

Of the revaluation, Archangel Michael said recently on An Hour with an Angel:

“This gift of abundance and economic freedom ... is part and parcel of the restoration.” (1)

In another interview, I asked AAM what the connection was between the reval and the arrival of NESARA:

Steve Beckow: What is the relationship between the revaluation and the commencement of NESARA?

Archangel Michael: It is a political connection but do not draw them too close together. It is a restructuring of your financial system and your belief systems that are reflective of your financial systems. So it is sequential.

SB: Okay. There’s a line of commentary going on on the internet that says that NESARA is not going to happen. The revaluation will leave the same

51 of 162 financial elite in place and we’ll just have some minor improvements. Is that a correct line of commentary?

AAM: That is a completely incorrect assessment. (2)

Many lightworkers take their information from “insider” sources and these commentators feel that the situation is far more severe than it is. I prefer to take my information from credible channeled sources and they tell a different story, which is why on the blog we’re not as up in arms as many of the insider lightworkers are.

An example of where we differ could be taken from their treatment of President Obama. The President does things that look suspicious but we find out later that there are reasons for them.

For instance, we heard in Matthew's June 11, 2013 message why it is that the President supports NSA spying:

"This is an appropriate place to address questions that many readers have asked: How can US President Obama defend the National Security Agency’s collection of data from citizens’ private telephone conversations and Internet records? ...

"President Obama defended NSA’s data gathering, which was authorized in the Patriot Act passed during George W. Bush’s administration, on the authentic basis that it has led to discovering and thwarting numerous terrorist plans.

“What the president cannot say—and Bush never would—is that the most extensive terrorist acts that met failure and most of the lesser plots that also got shot down were those devised by the CIA faction under Illuminati control.

"Neither can Obama disclose that ETs are working in the NSA and other agencies in that country and in several others. They are collecting and analyzing information on all Illuminati activities around the globe and using it to weaken their operations and obtain evidence for prosecution. When this has served its purpose—bringing to its final moment the

52 of 162 Illuminati reign—the Patriot Act and also Homeland Security will come to an end." (3)

Only the Company of Heaven would be aware of matters such as this and only people who read channeled messages would hear about them.

Moreover, many "insider" lightworkers who don't accept the validity of channeled messages wouldn't buy this line of argument even if they did read them. So we may have to wait until the total truth is known before matters like these are corroborated and the President vindicated.

But it does suggest that lightworkers might be advised to stay away from the anger that many who rely on "insiders" feel today. Matters are being seen to and soon the reval and then NESARA will be here and our travails and poverty will probably be over.

NESARA has merged with GESARA

Alliance sources are claiming that NESARA no longer is needed in America, since last month Trump signed the revised Paris Agreement, in which GESARA was secretly embedded. Therefore, NESARA, which originally was destined for the Republic of America, has merged with GESARA.

54 of 162 The announcement of GESARA at the U.N. will now affect the Republic along with the rest of the world amounting to a total of 206 sovereign nations.

The new financial system is part of GESARA law.

The IMF will announce the “global gold-standard monetary system” once GESARA is announced at the U.N. All remaining fiat currencies will be cashed in for gold-standard currency. Paper money will eventually be phased out and all currencies will be digital under the new financial system.

The Alliance’s goal is to make the transition event simple, smooth, and swift.

The new financial system has been online for months and is hosted on a protected quantum server that cannot be hacked or accessed without permission.

Notably, the wealth proliferation aspect is actually very stabilizing. People who have new-found wealth in extremes are far more likely to feel able to help their relatives, their close friends, their fellow citizens. They are more likely to engage in humanitarian efforts. This is wealth building.

The RV might see a shortage of qualified workers. This is wealth building. But this then leads to higher wages and salaries. That will be reflected in prices, but this is counter-balanced by a drop in taxes of, in some cases, up to 80% of the final product cost price.

Which would result in deflation. As prices drop, savings increase for the worker and their family. This builds wealth. Energy costs too are now an important component of the cost mechanism for any product. Energy costs will also drop as a result of free-energy and new technologies.

The future will be unbelievable. Our lives will evolve immensely.

The dark cabal is on the ropes and some of the new – suppressed – technologies that are being released date back 70 years or more. Suppressed technology is "New" to us, but in reality, it is very "Old." Some go back millions of years.

For example: the purified waters of Antarctica will be used to ‘turn the deserts green’ and ‘restore mineral life’ to all plants and living things. The future will be unbelievably complete with Cards for our own Personal Credit.

55 of 162 The application of "Replicators" that can produce everything. And surely most importantly, ‘a new awareness’ of the ‘power of our mind’ in order to ‘display’ our needs. And soon also available ‘real health care’ to make people healthy instead of sick, to regrow limbs or organs, or to reduce our age by 30 years.

Money and banks are tools of the cabal to control us, with their debt-based economy which can never bring prosperity. Consequently, paper money and banks will eventually disappear. Coinage will not.

In the future, we will join ‘The Galactic Federation of Light’ and then live among other off-world races, trade with them and travel to other planets inhabited with humanoid or alien life, which the secret space program has already been doing for decades.

The greatest short-term affect will be that the RV will create a large surge in consumers over time. Corporations that responsibly produce things that people really need will see a huge surge in business and profits for many years to come. This is wealth-producing. Because a huge aspect of GESARA is the elimination of the national debt of every nation on earth, taxes will be adjusted to be lower for citizens and corporations.

The pyramid structure of the global elite, including most governments, and corporations, has become dysfunctional. It created class separation and fosters the belief of scarcity.

Part of spiritual evolution is born when one’s identity is no longer attached to material matters.

When there is free energy, transportation and replicators distributed to everyone, we will become equal. No one will be enslaved, people will just do what they want to do, have free time, time to reflect and be creative. No need to hoard anything.

Advanced civilizations don’t wonder where their next meal is going to come from, how they are going to pay for their rent, how they are going to get from A to B.

The dark cabal has had time enough to change gracefully, but they have failed dismally. People will live in the moment of now, i.e. growing their own food, and also food for others. These activities don’t need belief systems, they are

56 of 162 spontaneous. Many people are actually going to enjoy their jobs as they experience it gives them meaning and purpose, another way to serve. Those that don’t hold jobs will find alternative ways to experience happiness and contribute to the common good.

However, fundamentally, real change lies in a shift of your consciousness and thinking. As the time approaches for a great change in our society, it is time to transform pain and suffering from past experiences into joy, peace and prosperity! A new day is dawning that will bring in a caring and respectful epoch for humanity!

As you grow in consciousness, respect for each other takes on a new, expanded meaning. Respect is not for personal gain. It is your sovereign right. Unity consciousness honors and holds every soul in high esteem at all times. Respect will transform society and push it blessedly toward a new outcome. Respect for every individual will be the norm. Why is GESARA necessary?

The “dark cabal” governing authority has intentionally and methodically hidden humanity’s historical truth (including extra-terrestrial occupation and genetic tampering) for over 13,000 years or more. It’s plan was to enslave humanity for its own selfish ends. It almost succeeded.

Note: We got a soft confirmation on this from Benjamin Fulford's March 23rd report. His European royal family sources said that a write off of all debts was in the works.

• Restores Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters in the Republic of the United States of America. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.

• Initiates new U.S. Treasury Banking System in alignment with Constitutional Law. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period, the

Note: On March 27, 2020, Q-Anon message #3904 said: “Patriots in control of the Federal Reserve System.” As you may know, Q-Anon has been issuing messages to the world since October 2017 about the takedown of the Dark Cabal in American government. New York Times Bestselling Author David Wilcock has identified Q-Anon as President Trump's Administration and the Earth Alliance.

• Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

Note: On March 22, 2018, a bill was introduced into the US House of Representatives that referred to HR 5404: The Return to a Gold-Back US Dollar. President Nixon took us off the Gold-Standard in 1972, and introduced us to the (Dark Cabal) fiat-money system.

Alternative News Media reported that President Trump signed the Gold Treaty on November 1, 2019. And, 3 days later, the Gold Standard became effective worldwide and fully implemented in all 209 sovereign countries of the world.

On March 29, Judy Byington’s report on Restored Republic via a GCR reported that, “Evidently in the last week of March 2020, the fiat-US-dollar (that’s the Federal Reserve Notes we are using as of April 2020) became gold-backed.

U.S. President Bill Clinton Signed NESARA into law on October 10, 2000

Here's the plot twist to NESARA, according to Sherry Shriner of the "Omegans Are Liars" website: The Act was passed by the United States Congress on March 9, 2000 and then sent to President Bill Clinton for his signature. President Clinton signed NESARA into law on October 10, 2000. At that point NESARA, as with any legislation so acted upon, became a “law of the land.”

61 of 162 But wait a minute! No one wanted to enforce it. Why? No one wanted to enforce NESARA because this law required the physical and permanent removal from their government positions of all those, who were treasonous. Those, who had deliberately acted outside the Constitution of the Republic, had committed treason. Those who were treasonous included the United States president and vice president, the presidential cabinet, all members of Congress, various government departmental heads, all fifty governors of the fifty states, judges and others.

To hide NESARA from public view and, thus, to prevent its enforcement by popular demand, the United States Supreme Court placed a gag order on all public officials, the United States military, law enforcement personnel, bankers, attorneys, judges, the media and anyone else, who knew about NESARA and, who might give information about NESARA to the public.

If the people learned the Truth about NESARA, they would demand its enforcement. This could not be allowed.

The plan to hide NESARA worked well for a time, but gradually news of NESARA began to be leaked to the public. To circumvent any public action to enforce NESARA, “plan B” was created. The plan was to forever delay the enforcement of NESARA by fooling the people with trickery.

NESARA was embroiled in fictitious legal procedures and court orders by both the United States Supreme Court and the International Court of Justice. This game of deceit could be played forever, NESARA could be permanently delayed, and the people of the world would never be the wiser.

Here's a Startling Fact according to Sonja Zozula: Congress knows about NESARA, and your Senator knows about NESARA. Don't believe me? Please call or email them and see if they will respond? I guarantee you they will not respond to you in any way. You will only receive silence just like, me and just like you have for many years now.

Even with multiple written requests, I have yet to hear back from my delegates: Congressmen Darrell Issa, Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer. The new system will enable the distortions and errors — which the inadequacies of your present system allowed and encouraged — to be set to rights. With abundant free energy readily available wherever needed, coal mining and oil “harvesting” and exploration will first be greatly reduced and then finally cease, as the industries that require that kind of energy become obsolescent. Cleaning up and repairing the damage that those basically barbaric industrial conglomerates have caused will be a major task in the next few years, and much, in your terms, technologically very advanced assistance will be provided to ensure that this is done cleanly and efficiently.

World poverty will be completely alleviated as everyone’s energy and food needs become available in abundance locally, removing the need for much of the major freight transportation worldwide. The speed with which your damaged environment will be restored and healed will amaze you.

As peaceful, intelligent, and harmonious cooperation in all areas of your lives replace the stressful, competitive, and confrontational disharmony that has been standard on the planet for so long, personal stress and anxiety will dissolve, leading to an enormous reduction in sickness and ill health. Unhealthy life styles will fall away as you all start to find joy, peace, and love in every moment of your existence, and this will remove the need for escape from the constant pressure of survival issues with which so many of you are presently struggling.

One of the results of these life style changes will be an astonishing falloff in addictive behavior of every kind — drugs, alcohol, food, anger, abuse, and all other forms of depraved behavior such as manipulation, control, blame, shame, and bullying of others — to be replaced by large-scale acceptance of one another as beings to be honored, respected, and cherished.

If others behave badly or thoughtlessly, understand that they are distracted by their own pain, and rather than reacting in a similar manner, offer instead compassion and assistance. Indeed, many of you already do this — you have all experienced people responding peacefully and kindly in confrontational situations, and you all have within you the loving wisdom to enable you to do likewise. Allow that wisdom to direct your responses in every situation, and delight in the peace and joy it brings into your lives.

It is time to end the blame game! It is very painful, has been going on for far too long, and totally fails to resolve the issues that it is supposed to solve. When you make mistakes admit them, apologize, and cooporate in correcting them. When others make mistakes, instead of blaming and judging them, offer to help correct the ensuing state of affairs.

Loving thoughtful cooperation is the healing salve that enables every mistake to be rectified with the minimum amount of collateral damage. You all have the strength, the wisdom, and the love to behave like that; so do it, and watch in amazement as the world responds in kind. Love is the answer in every situation.

Financial changes are being discussed, and they will come into being and so prevent another collapse because of greed and unacceptable trading practices. Small is going to be beautiful and ensure that the moneylenders never again have the power to destroy your lives.

In fact as many of you already know, such changes will be accompanied by an entirely new set up. Monopoly money as you so call it, will not be allowed and in future it will be backed by precious metals. Many know this scheme as NESARA and it is now a part of the new financial set up waiting to be introduced.

The greatest benefit to all will be the forgiveness of debt, thus removing the worries and concerns of so many people. Taxes unfairly taken will be refunded, and a new system will ensure it cannot happen again. Wealth will be spread so that economies can recover quickly, and overcome poverty where it has caused distress and all manner of ailments.

There are a considerable number of loving souls ready to give their time to such projects, and it is yet another way of bringing people together. The Human Race is benign in nature, and it is only the dark Ones that have separated you from each

69 of 162 1. HATONN: I’d like to lay to rest this NESARA announcement business for once and for all. Getting to the point of proving that NESARA is real is an ongoing process with a great deal of progressive activity that has not been given to any channel.

Any and all messages that have been giving dates and telling of hostages and CNN takeovers and especially the killings! - are NOT coming from any of us! I assure you, nothing I’ve ever said to any channel has been in that realm of the absurdity!

2. That leaves the DISinformation specialists in either spirit or in body as the “newsmakers.” What’s to be accomplished besides confusion and disillusionment in the believers and jeers from the crowd that always has doubted there is a NESARA? Isn’t that enough mischief? From our viewpoint, it is! The energy wasted in both camps is distressing!

I’m in charge of all communication between Earth and all points elsewhere, and there’s this hodgepodge of false information going around that I’m trying to get straightened out! I wish the well-meaning people who are sending around those messages with such elaborate explanations would stop and think, “Would ‘ETs’ and Sananda really send us all those details?” They would see how unlikely that is and look elsewhere for verification of true happenings. I strongly suggest they look to their godselves, where all truth is known!

3. By the day, we near the time when NESARA will be known – no, I didn’t say “announced” because I don’t mean “announced” – I mean “known” - but we don’t know when that day will be. We aren’t sitting idly waiting for it to amble into sight – we’re doing everything within the processes that govern any US legislation so that never can they throw at us, “You took over our planet!” Of course this is bigger than the US president and his administration’s power group, but they always have the ear of the rest of the world.

4. Those of you who are familiar with Matthew’s messages know that he has made the point several times that even without NESARA’s announcement, forward movement is constantly underway toward the same goals.

That is exactly what is going on – we’re progressing on the same fronts by other means. Anything we do is not by our decision alone, but in conjunction with your own people who will emerge as the vanguard of the transitional government.

70 of 162 5. There are two ways this can go. Nothing is written in stone and we don’t know which way at this point will best serve you. Things can be changed by going what you’d call forward or backward in time. We don’t expect you to understand this, so you simply have to trust that we’re proceeding cautiously and wisely so that the logistics of major changes will come about as smoothly as possible.

6. This isn’t a revolution in the sense that your history books tell, but many of those who are in prime roles now or soon will be have served in multiple changeovers of ruling bodies. They have learned what is necessary and what isn’t, and that’s why they wanted to come back and achieve change without the chaos and bloodshed of your past. We know your patience is exhausted waiting for NESARA to come and with it, the resignations of the US president and his administration.

7. Stop waiting and live fully and let NESARA lie! If you must think of it, think of it as a blueprint or a set of short- and long-term goals and not as the whole enchilada -- yes, I know your expression –- coming all at once.

Processes in motion will be slower but just as certain in the results that NESARA intends. The house of cards that is the US Congress is falling like dominoes in slow motion behind the scenes. There are holdouts, and we can’t say that we didn’t anticipate this, but the many who are responding to the light—and light is our ONLY weapon!—will be helping us to influence the ones still on teeter totters.

The series of bumblings given as “reasons” that NESARA never gets announced time after time are just plain nonsense! Anyone who knows the truth of us realizes that, but the people whose discernment is just developing could see us as part of the problem, because how could bumblers be part of the solution?

71 of 162 HATONN: I bid you “Good evening,” Suzy, with thanks for receiving me in these last hours of your year 2005. I ask that you send out my message with the next one from Matthew.

This is Hatonn speaking in my capacity as director of communications between Earth and all points elsewhere during the era of Earth changes. You may know of me as commander of an intergalactic fleet. That is another of my “hats,” but in this moment, my focus is communications about another area of my activity, what you commonly refer to as NESARA. I am here to give a definitive statement in particular, but not exclusively, to all who have been working diligently to initiate NESARA’s wide-reaching reforms and now don’t know what to believe.

The National Economic Security and Reformation Act—please note this accurate name—is as real as anything else on Earth, so to all skeptics, please put to rest the impression that it is merely a wish in the minds of some who intensely desire a legislated remedy to your world’s problems.

Nevertheless, that view does have some validity. Like everything else in the universe, this Act’s formation was preceded by and manifested through thought forms. You are inured to living within manmade laws, so we had to put this within an acceptable legal framework. In accordance with universal laws, the framework had to specify means to achieve the Act’s objectives so the universe knows what situations to present in aid of manifesting the desired results of peace, justice, equitability and accountability starting in the United States and extending worldwide.

That said, a great deal of DISinformation about NESARA has been promulgated by various sources to discredit this Act. That isn’t surprising, because its provisions strip them of political and economic control over you. But it’s unfortunate that NESARA has become better known through those means [rather] than [through] the correct information from knowledgeable sources, such as Matthew.

Approximately two and a half years ago we asked him to issue our collective statement that described NESARA as the divinely-inspired co-creation of highly- evolved beings on and beyond Earth to engender good will among her humankind and a fair share of good fortune for all. Food for the spirit is not enough for the

72 of 162 majority of your population, who are oppressed and deprived, and NESARA was born of Earth’s desire for betterment in the lives of all her resident souls.

In that message Matthew also spoke of Dove’s credible reports, and at that point and for a time afterwards, she did faithfully report what she was told by lighted souls both on and off-planet.

That changed about two years ago, when it became evident from our higher vantage point that the control of the ones we call “dark” was sufficient to prevent NESARA’s implementation well past the optimum universal timing. Ah yes, the movement of celestial bodies has great bearing on what happens in your world, and they don’t wait for procrastinators. To adhere with that timeframe, we opened new avenues to accomplish the identical aims of NESARA, more slowly, but with equally certain outcome.

Dove’s preoccupation with the success of the program in its exact design that was the basis of her reports clouded her receptivity to the new multi-faceted course. In spirit this course is aligned with NESARA’s provisions, but it can move independent of the Act’s restrictive legal requirements that the dark ones were manipulating to their advantage.

Dove’s dedication that had been admirable in its fervor and exhaustiveness turned into egotism with her choice to report what she felt would be more effective than our new direction. Light and egotism aren’t compatible, and with her change in attitude, her light faded. She lost her former high connections along with her ability to discern that she was reaching dark entities or to properly evaluate information from Earth sources. The natural consequence is the inaccurate information she has been issuing.

Until a very short time ago, that made no difference at all in the “behind the scenes” progress. Although further efforts in the old direction were futile in one respect; in another, and far more important respect, they were powerful. The light generated by the intent of all involved enabled the “lift-off” and then sustained energy momentum of the new processes to fulfill NESARA’s objectives.

But Dove’s recent contentions that are strikingly without factual basis have caused considerable confusion. Introducing this kind of energy attachment is not helping to propel our activities’ momentum to surge pace, and that’s why I am telling you

73 of 162 what has transpired. The energy of your belief that NESARA’s objectives ARE being met, albeit on a parallel track, is as imperative now as before.

This is not a place for anger or shame, but rather sadness that the soul who once correctly reported on NESARA unwittingly veered off the light course. We honor Dove’s service within her original mission and we beam intense light for her return. We beam the same to the dark entities that falsely claim to be me or other beings of light, and to the receivers who believe them and send out that false information.

Be keenly discerning about all channeled messages! Especially in this late phase of Earth’s transition out of third density, knowing what is true and what is false is critical for your own sakes! We urge you to look beyond the mass of muddled information about NESARA, Second Coming, First Contact, disastrous destruction to land masses, nuclear war potential, a dying planet—listen to what your souls are telling you!

Hold within your hearts the vision of the world you want for yourselves and your families, for all the inheritors of Earth:

A world where peace and love replace war and hatred; where governments are led by just, prudent and spiritual women and men, not power-mongers led by darkness; where fair distribution of all resources replaces the extremes of egregious greed and desperate poverty; where universal and planetary truths replace the web of lies that has controlled your lives.

The concept and intent of NESARA is to help you create that world on Earth. You do not have to know of this Act or, if you do, you don’t have to believe in its actuality—wanting the same intentions that it embodies is what counts. IT ALREADY HAS COUNTED! You are reading this in the early days of your year 2006, when wars, suffering, tyranny, corruption and the like can be seen wherever you look. But in this very same instant in the continuum, where everything is NOW, Earth is peaceful and beautiful and all of that negativity is gone. She has reached her chosen destination where low-vibration manifestations don’t exist. The world of your vision, the “future” world you are helping to create right now, already IS!

MATTHEW: My greetings in love to all! I have requested my mother to receive this important message and pass on to her usual sources for disseminating. I believe that my credibility as one of God’s messengers has been established with those who are familiar with the Matthew Books and my messages that have been posted on various Internet sites. In any event, I have been appointed by the highest light beings to speak more comprehensively than I have previously about the vital Earth reformation program commonly known as NESARA. Before that, I say this: NESARA WILL be implemented, and it will be done more quickly if its reality is trusted and all who know of it hold convictions toward that success!

Some consider NESARA to be political and economic in nature while others view it as spiritual because of the high level light beings affiliated with it. NESARA is both. When people are severely oppressed by political and economic conditions that foster impoverished living circumstances, lack of health care and education, monopoly of natural resources, slave labor, unjust laws and courts, starvation, and tyrannical regimes, offering “soul food” isn’t enough.

When people are preoccupied with mere survival requirements, giving them only spiritual messages is not going to bring about the global reforms they need to rise out of their misery. That is why the provisions of NESARA are monumental in scope, embodying sweeping reforms for Earth that will begin as soon as the legislation is officially announced. When people become aware of the reforms, they will be motivated to participate according to their capabilities.

As in all other aspects of polarity still existing on Earth, NESARA is at one extreme and the dark forces that Dove and the members themselves call the Illuminati are at the other. Mother, I need to interject something here. The work Dove is doing to inform about the progress of NESARA is imperative, and it is essential that her credibility and value be understood on Earth just as it is in the higher planes, where it is given great honor.

75 of 162 Now I return to explaining the darkness of the Illuminati. This powerful cabal has long recognized that to retain their control of Earth’s people, they must keep them in ignorance and fear, and for millennia that has worked well for those currently in power and their dark predecessors. Now they are realizing that it cannot work for them much longer, and they are sparing no tactic to hold onto their fast-ebbing control. They rightly see NESARA as their total uprooting, because once the program’s reforms are implemented, the control of the darkness will crumble totally.

It is necessary that you understand the reality that is beyond the religious and scientific dogma that have structured, dominated and limited your awareness. NESARA is far more than a piece of legislation in the United States. The extraterrestrial beings at high stations of soul evolvement who initiated the ideas within NESARA’s programs to assist Earth humans’ rise in spiritual clarity are doing so at the invitation—indeed, the plea!—of Earth [Gaia].

Your planet could have not survived any more assaults of the negativity being continuously generated by human brutality to each other, to the animal and plant kingdoms or to the physical body of Earth. All wars and other violence, famine, disease, ruthless leaders, environmental destruction and economic strangulation have been instituted by the influence of the dark forces.

Relief from all the suffering caused by these conditions was essential or your planet would die. Over half a century back in your counting, Earth had reached that point of damage to her body and soul. She had the choice of her soul ascending and allowing her planetary body to die, or surviving intact. Her soul chose to survive in its physical planetary form, but in her greatly weakened condition due to the extent of trauma she had long suffered, she could not do it without massive assistance.

Light beings of extraterrestrial civilizations responded to her cry for help, and among these countless souls who have come to her rescue are those who have been working with diligence and dedication to the reforms embodied in NESARA. So you see, it is by Earth’s request for help that these beings, in conjunction with Earth humans, are performing their various missions on and off-planet to get this vast, vital program underway to rejuvenate physical Earth and enlighten and uplift her people.

76 of 162 It is understandable that you who are familiar with Dove’s reports could become discouraged by the delays in NESARA’s announcement because you have no “behind the scenes” knowledge of what is causing these. There are two major reasons.

First, the NESARA legislation is being processed within the laws of the God- inspired original US constitution. It is important that you understand this is not a take-over by ETs to initiate the light in these programs, however desperately needed by Earth. In collaboration with wise, just and highly-spiritual Earth humans, ETs are helping in myriad ways to restore health to your planet. Knowing of Earth’s travail and out of their love for her, souls chose to reincarnate as Earth humans and assist their universal brotherhood in recreating heaven on Earth, and some are doing this through NESARA’s provisions.

Second, the dark forces are fighting tooth and nail to prevent even the awareness of NESARA, much less its implementation, and, at this point, delaying the announcement that must by law precede enactment of the widespread provisions is the only weapon left to them. They have been successful thus far in achieving delays by many means: assassinations of influential people who favor initiating the provisions without delay as well as others actively working toward this end; death threats to the families of light workers and to the workers themselves; double- agents within the ranks of the light workers; and terrorist assaults. The US internal terrorist act of September 11, 2001 was the most dramatic of these tactics. The laboratory-produced SARS disease was meant to be another global fear instigator, but its effects were greatly reduced by efforts of lightworkers.

Another delaying tactic is disinformation and non-information through control of major media. The disinformation program includes claims that NESARA as reported by Dove and she herself are frauds. Dove has reported information accurately as it has been given to her, and it has been discouraging to her, not only to you readers of her reports, that time after time the announcement has been delayed.

In the beginning of spreading the word about NESARA, it was necessary to get your attention, to encourage you to generate positive energy attachments to the program and give it impetus, and that is achieved by the power of your thoughts

77 of 162 and feelings. I cannot emphasize too strongly that your active participation in adding to the light energy momentum is essential—NESARA is to your benefit!

However, since nothing in the universe is isolated in its effects on everything else, it is within universal interests that Earth be lifted out of the third-density limitations that for eons have kept you from knowing your eternal and inseparable connection with All That Is. NESARA is an integral part of this planetary ascension into higher vibratory dimensions.

Additionally, it is not correct to believe that even at this high station we can make accurate predictions in the linear time that exists on Earth and nowhere else in the universe. We can look into the energy field of potential and see the increased momentum of the light progress, which at that moment is optimistic and is reported as such. Then the dark forces strike again, and that optimism is tempered by the energy momentum they have gained.

When my mother first was asked for my viewpoint on NESARA, over a year and a half past in Earth counting, I confirmed its validity and the great benefits of its provisions, and I said that their implementation was not imminent.

There was limited action in the field of potential then, and nothing registered there indicated that sufficient energy was being generated by the combined on and off- planet light forces so that NESARA would be announced any time “soon.”

Two factors were—are—affecting NESARA as in everything else: A great deal of planetary and individual karmic balancing still had to be played out, and by Creator’s law, souls’ free will must be respected except in the case of nuclear detonations in space.

That includes the free will choices made by members of the dark forces to hold up and weaken—preferably doom—NESARA. Both Earth humans and extraterrestrials among you who look just like you have been using one tactic after another to delay NESARA’s announcement.

Please don’t be disturbed by the fact that darkly-inclined extraterrestrials are operating on Earth—even more powerful extraterrestrial light beings also are among you. The dark ET’s, through inculcating in you greed, hatred, violence,

78 of 162 ignorance and fear, want to continue to control you and your planet. The light ETs are there to help you take back control of your planet and your lives!

Whereas a year and a half ago there was limited energy being registered in the field of potential, now it is in total frenzy. This reflects the unprecedented extent of energy being generated by the light beings to dislodge the darkness and that forces’ last ditch efforts to hang onto their pockets of power that will be lost with the global changes NESARA will usher in. So, while you now can see why it simply cannot be estimated with accuracy the date of NESARA’s announcement, you can see that time is coming closer with each passing day!

Light is the tangible, directional facet of love, and love is the most powerful energy in the universe, the original creating material. NESARA is created in light-love. Do not doubt its power to transform Earth into the paradise it once was. Your part in this transformation is to let this truth of NESARA be known and to trust in its glorious intent and outcome!

GOD: This is a time for rejoicing! The polar extremes in what you call “human nature” have been reached. By universal law, nothing is static for a nanosecond,

79 of 162 and the momentum has started to return Earth to the state of balance wherein the extremes will be reconciled. This does not mean perfection, that sublime state that exists only within Creator, as your planet will continue to be a learning placement for souls. But the violence, starvation, disease, cruelty—all the devastation caused to Earth and all her life forms by the will of the darkness—will continue to lessen until all are planetary history, and this is to happen quickly.

Earth will be restored to her former paradise self as she is rising into higher vibrations—this is assured! The critical question still is: Will you accompany her? And the answer still is, you will if you have enough light to physically survive in those higher vibrations. The choice is yours—that’s good news, and there doesn’t have to be any bad news unless you consider that absorbing enough light for your personal ascension isn’t automatic. You have some work to do.

Too many of you still don’t see what is so essential—it’s going to take some doing on your part to straighten out the mess your world is in. Yes, other civilizations all over “space” are in this with you—you wouldn’t be alive there if they weren’t— but it is not their world, it is YOURS. They can’t just pull the strings they know would swiftly return my beloved Gaia to health and rouse all the sleepyheads into remembering who they really are. That isn’t their responsibility. It isn’t even their prerogative. However benevolent and powerful those light civilizations are, they can only help you—they cannot do it all. This is the law of the universe, not an arbitrary cut-off line.

Moreover, what you do affects the entire universe. You are putting out energy with every idea or action, and the motives behind those carry an intensity that most of you don’t understand. Energy is neutral in this—it acts only in accordance with what you attach to it, and that is determined by your motives and intentions. So not only do you have the choice to uplift your home planet or not, you have the choice to do the same for the universe.

Regardless of your individual choices, Earth is going back into the higher vibrations where she was created and she would love to have all of you go along, but that decision isn’t hers—it’s YOURS! She has her free will and you have yours —it’s that simple.

80 of 162 Free will is Creator’s gift to all souls. Some have misused this gift, foremost to the detriment of their own soul evolution, but with fallout to billions of other souls to whom the few are denying the exercise of that same gift. I’m not overlooking the fact that karmic experiencing is part of what is happening. It is in the many, many cases where this is not what is happening that the situation is being corrected in this unprecedented era throughout the universe.

Even though this universe is my domain, I’m bound to honor Creator’s laws, and usurping or denying the free will of others is against one of those laws. So it’s my responsibility to get this situation back on track and I can’t do it without help. Maybe I’d better elucidate a bit here or I’ll make myself look like a wimp, which I’m not.

I have explained that I am each of my parts regardless of their station spiritually, and as parts of me, each is loved equally regardless of free will choices, even when those choices are against their own spiritual evolvement because they’re interfering with the free will of others. Your religions have defined what “sins” are. Not correctly, though. The ONLY “sin” is interfering with the growth of a soul, whether it is one’s own soul or others’ souls. Furthermore, “sin” is simply an error. It’s not what some religious dogmas have judged as evil or as a wrongdoing that can be atoned by performing a prescribed ritual—and certainly not by a sentence of death! If you didn’t make errors, you wouldn’t be on Earth—you’d be somewhere among the angels or highly spiritually evolved civilizations.

Earth is your school ground—it’s one of many, even some you know but don’t remember—and it’s a good one. The idea is to learn from what you perceive as errors so you can avoid more of the kinds of decisions and actions that are harmful to your soul’s growth and often to others’ as well. You were given a conscience so you can know when you are aligned with your soul-level contract and when you are straying from it. But a conscience, like anything else that is ignored time and time and time again, goes away or atrophies from lack of use.

Along with learning from the karmic circumstances you chose for bringing balance to your souls’ experiencing, you are just as free to make choices that aren’t in your soul-level agreements and thus not in your best interests. I cannot impinge upon your individual choices—nor would I want to! I just wish you would use your free will wisely. I can’t take sides in a great conflict, either, because even though I am

81 of 162 all of you, I am foremost EACH of you. I am as strong as the strongest and as weak as the weakest. As the amalgamation of all my independent yet inseparable parts, I cannot act to change or exclude even one. Balance is what all souls are aiming for because within balance is the spiritual strength of reconciled polarity— that’s another of Creator’s laws—and I am only as strong as my parts that have achieved this status. So you see, all of my children collectively determine my strength.

There, Suzy, that should take care of explaining why I need help, and now I shall get on with what I have been leading up to. I requested you to state right up front in the last book that these books are not political forums. That still is so, but I cannot ignore this topic of politics because that is what has been running your world— mostly running it into the ground!—almost from the beginning.

Not necessarily by that name, but by that ideology, where the strongest rule over the masses. That can be done wisely, benevolently, with the strong uplifting the weaker to the benefit of all. But instead, what I see is greater and greater political oppression to the detriment of all. The politics that controls all countries, all peoples, all economies and resources of your planet homeland has been instrumental in bringing your world to the devastated state it’s in.

In no country on Earth are people free. For millennia the dark souls of civilizations beyond your planet have been influencing their willing Earth brothers and sisters in leadership positions to deceive and intimidate the rest of the people. Regardless of who holds national leadership roles, they rule by the dictates of those forces that are unknown to the people and perhaps even to the rulers.

The influence of those dark alien puppeteers has resulted in all declarations of war and all decisions regarding economies and resources of the world. Their secondary aim is increasing the control and wealth of Earth’s leaders, whose greed for power makes them eager puppets, thus today you have a world with unprecedented concentration of vast riches, impoverished nations, willful environmental destruction and corruption oozing out of corporate connections with governments.

The ultimate aim of the puppeteers is annihilation of your planet, and even though that will not happen, for beneficial changes to come, first there must be a change in the character of your world’s leaders. Voices must be raised with demands for

82 of 162 leaders of spiritual integrity—that kind of character is exemplified, not merely proclaimed.

I don’t mean that no leaders ever have been strong in virtues or that no voices ever have been raised in protest of injustice and inequities—indeed there have been those individuals. Many of those brave souls suffered or died for that, and much of their good works has been undone by succeeding generations who blindly followed self-serving leaders.

Now, the collective will of the people is rising in opposition to this continuing. Lies are being exposed, more lies are coming and those will be exposed, too. Oppressive governments in all nations will change. Although plans are afoot for this peaceful revolution through a joint effort between your civilization and many of your space family, that does not absolve any of you whose desire is a finer, brighter world from the responsibility of helping to create it. You all chose to be where you are at this time precisely so you could do exactly that! Actually, some of you embodied in other lifetimes as the greatest leaders of Earth and beyond, and you are back to take on similar inspirational and constructive roles now.

I’m not being contradictory here. Yes, wonderful changes are coming as Earth is rising. But that is with or without you! If you want to go along, you need your own light!

It is on three levels that you must act so that honorable governing bodies will be achieved. The first level is spiritual, and I’ll tell you what spiritual is NOT: It is not membership in any of the multitude of your religions. It is not the self- righteousness that is evident in great abundance. It is not escaping into a head-in- the-sand prayer life. It is not believing that neither good nor evil exists because those are only judgments. It is not accepting that everything is in divine order and will run its course without your participation. It is not refraining from seeing what is going on in your world because you’ve been told it all is an illusion. I am not saying that there is no truth in any of those; I am saying that spirituality is not inherent in any.

The spiritual level on which you will change your leaders from being ruled themselves to people worthy of being leaders—true leaders with spiritual integrity —is within your hearts. That’s your usual depiction of where love resides, is it not?

83 of 162 Actually, the sensation of love is a province of the soul, but it has strong physical effects at the heart that instantly spread throughout your entirety to uplift your spirit, mind and body.

Love starts with self, with living so that loving self is as natural as breathing. Only then can you give and receive love. Love is contagious, unlimited, omnipresent. It is what changes bleakness of spirit into fullness of spirit, illness into health, lack into prosperity. It is the absence of love that breeds all the woes of your world, and it is filling the void that will cure the woes.

This is not asking you to love what brings misery and deprivation and harm! It is asking you to simply feel love so you can send forth that energy—it will seek its way to the void.

The second level is mental—deeply thinking to discern what is truth and what isn’t instead of buying into what candidates say. The catch is, what information is truthful and what is not? What sources can be trusted? You have been deceived for eons by a few souls in one generation after another after another who intend to retain the control over you, so access to the truth is not easily come by. How can I put this so it is not a series of Don’ts? Always I prefer to be positive in statements, and I’ve already compromised that by my explaining what being spiritual isn’t.

Very well, Suzy, I know how to proceed. Think of what you want in your world. If that is peace and harmony and cooperation, that’s where to focus your thoughts. What will bring that to the world? Think of what will: Respect and dignity for all races and faiths and genders; help wherever help is needed; equitable sharing of Earth’s vast riches; cures of all diseases; education, fulfilling work and comfortable homes; honesty, kindness, compassion, fairness, sharing, justness, forgiveness.

Think of all those qualities and circumstances and let your heart and conscience guide you to the candidates you most closely identify with them. The words of campaign promises are worthless without a candidate’s heart and soul in them. Let your heart and soul, not just your eyes and ears, lead you to the one person who embodies the love and light to uplift your world.

The third level is action. If you want to have a leader whom you trust, work toward that end. Publicly and financially support the person you want, but if that isn’t possible, then put forth your intention through the power of your energy focused on

84 of 162 that person actually being in office. I cannot emphasize too strongly the power of energy sent out with attachments of intent! You can be sure that the current people in power will be amassing the strength of their supporters’ energy, because those supporters get the trickle-down largesse in exchange. You who want love, peace and harmony will receive those incomparably greater victories in exchange for the energy you issue forth to create them.

Because that grand and beautiful country called America is pivotal in determining what happens all over the planet, its 2004 presidential election is of international concern. The three levels of involvement I have just delineated apply to all people in the world as pertaining to this election. Discernment of information and energy are without national boundaries or distance limitations, so a South African or Brazilian or Chinese or Egyptian has the same power of focusing intent as any USA citizen.

That country may appear to be the haven for democracy, but that is a farce of the highest order. You may believe that legal and honest processes are observed in “democratic” elections, but it has been many, many decades since the last of those. There haven’t been any honest elections anywhere else on Earth, either, but it’s just not as obvious that there haven’t been any in the United States, where the citizens have been duped for such a long time into believing their voices and votes count.

The men and women in the federal government are not ruling that country “with freedom and justice for all.” Those are hollow words, just as the two-party system is meaningless insofar as giving voters a choice—the dark forces have influence that knows no party boundaries. Government officials who have acted in accordance with their sense of honesty and right-ness have been disposed of by one means or another. Those who are not killed are threatened with it or they are ridiculed into non-credibility or are forced into oblivion insofar as any influence. That is what has been passing as the “democratic system of government” in America.

Only with an honest voting process can the people’s choices be given their true value, and you citizens of USA don’t have that. Your votes are denied, ignored or manipulated to serve the interests of the “power elite,” one term used to denote the few most powerful people on Earth who are controlling everything to serve themselves. If you want to have an honest election for a change, work toward that

Investigate the voter eligibility rolls and balloting mechanisms, the people who handle the ballots, the corporation that counts them and releases the totals to the networks for announcing. I tell you, there is deception and corruption up and down the line, and curing that ill has to precede the next presidential election.

Do I endorse a candidate? No, not by name, and telling you my choice isn’t what this is about. I’m ALL of the candidates, remember, and I’m not about to tell you which is YOUR choice. It’s your free will decision that counts, but first you need to get an honest balloting system in place, which is NOT the case now, or your vote won’t be worth a fig. …

I’ve mentioned before that the Company of Heaven says that the Abundance Program includes more parts than just the Reval.

In this question-and-answer article, I’d like to mention some of these other sources.

Examples of sources I haven’t mentioned here are wealth sunk in American warships off the Philippines and funds contributed by the world’s elite.

Introducing the Abundance Program

Is there one abundance program or many?

Archangel Michael: Abundance programs, plural. (1)

AAM: There will be other sources of funding [than just the Reval]. (2)

AAM: There is a great deal of wealth, not only upon your planet but off planet. (3)

88 of 162 AAM: Understand, [the programs] are all united so, when we speak of the Revaluation, we are speaking of a continuum of which this aspect of Reval is one. So it is not one or the other. (4)

Can we look at some of these sources please? Is some money coming from the Chinese elders?

AAM: It will come from a variety of sources. (5)

But some of it is coming from the Chinese elders. Is that correct?

AAM: Yes. (6)

Will wealth come in from historical assets (bonds)?

AAM: Yes. (7)

Will the Illuminati’s fortunes be put into circulation?

Matthew Ward: The Illuminati's illegally and immorally garnered fortunes will be put into circulation. (8)

Council of Angels and Pleiadian Council: Yes, the [Illuminati] wealth is going to be redistributed. (9)

Will the galactics be contributing to the Abundance Program?

The Galactics have no shortage of money and so there will be some very massive projects and the funds will be made available but they will really ask for human leadership in order to not be seen as trying in any way to assume control. (10)

I ask because I remember hearing that shiploads of gold had arrived on the Neptune to be shipped to Earth.

AAM: The channel has shared with you about how we have returned to Earth shipload after shipload after shipload of gold and that was to anchor this Re- evaluation and St. Germaine’s blessings basically. (11)

AAM: So yes, those transfers have mostly been made and made about a year ago. (12)

89 of 162 That is what the off-planet people contribute right - gold?

AAM: Well, gold is what is being formulated in the other distant planets and even star systems. Gold is a universal currency and it certainly has value upon this planet of Gaia. (13)

Is everything - Reval, historical assets, prosperity packages, etc. - going to be released at once? Or will the humanitarian projects [individuals] and the private groups go first?

AAM: The humanitarian projects and the private groups are going first.

The prosperity funds of St. Germain, etc. are already in the dispersal mode and those will also go to more humanitarian projects. They do not go to private groups.

So it is to ensure that those who have committed in a public or a quasi-public way to their desire of what they wish to do with the funds, and who have taken time to at least begin to formulate what this looks like will be considered first. (14)

Prosperity Packages

Speaking of the prosperity packages, I’d like to look at them separately. Some folks have already received theirs, have they not?

Archangel Michael: There are beings that have received funds from various prosperity programs. Most of them have agreed not to share this information. (1)

Will our prosperity package be delivered by FedEx or will it show up as increased digits on my bank account?

AAM: It will be both, actually.

How is that possible?

AAM: Because it is more than one payment. (2)

AAM: [Delivery] will be in a whole variety of ways. Some will receive a letter; some will receive a phone call; some will simply find money in their accounts. (3)

92 of 162 And some have been distributed. Is that true?

AAM in mid-2015: Some have been released and some are underway. (4)

AAM in late 2015: That is why it is coming in waves. It is coming to those who are prepared. (5)

AAM in 2019: Correct. Yes. (6)

What of the Future?

Will there be one wave of abundance or many waves?

AAM: There will be several waves of abundance. So we give you the allowance and we see how you do.

If in your spiritual maturity, you go forth, and we believe you will (we strongly believe you will), [in the belief] that this unfoldment is underway and that you are demonstrating, not simply a primitive attitude or a tribal attitude but more of a global, universal attitude, then you are ready to not only meet with your star family but participate with them, their technology, their gifts, in community, to go forth in the next phase in the building of Nova Earth. (7)

What can we expect once the flow of money starts?

AAM: You [will be] given enormous, enormous sums of money. (8)

St. Germaine: I ask you to be prepared today, tomorrow, the next day, because once the flow begins, the world does not stop. Do you think the Mother creates and then stops? No. Well, neither do we.

It is the universal source or ATM. It does not run out. And you have need to reset your thinking, which means resetting your heart to receive and give, and receive and give, because it is the constant motion, with the explosion and implosion of creation in between. That is where you are going. (9)

What if things drag on seemingly forever?

93 of 162 AAM: In the current amorphous structure - well, amorphous as you know it - [in which] St. Germaine’s World Trust is tucked under that umbrella of prosperity packages, there is also the chance (because it is not written in stone, not even in amethyst), that if things do not go forward at a pace that is desirable for the unfoldment of the Mother, that he will proceed with the disbursement of his funds in a different way. We heard Archangel Michael say in our last post:

"There is also the chance (because it is not written in stone, not even in amethyst), that if things do not go forward at a pace that is desirable for the unfoldment of the Mother, that he will proceed with the disbursement of his funds in a different way." (1)

The means of getting abundance into the hands of people who would shoulder the task of irrigating society and redistributing ill-gotten wealth are flexible and extensive.

I asked Michael on one occasion what sources of wealth he'd be channeling through Michaelangelo & Partners, exclusive of the Reval, and the list shows how many additional sources of wealth there may be:

95 of 162 Steve: I want to have more understanding of where the inflow of money is coming from. Some of its coming from the Chinese elders. That’s correct, right?

Archangel Michael: Yes.

Steve: … And some from the prosperity packages?

AAM: Yes.

Steve: I know we discussed this at some point but I can’t find that message, that’s why I’m going over it here. Some from sequestered illuminati money, human rights abuse?

AAM: Yes. ...

Steve: … From historical assets?

AAM: Yes.

Steve: … Off-planet gold?

AAM: Yes. (2)

Gold is a universal currency and it certainly has value upon this planet of Gaia. So yes, those transfers have mostly been made and made about a year ago. (3) …

Not included in this list are funds from Leo Wanta, the European royals, and humanitarian philanthropists without affiliation. Also not included are precious metals and historical assets sunk in American warships off the Philippines. (4)

The point is that the Reval is not the only source of wealth that the Company of Heaven wants to put in the hands of lightworker philanthropists to begin the process of rebuilding the planet along new lines.

If financiers and militarists continue to hold up the Reval, the Company of Heaven will work around them, just as, with the Delegations, they're working around the deep state to introduce the galactics to the world.

At first, when this idea occurred to me, I thought it was hare-brained. Who'd wanna read this stuff?

I got the bright idea that I should post Archangel Michael's advice to me on what to do - and not do - after the Reval.

But then I thought to myself, no, this is really valuable material. Others can listen in as an archangel prepares his servant for what's coming. Where else can you get this kind of window in? (1)

So, overcoming my timidity and embarrassment, I post my discussions with Archangel Michael about what I should do after the Reval. After the Reval - The Exchange

Steve: [Let's imagine that] the Reval has been announced. I have phoned the 800 number and they’ve told me to go to this address.

98 of 162 We transact our business very quickly and I come out with whatever we come out with. What would you like to see happen from that moment on? I know you’d like me to take the first week off and not buy anything and I will. But more globally, what you want to see happen after that? (2) After the Reval - For the First Week

Archangel Michael: Well, the first thing we would like to see is for all of you to go out for a delicious supper.

Steve: Very good….

AAM: There needs to be celebration and there needs to be acknowledgement of not just a gift but a dream come true.

The reason why we say take a week off is to simply allow the new reality to seep in and for you to have moments of glee and panic and discovery and conversation. (3)

Steve: I have said to myself that I will not go to one of these nights where people go AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! all over the place because I worry that it might jiggle me just enough to set off the stress reaction that I’m sitting on [after having acquired sudden wealth].

AAM: We would not recommend to any of you going to these gargantuan meetings of celebration. They are incendiary.

Steve: That’s my sense. We do things we’d never do and it lets the genie out of the bottle.

AAM: That’s correct. It’s time for incredible discernment. And it’s not discerning to go to a venue and make public displays. It would not be wise. (4)

AAM: First things first. As soon as this has occurred, we want you to take an entire week off.

Steve: Is that like in seclusion. Is that what you mean? Or play?

AAM: Play, walking, seclusion, camaraderie. But the most important thing you will do is simply breathe. Because your world, as you know it, will have shifted.

99 of 162 So it is not to hire people. It is not to find a new place to live. It is not to engage everybody. It is just to breathe and from that place of centred, anchored breathing, then to proceed. (5)

Steve: I am just going to sit idle for the first week and just integrate…

AAM: ... Breathe….

Steve: And I am just going to park everything, right? I’m not going to immediately start activating people or even activating my family office. I’m going to wait until I come back from my [month-long vacation] trip to do that.

AAM: That is correct. This is a massive change and it is not about being hasty. It is about being plan-full and mindful and prudent. You are doing exactly what needs to be done. You are doing well. (6)

Archangel Michael: So first of all do not go on a buying spree. That has never been and will never be our guidance. (1)

AAM: Remember what I have said to thee about taking time and going slowly. (2)

AAM: Do not be precipitous. Stand still. Now that may sound like very amateurish advice. But it is one of the most difficult things for human beings to do.

Go to the stillness. Do not feel the immediate necessity, which is an invention of your imagination and ego, to jump into action.

Give yourself the opportunity to breathe, to allow this shift in reality, in what you have described as your personal landscape, to sink in.

Yes, there is an entire world waiting to be rebuilt and it is not achieved if you jump the gun. It is not achieved if you are going full steam ahead and then collapse because of stress. (3)

101 of 162 AAM: I have one very important piece of advice: Don’t panic. …

There will be a tendency on your part to feel that with all this money that you are super-responsible.

Do not panic. And simply know that there is a place and a plan and everything is in order and will fall into place. It does not need to happen in one day. And you are being mightily (and I use that word very specifically) mightily protected (4) and that this is a long-term project. So there is no rush. Everything will be in place.

And do not allow other people’s sense of urgency or need, their own need, to unduly influence you or make you sick, dear heart. …

So in other words let me call up Steve and get my mortgage money. You cannot do this day in and day out. It is too stressful. You are not the spiritual or the literal ATM. (5) After the Reval - Go on Holidays

Steve: So say the Reval were to happen tomorrow. It’s finished by Monday. It’s all over with.

I then take a week off and breathe, hug trees, walk around, just get a sense of myself. And then… I begin our plans for going on our holiday?

AAM: Yes. (6)

Then you go on holiday and you take the time to allow these changes to sift in because if you say, “Oh, I’m getting started on my projects” and you do so, you will never take the break.

Steve: Yes, I get that. It’s undoubtedly true.

AAM: And so we are starting at the very beginning of saying, using the brakes is part and parcel of the new realm. You are not intended to work yourself to the bone. That is not the way of Nova Earth and that is not the way of love. (7)

Archangel Michael: Then you return and you begin to hire your staff and in the meantime you also have somebody doing some of the very basic recruiting.

Steve: So, I hire a Publisher for the Golden Age of Gaia. I hire a President for the Michelangelo Fund. Do I go with the [XXX Bank's] family office or…?

AAM: Yes, that is good enough.

Steve:… For the interval?

AAM: … For the interval. The new financial institutions are going to emerge. [XXX Bank] are not stellar, but they are ethical.

Steve: Is it accurate to think that the people brought to me as a family office might have been brought by you for a more permanent role?

AAM: There will be transition people and permanent people. What you can rely on, sweet one, is that I am not going to bring you anyone who is not of ethical behaviour.

104 of 162 Steve: Thank you. That reassurance means a lot to me.

So, now I’ve hired my team. Once I hire my team, they hire the next layer. I don’t hire their team, right?

AAM: That is correct. (1)

Steve: And then I come back [from a month-long vacation] and I begin by contacting an executive search agency and hiring someone to head up the Michaelangelo Fund.

AAM: You return, having given/made a contact before you go away for a, can we say, an executive realtor to locate your new home. So that you come back and you have half a dozen places to look at and make your selection.

You don’t want to be hiring your staff and be in the process of moving. So the move will be taken care of very quickly.

Steve: Okay, now I've moved into my new home and I've located an executive recruiting firm and I’m now looking for a head for the Michelangelo Fund and the Golden Age of Gaia.

AAM: Your first priorities are twofold: The president of the Michaelangelo Fund and your personal assistant. You need that personal assistant as quickly as possible.

Steve: Okay, maybe I should be just concentrating on the personal assistant….

AAM: No, you need both because your president will be involved in the hiring of everybody else. (2)

These are pages from an offline manual I've written for myself that covers a raft of topics to do with running a very large humanitarian/philanthropic group of companies.

If I never spoke to Michael again, I'd still have this wealth of counsel to turn to on every aspect of my operations.

Those who are in a position of stewardship, of beginning projects that lead the way to the building and the re-creation of what Nova Earth is truly about ... become the spokesbeings for many.

Then the safety, security, and welcome factor for the star family becomes more [important].

And then the anchoring of the cities of light becomes greatly facilitated.

107 of 162 And then the adjustment of the, shall we say, stragglers or those who have resisted or who have even been recalcitrant, that have chosen to remain, that work is [also] achieved and underway. (1)

And then, because of that shift of what many think of as the expanded heart consciousness, the knowingness, the bliss, and, yes, moments of ecstasy, you have a planet that is no longer the same. (2)

Now each of these could be thought of as a singular event but it is really a chain reaction at the same time.

The leadership who are the stewards are the ones who are holding the vision and leading the way so all of this can occur in an orderly - well, our idea of orderly; the Mother’s idea of orderly - fashion so that it does not create further chaos, further turmoil, further upheaval.

Now it is upheaval but what we would call it is “upliftment.” What we would call it, instead of revolution, is spiritual advancement, evolution. But happening in terms of what humanity is used to at a fairly-rapid pace.

So I wanted to begin there to give you an overview of what is happening right now. I’m not talking in the distant future. I am not talking in the next years. I am talking about right now. Is this clear?

There are a multitude of states of consciousness, I'm sure. Why would there not be? Everything is consciousness.

Abundance is a higher-dimensional state of consciousness just as mastery, bliss, love, and peace are.

Abundance as a state, like love, cannot be discussed. It lives in another, higher dimension and our words don't capture that realm of experience.

Metaphorically speaking, they don't reach that far. They're insufficient to capture the essence of the experience.

I've never found words for higher-dimensional love, for instance. It's as far removed from my everyday experience as an airplane flying at 30,000 feet.

So abundance too. But I can describe the space of abundance. When I feel abundant, I feel confident. I feel unworried, relaxed. There are no barriers to my experience of other states of consciousness like happiness or peace.

I move ahead with the discussion of things boldly and clearly and leave it to others to work out the details. I think this is what Archangel Michael means when he

109 of 162 refers to money as being creative. I create with money as if painting and leave the details to those whose job that is. I do that when I feel abundant.

I imagine myself in a meeting discussing at a values level the ideal shape of the world - egalitarian, compassionate, responsible, etc.

From those values, the programs to implement cascade and flow. Universal basic incomes, universal medicare, universal debt retirement, universal child care, universal seniors care, etc.

Planet-wide, culturally-sensitive, in support of the locally-desired outcome. But raising the standard of living worldwide, responsibly, and wisely.

My saying this arises from years and years of studying what Michael has been telling me in my readings about being a funder, a flowthrough, or a pipeline. I haven't spent a day on the job and yet already I'm thinking as if I had.

We reach a pinnacle of relatedness to a topic in the time when we study it. In the years that follow we rely on what we learned back then to decipher the present.

This last period for me has been spent studying and imagining the flows of immense amounts of wealth on very much a global scale. Michael remarked to me on one occasion:

AAM: You have reached a point in your heart, in your being, in your life, in your consciousness where you are realizing … the magnitude of our partnership. (1)

I am indeed just getting the first glimpses of it. And many others are in partnership with him or the other celestials as well.

Not like I knew what the result would be starting out in my study. In the beginning, I just wanted to know what my job was.

But the result is that I'm becoming able to think at a global level, as tentative as my first thoughts are. I'm restricted to the flow of money, but within that domain and acting as an envisioner I'm feeling more and more competent.

110 of 162 I'm not afraid to think from that vantage point any longer. Archangel Michael has given me enough reassurance to make the leap. Yes, I did require a lot of handholding.

This whole process comes from reading and rereading what he has to say about financial service or stewardship. One comes to see things from a much wider, broader level through assimilating his words.

I'm seeing things from an altogether different angle now. I experience abundance, not as a condition, but as a state of consciousness.

Heavens, how lucky I am.

Social scientists have the concept of "social capital." What does it refer to?

Business journalist Will Kenton defines it:

"The term social capital refers to a positive product of human interaction. The positive outcome may be tangible or intangible and may include useful information, innovative ideas, and future opportunities. It can be used to describe the contribution to an organization's success that can be attributed to personal relationships and networks, both within and outside an organization. It can also be used to describe the personal relationships within a company that help build trust and respect among employees, leading to enhanced company performance." (1)

The relationships, the trust, the caring, the connectedness that come from one person helping, serving, or in other ways assisting another is what social capital is.

It's intangible. It grows out of personal/interpersonal interaction.

Why am I mentioning this? Because we don't have to wait for the Reval to work at building social capital or elevating our collective consciousness.

If we followed President Austin's example, for instance, and made sandwiches and drinks for people in the poorer areas of town, the homeless, and whoever else might be short of food, that would elevate the vibration and result in increasing the community's social capital.

Actions as simple as President Austin's are what can begin to rebuild connections in our society.

Should that be all we do? Of course not. I’m only saying that helping others, sharing will raise the vibration. And raising the vibration brings NESARA closer and Ascension.

With so many cities under siege from hired thugs and vandals, we'll need to rebuild our cities' social capital.

All notions like social distancing, isolation/quarantine, masking, etc., erode social capital. We're going to have to rebuild that sense of community and connection. But the rising energies on the planet, I think, will make it easier and easier to do as time goes on.

I think the deep state planned matters to dissolve our sense of community and connectedness. Divide and conquer has always been their strategy. Nothing has done that so well as the pandemic.

113 of 162 So now we need to go out of our way to rebuild social capital. Acts of generosity and service are one excellent way of doing it.

114 of 162 Sharing vs Lending: The New Paradigm in Finance

I'd like to turn our attention for one post to the key switch in the financial paradigm from accumulating profit to sharing.

I used to have trouble imagining how finances would work if we didn't lend money. What would be the inducement for one person to give money to another?

But of course I was thinking from a Third-Dimensional point of view.

I haven't lent money since probably 1980 when a friend ripped me off for $5,000, which he was going to pay me back by "Monday." (Monday never arrived.)

He was not the first to renege on a debt. I resolved at that time to never lend money again. And I haven't since.

If I have the money, I give it. If not, I don't. To address the Third-Dimensional paradigm and question, why do I do that? What is the inducement to give?

Honestly?

Because in the act of giving, I experience love.

115 of 162 There seems to be no love in lending money and demanding interest. There's love to be felt in the unencumbered act of giving.

A second reason for giving it is I haven't lost any friendships from trying to get people to pay back their debts. I've lost them for other reasons but not for that one.

A third reason is that, over time, giving erases the ego sense that the hoarding of money invites.

I saw this when my Visa went up as a result of helping someone buy medical equipment. I heard myself say, well, I'll just pay it down over time. Money in. Money out. There was no conception of "me" and "mine."

As for the expense involved, I saw at that moment that I’d already developed a pattern in my financial dealings. I lent it and relied on Michael to bring in the money to pay it back. And it's always worked to date. It may be a large part of why I'll be working as a "flowthrough" or "pipeline." (1)

Here's a fourth: Having the focus on the other person serves as a kind of brake that stops us from leaping into excessive expenditure - châteaux, jet planes, etc. We tend to be more moderate when we know that a portion of our funds is destined for others.

And a fifth: After a while, we really start to enjoy giving. We enjoy the smiles on everyone's face, the sigh of relief. Isn't that all wonderful?

What do you call what I was doing? I call it "sharing." Sharing brings love. Generosity is a divine virtue. Giving rather than hoarding is consistent with the design of life. (2) As far as my experience goes, all divine states lead to and bring in love and even bliss.

I predict that the new economy will operate on the principle of sharing. Certainly the redistribution of cabal wealth is all about sharing. NESARA as well.

The inducement will be to experience the love that arises when we share. In the Fifth Dimension, everyone will have an unquenchable desire for more love and generosity will then be a natural state.

"Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust does corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal." (Matthew 19:21.)

What is the difference between hard currency and spiritual currency?

I think I can summarize it by saying that hard currency relates to our net worth and spiritual currency relates to our Self-worth.

Spiritual currency is a metaphor the Company of Heaven uses to denote our inherent worth or Self-worth. Our failure to realize our spiritual currency means our failure to realize our essential Self-worth.

Archangel Michael acknowledges this in his invitation to play with hard currency:

“Think of this as a representation, as a miniscule representation of your spiritual currency, your worth, your individual worth. …

“Your individual assets are greater than all the money and currency on Earth. Let that sink in.” (1)

On another occasion he says, “your spiritual currency is infinite.” (2)

118 of 162 "You have enormous spiritual currency that you have been garnering not merely in this lifetime but throughout many, many existences, both upon Gaia and far beyond. "(3)

The problem is we remain unaware of it and, as long as we do, we cannot draw on it or use it to create abundance. We don’t know about spiritual currency and we don’t know that we don’t know.

Comparing the pleasure we get from working with hard currency to what we get from being in our higher-dimensional divine states or “assets” is like comparing a candle to the sun.

He returns to praising a person's true worth or value:

“It is spiritual currency and the expansion of your value and the understanding of your worth that we are addressing. And it is phenomenal, it is extravagant, and it is beautiful.” (4)

He suggests that the divine qualities we manifest can be thought of as our spiritual currency.

“It is certainly the currency of all the Divine Qualities, which you all have been anchoring in accordance with Divine Law, with Universal Law.” (5)

Practicing the divine qualities, therefore, puts spiritual currency into our account, metaphorically speaking.

Our spiritual currency is relative to our sense of self-worth. It's the measure of how much we value ourselves.

The universe is so constructed that what we send out we receive back in return. And so long as we’re sending out thoughts and feelings of a low self-worth, so long does the universe send us back a low return on our low investment.

Our self-worth doesn't justify arrogance or entitlement. Self-worth arises from the Self; arrogance and entitlement arise from the ego.

If we as a society have not reached a collective level of self-worth that allows the Reval to do any good, Michael says, heaven will not release the funds.

In 2015, he observed that “there are so many that have not reached a place of self- worth that they were not ready.” (1) Their low sense of self-worth prevented their financial worth from rising. He continued:

Archangel Michael: Until such time as those that are entrusted with money – not just spiritual currency but money – until they are at a point in their spiritual evolution and growth that they can be entrusted with these funds and use them judiciously and wisely for the creation of Nova Earth and not for selfish gain, there would be no point in bestowing them upon anybody.

121 of 162 Steve: Is [what you’re referring to] what the Arcturians [would] call an increase in frequency?

Archangel Michael: Yes, you may call it that. It is of values. It is a heart anchoring. It is the desire not to be acquisitive, not to be selfish, not to acquire wealth for its own sake but to use it for the benefit of all.

We have been waiting for this growth in human spirituality. (2)

It’s as if we’re on the fairground standing in front of a game of ring the bell. We strike a mallet on an iron plate and see if that sends the weighted ball to the top, where it rings a bell.

If our sense of collective self-worth is too low, we won't ring the bell.

At this moment, probably very few people are even aware of the tie-in between spiritual currency and hard currency.

St. Germaine made the connection very clear: “Spiritual currency ... translates … into what you think of as financial wherewithal." (3) That very clearly suggests the operation of the Laws of Cause and Effect and Attraction.

In other words, what goes around comes around. High self-valuation from us induces high valuation back from the universe. The universe reflects us back to ourselves. As without, so within, even financially.

Archangel Gabrielle was also clear on the connection:

“Your acknowledgement and surrender to your spiritual currency, your innate value throughout the omni-verse defines your financial abundance.” (4)

So our self-valuing, if I can invent a word here, defines our financial abundance. Value ourselves a lot and the universe reflects it back to us. Value ourselves a little and the universe reflects that back to us. The universe is our mirror, giving us back our own reflection of what we put out.

All well and good. But what has all of this to do with the Reval and everything that falls out of it?

Michael is adamant that what is being revalued that is of most importance is our spiritual currency; in other words, our own readiness, willingness, and ability to value ourselves to a degree that who we are merits an abundant return from the universe. He says:

"Spiritual currency [is] an integral, unavoidable part of this thing that you call the RV. What you call the RV, I call the re-evaluation of spiritual currency." (1)

Michael pointed out that the Reval was about a restructuring of humanity:

124 of 162 “Understand [that] when we speak of the Revaluation, we are speaking of a continuum of which this aspect of Reval is one. ... It is tied into the restructuring of systems. …

“We are talking about the restructuring of humanity.” (2)

And what is the purpose of this type of restructuring?

“The purpose of this type of restructuring is for humans to remember their spiritual currency.” (3)

So the purpose is to truly value the divine being (we could say) in us or that each of us is.

The whole notion of currency is value. If I could invent a word, a synonym for spiritual currency would be self-value and self-valuing. It’s this that they wish to see occur throughout the human population. And so they offer us a metaphor of a currency of a spiritual kind.

Why would the whole purpose of the Reval be to raise our spiritual currency or sense of self-worth?

To answer that I’d have to look at our within and without.

Without, the galactics and celestials are raising the vibrations gradually so that our bodies and we ourselves are slowly emerging from a denser setting. They’re helping us to ascend.

That handles the without. We need to handle the within.

Handling the within means increasing our sense of self-worth, of valuing ourselves. Why is that?

By increasing our self-valuation, we increase our Self-realization and thus our ability to ascend. Since we are magnificent, all that’s missing is our realization of it and the more of our magnificence we accept the more of ourselves we live into.

The Reval is an obvious way the Company of Heaven is increasing the self- valuation of probably everyone on the planet, when the funds really do start to get distributed.

125 of 162 To people who think in terms of currency, we’re amassing a spiritual bank account, which commands further wealth. We’’re doing it by the charity we perform, the debt we relieve, and the lives we rescue from poverty and slavery - in other words, by a wise use of the wealth we were made stewards of.

That rise in our spiritual currency raises the average vibration or frequency of the collective consciousness. Humanity can be said to have evolved.

And all of life is about evolution of the spirit all the way back to the One.

So increasing our spiritual currency is one among a number of metaphors that the Company of Heaven uses to have us focus on letting go of low self-esteem and accurately valuing ourselves.

It’s not the only factor at play in our Ascension. There is also the work of the Company of Heaven. But raising our self-valuation, our sense of our own self- worth is equally important and is our contribution to our Ascension and that of the collective.

In my last reading with him, Oct. 30, 2020, through Linda Dillon, Archangel Michael predicted that human society would continue to use money into the distant future.

Steve: Can you talk to me a bit about how the society would run without money. I mean I know the astral plane does. The fruit grows on trees and you just pluck it and they don’t need to eat. You don’t need to sleep. You don’t need to wear clothes, so to speak, (1) or shelter.

Archangel Michael: The point at which human beings would relinquish their attachment to money is in the distant future. And we have said this previously but it bears repeating at this juncture. And it is not because love cannot reign. Of course it can. And manifestation can be fully present.

127 of 162 But human beings love money and it is not an incorrect love affair. When it is equated with one’s worth or value that is entirely incorrect. But what it does is it gives a sense of assigned value so for example, think of it simply as gold or salt.

We'll use Kathleen’s masks as an example. If I make a mask and I take the time to infuse it with love, with mighty protection, with hope, with divine qualities and I put my love and my labour into this, it has a certain value.

Take the market value out of it. Think first just the value that you have infused into that piece of material.

Then, if you take a mass-produced piece of cotton fibers that is produced a million at a time (and I am using this not as truth but as an example) when the machinery or the technicians operating machinery are there.

They are exhausted. They are hounded. They do not feel valued. They do not infuse love into the material or to the machines or into the process. That mask has a very different value to the individual.

So what one is saying with money is that I value this mask (for example) at a higher value rate than something that is simply coming from a machine that was not done with any kind of love quotient.

So in one country for example, the spice, because it is culturally the foundation of what is used in food, has a very high value. And another country that never uses that spice, it may go for a penny.

So it is simply a way in which human beings have devised to say what they value, what they love, what they think is worth the exchange. So it puts a whole different understanding on money.

One of the greatest human needs, particularly as this Ascension is well underway, is the desire to be recognized, acknowledged. And so what it does, what money is used for (and this is one of the many reasons why humans love it) is that it acknowledges the person’s value.

As Sheldan Nidle notes, “you are living through a time when most of your major societal institutions are undergoing great systemic collapse, which is in fact a precursor to a series of vast economic, political, and societal reforms.” (1)

These reforms include a radically-new approach to our social and economic life that we know by the name of “NESARA,” an acronym which stands for the “National Economic Security and Reformation Act.”

Originally an act of the American Congress, NESARA is now a term being applied to the global program that promises to bring peace and abundance to Earth.

NESARA has a history which dates back to the Early Middle Ages. Its origins lie in a series of arrangements apparently put in place by four ascended masters, arrangements that were due to mature at the end of the second millennium of the Christian era.

131 of 162 The only account I am aware of that I would rely on comes from Sheldan Nidle’s “Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation” (SHGF) and dates back to 2003. I have no idea whether what Nidle says is correct or not, but, it being the only account we have, I quote it here.

I suggest that this account in turn be tested against other sources we discover and overturned if found to be defective.

Here then is the history of events leading up to NESARA, according to the SHGF:

“This time will … be heralded by an infusion of great abundance. This prosperity will be due largely to the endurance of our Earthly Allies and the brilliant strategies set in motion, many centuries ago, by the Ascended Masters Count St Germain, Master Hilarion, Seraphis Bey and Saint Paul the Venetian.

“These Holy Beings were able to bring to this realm a financial and monetary plan whose secret purpose is to enable great abundance to rain down at the appropriate time. Although St Germain is ultimately responsible for its success, each of the Ascended Masters we have mentioned has played a significant role in its present-day preparation.

“Briefly, … the Ottoman Turks, the Hapsburgs of Austria, the Bourbons of France and the Holy See conspired in the past to create a system of banking and trust that has lasted until this day. It is important, at this point, to be aware that these individuals were part of a vast, global council of Earthly minions whose ultimate overlords were the former Anunnaki, themselves under the influence of the galactic Forces of Darkness.

“For nearly 13 millennia, these dark, hybrid off-worlders controlled your realm. They relinquished that control nearly a decade ago [in the Peace of Anchara, 1995 – (2)].

“The origins of their created Fractional Banking System are revealed in the ancient treasuries of Rome, Persia, India and China, and in the many empires of the New World. The Anunnaki kept a close watch over this financial operation.

132 of 162 “By Europe’s Middle Ages, control of this system had passed to the Pope and a series of allied Monarchs. This group was grievously threatened by the rise of the Ottomans in the Middle East, and by their capture of Constantinople. New arrangements were needed.

“St Paul the Venetian and Serapis Bey were leaders in negotiating the new Secret Treaties, but only to prepare the way for the final phase of their strategy. St. Germain carried this out beautifully, with help from the Master Hilarion. The outcome was a World Trust for this realm’s Light Workers.

“Funds were to be disbursed with the advent of Christendom’s Second Millennium. As that time approached, however, it became increasingly clear that the Cabals who control your world wished to avoid this payout.

“Therefore, a number of former members who left these groups and secretly supported Count St Germain’s original intention, devised a way to defeat the secret manipulations of their former dark Cabals.

“This resulted in the rise of our Earthly Allies and an exceedingly complex strategy that took decades to bring to fruition. The process began as a way to ensure that the abundance promised by Count St Germain was actually made available to Earth’s Light Workers.

“At first, this amounted to a number of Trusts whose true purpose was kept secret. A few decades later, it concerned the bringing to light of a humanitarian project approved by the IMF. Over time, this led to the emergence of a number of governmental, economic and political coalitions, which were protected by the Ascended Masters.

“They also encouraged Divine intervention by the Galactic Federation of Light. This First Contact mission would be allied, eventually, with those who so courageously had encouraged the disclosure of Count St Germain’s World Trust. In 1998, this measure was officially carried into effect by a series of secret agreements promising that the UFO cover-up would cease when these funds were disbursed.

“The outcome of almost a decade of secret conflict waged between this global coalition and Earth’s many dark Cabals culminated in the latter part

133 of 162 of 2000. The remaining Dark Cabal realized that it was imperative for them to seize the leadership of Earth’s last superpower.

“Thus, they developed a policy that resembled a scheme they had employed in Germany during the 1930s [i.e., 9/11, designed to imitate the consequences of the Reichstag Fire]. They hoped that this policy would enable them to block the disbursement of funds. They also hungered to engage in a perpetual war that would allow them to complete the dismantling of this superpower’s Bill of Rights.

“At first, their policy seemed to succeed. However, their spitefulness resulted in a violent reaction that increased our Earthly Allies’ ability to counterbalance the power amassed by these last Cabals. Now, this Coalition has used your Planet’s most recent, illegal war in Iraq as the intolerable, final act that will break this last Cabal’s hold on the reins of power.” (3)

As we see, the War in Iraq was not the cabal’s last stand. The cabal continued its quest for a foreign war that would justify more spending on military weapons research, testing, and procurement.

They appear to have harboured thoughts of annexing Canada and Mexico and declaring the Amero the new currency. That project too appears to have been thwarted (or is it just that I wish it to be so?).

In an apparent continuing shrinkage of their sphere of influence, the cabal now appear to have confined themselves to the continental United States where they are threatening a showdown over swine-flu vaccinations [now Covid-19].

Swine flu is a combination of swine, avian and human flu that is not found in nature. The likelihood is that it was prepared in cabal-controlled laboratories.

There are reports of military drills which raise the spectre in some people’s minds of martial law being proclaimed and vaccine refusers being sent to FEMA camps. (4)

Elsewhere I have cited Matthew Ward as saying that the galactics have neutralized the vaccine and deprogrammed the microchips contained in it. (5) Matthew has also said that martial law and FEMA-camp confinement will not be allowed. (6)

We know that a financial crash is coming, but we also know that the “Earth allies” are waiting in the wings to usher in NESARA as soon as the dark cabal’s financial empire is finally destroyed.

With all their power and money the bankers thought themselves to be above the law, but cracks were now appearing in their foundations. Angry Americans were beginning to fight back. A class action lawsuit was brewing which would threaten to change the balance of power.

This change began in the mid 1970’s, when the Federal Land Bank illegally foreclosed on farmers mortgages all throughout the Midwest. In each of these cases the farmers were defrauded by the banks with the approval of the Federal Reserve System. These court cases would eventually become known as the farmer claims program.

In 1978 an elderly ranch farmer in Colorado purchased a farm with loan from the Federal Land Bank; after he died the property was passed on to his son Roy

136 of 162 Schwasinger Jr., who was a retired military general. Soon after a Federal Land Bank officer and Federal Marshall appeared on his property and informed him the bank was foreclosing on his farm and to vacate within 30 days. Without his knowledge, his deceased father signed a stipulation which reverted the property back to the Federal Land Bank in the event of the borrower’s death.

Outraged, Roy Schwasinger filed a class action lawsuit in the Denver Federal Court system. But the case didn’t go very far and the suit was dismissed from filing incorrectly. This began Roy Schwasinger’s investigation into the inner workings of the banking system. In 1982 he was given a contract by the US senate and later Supreme Court to investigate banking fraud. But because he was under a strict non-disclosure order he was not allowed to tell the media what he discovered. In the late 80s he began sharing his knowledge with others including high ranking military personnel who helped him bring about a class action lawsuit against the federal government.

The first series of these lawsuits began in the mid 1980’s when William and Shirley Baskerville of Fort Collins, Colorado were involved in a bankruptcy case with First Interstate Bank of Fort Collins; who was trying to foreclose on their farm. At a restaurant their lawyer informed them that he would no longer be able to help them and walked-off. Overhearing the conversation Roy Schwasinger offered his advice on how to appeal the case in bankruptcy court. So in 1987 they filed an appeal (Case No. 87-C-716) with the United States District Court in Colorado.

On November 3, 1988, the Denver Federal Court system ruled that indeed the banks had defrauded the Baskervilles and proceeded to reverse its bankruptcy decision. But when the foreclosed property was not returned they filed a new lawsuit. Eventually, 23 other farmers, ranchers, and Indians swindled by the banks in the same manner would join in the case.

In these cases, the banks were foreclosing on the properties using fraudulent methods such as charging exorbitant interest, illegal foreclosure, or by not crediting mortgage payments to their account as they should have but instead would steal the mortgage payments for themselves triggering foreclosure on the property. After running out of money they continued their fight without the help of lawyers. With some assistance by the Farmers Union a new lawsuit was filed against the Federal Land Bank and the Farmers Credit System.

The District Court ruled in their favor and ordered the banks to return the stolen properties with help from either Federal Marshals or the National Guard. But when no payments were made, the farmers declared involuntary Chapter Seven Bankruptcy against the Federal Land Bank and the Farmers Credit System. The banks appealed their case insisting they were not a business but a federal agency therefore they were not liable to pay the damages.

So the farmer’s legal team adopted a new strategy. According to the Federal Land Bank’s 1933 charter they are not allowed to make loans directly to applicants, but instead could only back loans as a guarantor in case of default. Because the Federal Land Bank had violated this rule the farmer’s legal team was able to successfully sue the bank for damages.

Word of the lawsuit began to spread; the legal team would teach others how to fight foreclosure and to help them file lawsuits as well (Case No. 93-1308-M). Celebrities such as Willie Nelson joined in the cause and helped raise money during his “Farm Aid” concerts. Here is short clip of Willie Nelson describing in his own words the series of events leading up to the farmer claims legal case…… The Baskerville case had now become the Farmer Claims Class Action Lawsuit. Worried about the legal ramifications the government retaliated against the farmers by hitting them with either outrageous IRS fees, or by imprisoning the legal team under frivolous nonrelated charges. When the farmers realized they were being unfairly targeted, they had military generals such as General Roy Schwasinger sit in the courtroom to make sure the bribed judges would vote according to constitutional law.

The farmers now with a large team of knowledgeable people of the law behind them filed a new case to claim additional damages from the fraudulent loaning activities of the Farmers Credit System.

The government tried to settle but they had already lost many cases and were now loosing the appeals as well. More and more evidence was collected. According to the National Banking Act all banks are required to register their charters with the Federal and State Bureau of Records, but none of the banks complied, allowing the legal team to sue the Farmers Credit System. Not only was Farmers Credit System

138 of 162 not chartered to do business with the American Banking Association, but so were other quasi government organizations such as the Federal Housing Administration, The Department of Housing and Urban Development, and even the Federal Reserve Bank.

The Farmers Claims lawsuit was thrown out of court at each level with the records purposely destroyed. So in the early 1990’s Roy Schwasinger brought the case before the United States Supreme Court. Some of the content of this case is sealed from public eyes but most of it can be viewed today.

Almost (u-nan-ah-mous-ly) unanimously the U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled that the Farmers Union claims were indeed VALID, therefore, all property foreclosed by the Farmers Credit System was illegal and all those who were foreclosed on would have to receive damages. In addition, they ruled that the U.S. federal government and banks had defrauded the farmers, and all U.S. citizens, out of vast sums of money and property.

And furthermore, the court ruled the shocking truth that the IRS was a Puerto Rican Trust and that the Federal Reserve was unlawful, that the income tax amendment was only ratified by four states and therefore was not a legal amendment, that the IRS code was not enacted into “Positive Law”* within the Code of Federal Regulations, and how the U.S. government illegally foreclosed on farmer’s homes with help from federal agencies.

*Positive Law

Laws that have been enacted by a properly instituted and recognized branch of the government.

Irrefutable proof was presented by a retired CIA agent. He provided testimony and records of the banks illegal activities, to lead further evidence that the Farmers’ Union claims were indeed legitimate. The implications of such a decision were profound. All gold, silver, and property titles, taken by the Federal Reserve and IRS must be returned to the people.

The legal team sought assistance from a small group of benevolent visionaries, consisting of politicians, military generals, and business people who have been secretly working to restore the constitution since the mid 1950’s. Somehow within

139 of 162 their ranks, a four star U.S. army general received “title” and “receiver” of the original 1933 United States Bankruptcy.

When the case was brought before the U.S. Supreme Court, they ruled in his favor, giving the Army General title over the United States, Inc. Legal action was then passed on to the Senate Finance Committee and Senator Sam Nunn, who was working with Roy Schwasinger. With the help of covert Congressional and political pressure, President George H.W. Bush issued an Executive Order (a) on Oct. 23, 1991, which provided a provision allowing anyone who has a claim against the federal government to receive payment as long as it’s within the rules of the original format of the case.

According to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, all present and succeeding debts against the U.S. Treasury must be assumed by the Federal Reserve. Thus the famer’s claims legal team was able to use that executive order to not only force the Federal Reserve to pay out damages in a gold backed currency but also allow them to receive legal ownership over the bankruptcy of United States, Inc.

To collect damages the farmers legal team used an obscure attachment to the 14th amendment which most people are not aware of. After the civil war the government allowed citizens to claim a payment on anyone who suffered damages as a result of the Federal Government failing to protect its citizens from harm or damages by a foreign government. President Grant had this attachment sealed from public eyes but somehow, someone the farmer’s legal team got a hold of it.

If you listened to that carefully, it specifies damages by a foreign government. That foreign government is the corporate federal government which has been masquerading to the public as the constitutional government. Remember this goes back to the Organic Act of 1871 and the Trading with the Enemies Act of 1933, which defined all citizens as enemy combatants under the federal system known as the United States. The Justices and farmer’s legal team recognized how evil and corrupt our federal government had become and to counteract this they added some provisions in the settlement to bring the government back under control.

140 of 162 a. First they would have to be paid using a lawful currency, backed by gold and silver as the constitution dictates. This would eliminate inflation and gyrating economic cycles created by the Federal Reserve System. b. Second they would be required to go back to common law instead of admiralty law under the gold fringe flags. Under common law if there is no damage or harm done then there is no violation of the law. This would eliminate millions of laws which are used to control the masses and protect corrupt politicians. c. Lastly the IRS would have to be dismantled and replaced with a national sales tax. This is the basis of the NESARA Law.

When the legal team finally settled on a figure, each individual would receive an average of $20 million dollars payout per claim. Multiplied by a total of 336,000 claims that were filed against the U.S. Federal Government, the total payout would come out to a staggering $6.6 trillion dollars.

The U.S. Supreme Court placed a gag order on the case, struck all information from the Federal Registry, and placed all records in the Supreme Court files. Up to that point Senator Sam Nunn had kept the Baskerville Case records within his office. A settlement was agreed to out of court and the decision was sealed by Janet Reno. Because the case was sealed, claimants are not allowed to share court documents to media outlets without violating the settlement, but they can still tell others about the lawsuit. This is why you probably have not heard about this.

In 1991 Roy Schwasinger went before a senate committee to present evidence of the banks and governments criminal activity. He informed them how the Corporation of the United States was tied to the establishment of a New World Order which would bring about a fascist one world government ruled by the international bankers.

So in 1992 a task force was put together consisting of over 300 retired and 35 active US military officers who strongly supported constitutional law.* This task force was responsible for investigating governmental officials, Congressional officers, judges, and the Federal Reserve.

They uncovered the common practice of bribery and extortion committed by both senators and judges. The criminal activity was so rampant that only 2 out of 535 members of Congress were deemed honest. But more importantly they carried out the first ever audit of the Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve was used to giving orders to politicians and had no intentions of being audited. However after they were informed their offices would be raided under military gunpoint if necessary; they complied with the investigation. After reviewing their files the military officers found $800 trillion dollars sitting in accounts which should have been applied to the national debt. And contrary to federal government propaganda they also discovered that most nations had in fact owed money to the United States instead of the other way around.

These hidden trillions were then confiscated and placed into European bank accounts in order to generate the enormous funds needed to pay the farmers claims class action lawsuit, later this money would become the basis of the prosperity programs.

Despite these death blows President George H.W. Bush and the illuminati continued on with their plans of global enslavement.

In August 1992 the military officers confronted President Bush and demanded he sign agreement that he would return the United States to constitutional law and ordered him to never use the term New World Order again. Bush pretended to cooperate but secretly planned to bring about the New World Order anyway by signing an Executive Order on December 25, 1992, that would have indefinitely closed all banks giving Bush an excuse to declare martial law.

Under the chaos of martial law, Bush intended to install a new constitution which would have kept everyone currently in office in their same position for 25 years and it would have removed all rights to elect new officials. The military intervened and stopped Bush from signing that Executive order.

142 of 162 In 1993 members of the Supreme Court, certain members of Congress and representatives from the Clinton government meet with high ranking US military officers who were demanding a return to constitutional law, reforms of the banking system, and financial redress. They agreed to create the farm claims process which would allow the legal team to set up meetings all over the country on a grass roots level to help others file claims and to educate them about the lawsuit.

A claim of harm could be made on any loan issued by a financial institution for all interest paid; foreclosures; attorney and court fees; IRS taxes or liens; real estate and property taxes; mental and emotional stress caused by the loss of property; stress related illness such as suicide and divorce; and even warrants, incarceration, and probation could also be claimed.

But the Clinton government undermined their efforts by requiring the farm claims to use a specific form designed by the government. This form imposed an administrative fee of $300 for each claim, which was later used in 1994 as a basis to arrest the leaders of the legal team including Roy Schwasinger.

The government was so afraid of what they would say during their trial in Michigan that extra steps were taken to conceal the true nature of the case. County courthouse employees were not allowed to work between Monday and Thursday during the course of the trial. And outside the courthouse, FBI agents swarmed the perimeter preventing the media and visitors from learning what was going on as well.

Harassment and retaliation by the government increased, many where sent prison or murdered while incarcerated. Despite being protected by his military personnel the army general who acquired the original 1933 Title of Bankruptcy of the United States; was imprisoned, killed, and replaced with a clone. This clone was then used as a decoy to prevent any further claims from being filed.

During the first Clinton administration the military delayed many of Clinton’s federal appointments until they were sure these individuals would help restore constitutional law. One such individual who promised to bring about the necessary changes was Attorney General Janet Reno.

143 of 162 In agreement with the Supreme Court ruling on June 3, 1993, Janet Reno ordered the Delta Force and Navy Seals to Switzerland, England, and Israel to recapture trillions of dollars of gold stolen by the Federal Reserve System from the strategic gold reserves. These nations cooperated with the raid because they were promised their debts owed to the United States would be canceled and because the people who stole the money from the United States also stole money from their nations as well.

This bullion is to be used for the new currency backed by precious metals. It’s now safely stockpiled at the Norad Complex at Colorado Springs, Colorado and four other repositories. Janet Reno’s action so enraged the powers-that-be, that it resulted in her death. She was then replaced with a clone and it was this creature that was responsible for covering-up the various Clinton scandals.

To keep the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Robert Rubin in line, he too was also cloned. For the remainder of their term in office both Reno and Rubin received their salaries from the International Monetary Fund as foreign agents and not from the U.S. Treasury. Despite these actions the legal team continued on with their fight while managing to avoid bloodshed and a major revolution.

After 1993 the farmer claims process name was changed to Bank Claims. Between 1993 and 1996, the U.S. Supreme Court required U.S. citizens to file “Bank Claims” to collect damages paid by the U.S. Treasury Department. This process CLOSED in 1996.

During this time the U.S. Supreme Court assigned one or more Justices to monitor the progress of the rulings. They enlisted help of experts in economics, monetary systems, banking, constitutional government and law, and many other related areas. These justices built coalitions of support and assistance with thousands of people worldwide; known as 'White Knights”. The term 'White Knights' was borrowed from the world of big business. It refers to a vulnerable company that is rescued by a corporation or a wealthy person from a hostile takeover.

To implement the required changes, the five Justices spent years negotiating how the reformations would occur. Eventually they settled on certain agreements, also known as 'Accords', with the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve Bank owners, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and with numerous other

144 of 162 countries including the United Kingdom and countries of the Euro Zone. Because these U.S. banking reformations will impact the entire world; the IMF, World Bank, and other countries had to be involved. The reformations require that the Federal Reserve be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks' fraudulent activities must be stopped and payment must be made for past harm.

In 1998, the military generals who originally participated in the farmer’s claim process realized that the US Supreme Court justices had no intentions of implementing the 'Accords.' So they decided the only way to implement the reformations was through a law passed by Congress. In 1999 a 75 page document known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA) was submitted to Congress where it sat with little action for almost a year.

Late one evening on March 9, 2000, a written quorum call was hand-delivered by Delta Force and Navy SEALs to 15 members of the US Senate and the US House who were sponsors and co-sponsors of NESARA. They were immediately escorted by the Delta Force and Navy SEALs to their respective voting chambers where they passed the National Economic Security and Reformation Act.

These 15 members of Congress were the only people lawfully allowed to hold office in accordance with the original 13th amendment. Remember British soldiers destroyed copies of the Titles of Nobility Amendment (TONA) in the war of 1812 because it prevented anyone who had ties to the crown of England from holding public office.

NESARA is the most ground breaking reformation to sweep not only this country but our planet in its entire history. The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the shadow government, and much more.

NESARA implements the following changes:

1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. This is the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a “jubilee” or a forgiveness of debt. 2. And millions of people will soon discover their college degrees are now worthless paper. 8. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA's announcement. The intern government will cancel all “National Emergencies” and return us back to constitutional law. 9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups. 10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury, 'rainbow currency,' backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. 11. Establishes peace throughout the world 18. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes 19. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines.

Because President Clinton’s clone had no interest in signing NESARA into law on October 10, 2000; under orders from U.S. military generals the elite Naval Seals and Delta Force stormed the White House and under gunpoint forced Bill Clinton to sign NESARA. During this time Secret Service and White House security

146 of 162 personnel were ordered to stand down, disarmed, and allowed to witness this event under a gag order.

From its very inception Bush Sr., the corporate government, major bank houses, and the Carlyle group have opposed NESARA. To maintain secrecy, the case details and the docket number were sealed and revised within the official Congressional registry, to reflect a commemorative coin and then again it was revised even more recently. This is why there are no public Congressional Records and why a search for this law will not yield the correct details until after the reformations are made public.

You probably have never heard of this law due to an extremely strict gag order placed upon politicians, media personnel, and bank officers. Even though Alex Jones or Ron Paul will not tell you about it, the law is still valid.

And members of Congress will not tell us any of this because they have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to 'deny' the existence of NESARA or face charges of treason punishable by death. Some members of Congress have actually been charged with 'obstruction.' When Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone was about to break the gag order, but before he could, his small passenger plane crashed killing his wife, daughter, and himself.

If fear isn’t enough to keep Congress in line, money is. The CIA routinely bribes senators with stolen loot from the bank roll programs. Every senator has been bribed with a minimum of $200 million dollars deposited in a Bank of America account in Canada.

You will never hear the media networks report about NESARA. To maintain silence, major news networks such as CNN are paid in the tune of $2 billion dollars annually. Some of this loot is funneled by the Mormon Church in Utah through Senator Orin Hatch’s office and Bank of America.

Not only is Congress bribed but the entire Joint Chiefs of Staff and upper tier of the government including the president receives these payments as well. Only the Provost Marshall has the lawful authority to arrest these individuals, but sadly he won’t do his job either. It seems the United State military is full of pencil pushing politicians who care more about advancement than doing their job.

147 of 162 And not surprisingly, much disinformation about NESARA can be found on the internet. Prominent nay-sayers include quatloos.com, which is rumored to be a CIA front; nesara.org which is maintained by the Bush family; Sherry Shriner; and various Internet channelers receiving their messages from telepathic spooks have all contributed to the confusion.

Even the information on Wikipedia is in error. Wikipedia gives you the history of CIA agent Harvey Barnard’s NESARA law. If you look closely, this law stands for National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, which would have made reforms to the economy and replace the income tax with a national sales tax. This law was rejected by Congress in the 1990’s. But there is little mention of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act on Wikipedia or its ramifications.

September 11, 2001

The next step is to announce NESARA to the world, but it’s not an easy task to do. Many powerful groups have tried to prevent the implementation of NESARA.

The NESARA law requires that at least once a year, an effort be made to announce the law to the public. Three current US Supreme Court judges control the committee in charge of NESARA’s announcement. These Judges have used their overall authority to secretly sabotage NESARA’s announcement.

In 2001 after much negotiation the Supreme Court justices ordered the current Congress to pass resolutions 'approving' NESARA. This took place on September 9, 2001, eighteen months after NESARA became law. On September 10, 2001, George Bush Sr. moved into the White house to steer his son on how to block the announcement. The next day, on September 11, 2001, at 10 am Eastern Daylight Time, Alan Greenspan was scheduled to announce the new US Treasury Bank system, debt forgiveness for all U.S. citizens, and abolishment of the IRS as the first part of the public announcements of NESARA.

Just before the announcement at 9 am, Bush Sr. ordered the demolition of World Trade Center to stop the international banking computers on floors one and two, in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S. Treasury Bank system. Explosives in the World Trade Center were planted by both CIA and Mossad operatives and

Remote pilot technology was used in a flyover event to deliver a payload of explosives into the Pentagon at the exact location of the White Knights in their new Naval Command Center who were coordinating activities supporting NESARA's implementation nationwide. With the announcement of NESARA stopped dead in its tracks, George Bush Sr. decapitated any hopes of returning the government back to the people.

Tudor England. Comte de Saint Germain was noted for rubbing elbows with the monarchies. Many of which commented on his elaborate shoes stubbed with $40,000 diamonds and pearls. No one knew the source of his income.

Then around 1727 he shared his secret money making techniques to certain German bankers in hopes that they would use the money to help humanity. Using his techniques, they along with the monarchies choose to squander the money for themselves.

Even to this day, these bankers have continued to keep this knowledge secret.

Eventually Saint Germain realized the money was never going to be used for benevolent purposes so he pulled his money out and in 1729 he put it into his own

Bank Roll Programs

Around the turn of the century, the children of robber barons, and “banksters” began to see the error in their parent’s evilness and their use of wealth. These 100 children are known as “wealthy visionaries.”

Together they invested some of their families' money into secret money roll programs, to be used for humanitarian purposes. The bank roll programs allow wealthy investors to make insane profits by ripping off the assets and resources from third world nations.

The profits from these programs are utterly astronomical as monthly returns can be in excess of 1:100,000 and 1:500,000.

The name “roll programs” comes from a method of rolling money over and over in short periods of time. At the end of each cycle investors then reinvest or “roll” the principle and interest earned over into the next cycle. In the late 1990’s the bank roll programs finally ceased.

Money earned from these bank roll programs became known as the “Prosperity Programs.” Over time the programs where secretly opened up to small investors so that one could invest as little as one hundred dollars at a time.

These small amounts where handled by trustees who collected the money and kept records, and combined the small investments into the large amount, let’s say, one million dollars, that was required in order to enter a “roll.”

The news of these programs spread by word of mouth and especially via multi- level marketers. Thousands of people invested and great wealth was generated, but little, if anything was ever paid back to the investors.

Trustees such as Clyde Hood and Mike Kadoski where sent to jail under false charges. Then corruption, greed, and fraud became widespread among the bankers, government, and even some trustees who wanted to steal the money for themselves.

The time has now come to release these Prosperity Funds and the funds from Saint Germain’s World Trust. This money will be used to buy out all oil corporations, banks, pharmaceutical cartels, and zero out all debt.

250 years of compound interest has mushroomed the World Trust into a net worth in excess of one quattuordecillion dollars, or $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000.

That’s 1 with 40 zeros behind it.

This is enough money to buy a gold cube the size of the orbit of Saturn. So astronomical most people will not believe it!

The money from the World Trust will be distributed in the following manner:

Level One — World Trust

This is under the trusteeship of Master St. Germain. At his direction The World Trust can only be activated for payout at only two times during any given year, Easter and Christmas. At St. Germain’s orders the World Court activates the funding process.

This process continues down through the four lower levels of trusts to the people, and under certain conditions the funding window remains open until the next holiday funding window begins.

For example, if the Easter window is activated, the window can remain open until December 24, the day before Christmas, at which time it closes. The window remains open only if significant funds are moved to certain designated trusts during a set period of time.

If not, the funding window is closed when such deadlines are not met.

Level Two —

These are the 180 Royal Trusts under the control of trustees in various sovereign countries. Examples are the French Trust, the Russian Trust, and the Vatican Trust.

Level Three —

These are the Family Trusts under the control of trustees of the world’s wealthiest families. Examples are Bronfmans, Warburgs, Morgans, Rothschilds, and Rockefellers.

Level Four —

These are the 250 plus Corporate Trusts under the control of trustees from powerful companies and corporations. Examples are General Electric, Lockheed, General Motors, Boeing, Carnegie, Ford, Marriott and AT&T.

There are 4-5 trustees per trust which means that approximately 1200 trustees must sign documents to move money through these trusts.

Level Five —

These are the Prosperity Program Trusts which represent the various 70-75 bank roll programs which are under the control of designated program trustees. Again, there are 4-5 trustees per trust or some 350 persons who must sign documents to activate these trusts.

Some examples include Bergevene, SBC, ITI, Savage, Morgan, Omega, and Freedom. The largest trust is Freedom and it must be funded first. It is these trusts that hold the wealth from the enlightened robber-baron children. Then finally the funds will be released to the common man.

NESARA

... and various Internet channelings straight out of CIA Langley have been spouting much disinformation and confusion on the subject. The information on the Wikipedia even has its facts wrong.

History of NESARA

To understand NESARA’s origins we must go back to the early years of the American Republic. Ever since England lost her most prized jewel the “American Colonies,” the royal crown was looking for ways to take back what was once theirs.

154 of 162 The pioneers of our new republic knew the threat that faced the young nation. To ensure its survival a nobility amendment was passed to prevent anyone who had loyalties to the crown from holding public office.

The 13th Amendment was approved by Congress and the House of Representatives in 1810. It was ratified by all the necessary states into law on March 12, 1819. It reads as follows.

13th Amendment

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, ...

... prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

This amendment was unacceptable to the British crown because this would essentially cut off all meddling into the affairs of the new republic’s government. It would also mean anyone who is a member of the BAR (Lawyer) association would not be allowed to hold public office.

Remember the B.A.R. is short for the British Accredited Registry. This amendment is technically still in effect today and therefore all the laws that have been made by lawyers remains unconstitutional, as they are not allowed to be US citizens.

This is why England fought in a war with us in 1812. Washington D.C. was burned to the ground and the original documents which proved this was indeed a law were destroyed. The British monarchy knew the American people would never tolerate British rule again, ...

... so they offered back the republic to the people with one exception, the 13th amendment was to be removed from the constitution. Nearly 200 years have now since passed, we have been conquered and yet we don’t know it.

Then we had the civil war which was really about the Rothschild family trying to gain control of the south’s cotton industry. Then we had the Federal Reserve Act of

Beginnings of NESARA

The beginnings of NESARA takes us back to the early 1970’s when the banks where foreclosing on farmers mortgages all over the United States. The Willie Nelson “Live Aid” concerts were one of the fund raisers that helped these farmers.

The farmers soon realized the banks where not only charging exorbitant and illegal amounts of interest, but they where illegally foreclosing on their homes.

When these farmers began to seek legal action against the banks they soon realized that the government and banks were working in collusion with each other.

So in the early 1990’s, they sought the help of the Farmers Union and did in depth research on all the banks’ illegal activities. A series of lawsuits were initiated against the banks and the government.

Over 336,000 Farm Claims filed for fraud against the U.S. Federal Government with an average of $20 million dollars per claim. This amounts to $6.6 trillion total.

In retaliation the banks and the government sent the IRS against the farmers. When the farmers realized they where being unfairly targeted by the IRS they began looking for ways to fight back.

They requested help from military generals such as General Ray Swasinger, to sit in the court room to ensure the bribed judges would vote according to constitutional law.

These court cases ran up and down various state and federal courts from 1970’s till the 1990’s. Then in 1992-1993, the farmers appealed their case to the US Supreme Court.

Almost unanimously the U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled that the Farmers Union claims were VALID and that the U.S. federal government and the banks had seriously defrauded the farmers and all U.S. citizens, out of vast sums of money and property.

156 of 162 Furthermore, the court ruled the shocking truth that the IRS and the Federal Reserve where unlawful, that the income tax amendment was never ratified by the US states, and that the US government had illegally foreclosed on farmers homes with the help of federal agencies.

Irrefutable proof of such was presented by a retired CIA agent. He provided testimony and records of the banks’ illegal activity, to lead further evidence that the Farmers’ Union claims were legitimate.

The Justices recognized that to remedy this situation, massive reformations would be required. Now, when rulings are made by the U.S. Supreme Court, one or more Justices are assigned to monitor the progress on how the rulings are carried out.

In this case, five Justices were assigned to a committee to develop steps to implement required government and banking reformations. As the Justices went about developing the required reformations they enlisted the help of experts in economics, monetary systems, banking, ...

... Constitutional government and law, and many other related areas. The Justices built coalitions of support and assistance with thousands of people worldwide; these thousands of people working to bring us NESARA have been named “White Knights.”

This term “White Knights” was borrowed from the world of big business hostile takeovers. It refers to how a vulnerable company is “rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight” corporation or wealthy person.

This term is a most accurate term for these “White Knights” are working behind the scenes to stop the madness.

After the trial, the damages process name was changed to Bank Claims.

From 1993 through 1996, U.S. citizens filed Bank Claims against the banks and the federal government through the U.S. Treasury Department to obtain payment for the damages as specified by the U.S. Supreme Court. (This process CLOSED in 1996.)

Due to the ground-breaking changes required, an extremely strict gag order was placed on everyone, directly involved and the court case records. Anyone who broke this gag order would receive the death penalty.

Furthermore all court records where sealed until after all the reforms are completed. To maintain this secrecy, the case details for the docket number assigned to the Farmers’ Union case were changed.

As a result doing a search for this case will fail to reflect the correct information until after the reformations are made public.

At every step of the process, anyone directly involved has been required to sign an agreement to keep the U.S. Supreme Court’s process of implementing the required reformations “secret” or face charges of Treason which are punishable by death.

This gag order was placed on all media personnel, government officials, and bank employees. This is why Alex Jones or TV news anchors will not talk about this on air. Nor will Wikipedia tell you the truth behind the law.

Nor will Sherry Shriner who is nothing more than a CIA stooge. Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone was about to break the gag order, but before he could his small passenger plane crashed killing his wife, daughter, and himself.

Accords

To implement the required changes, the five Justices spent years negotiating how the reformations would occur. These agreements, known as “Accords,” were made with the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve Bank owners, the International Monetary Fund,...

... the World Bank, and with numerous other countries including the United Kingdom and countries in the Euro Zone.

The U.S. banking system reformations require the Federal Reserve Bank system be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks’ fraudulent activities stopped. Plus remedies will need to be made to U.S. citizens for past harm due to fraud.

As the years began to pass, the military generals who originally helped the farmers soon realized that the government had no intentions of implementing the “Accords.”

So, the Justices authorized the reformations be put into the form of a 75 page document known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA).

NESARA implements the following changes:

This law was passed secretly on March 9, 2000 by Congress. It was voted on by seven members of Congress, who were the only ones constitutionally allowed to hold office. This is because the nobility amendment prevents anyone with ties to the crown from holding office.

Plus, NESARA requires all Congress members to resign immediately, so all the corrupt members of Congress refused to vote. From its very inception Bush Sr., the false Congress, and major bank houses, and the Carlyle group opposed NESARA.

Secrecy was maintained by revising the official Congressional registry. The details of the bill number for NESARA were revised to reflect a commemorative coin and revised again more recently.

Our members of Congress will not tell us any of this because they have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to “deny” the existence of NESARA or face charges of Treason punishable by death; and some members of Congress have actually been charged with “obstruction” ...

... and threatened with Treason charges. Therefore, all members of Congress pretend that NESARA has not been passed in order to comply with the Justices’ gag order.

This is why there are no public Congressional Records!

President Bill Clinton and his puppet masters had no interest in signing NESARA into law. So, the military generals enlisted the help of the elite Naval Seals and the Delta Force.

Together they stormed the White House and under gunpoint forced Bill Clinton to sign NESARA into law. This occurred on October 10, 2000.

Before NESARA is announced to the public it is stipulated that the original farm claims must be paid out first with gold or precious-metals-backed currency as

160 of 162 stipulated by the constitution. Therefore they cannot be paid in Federal Reserve notes, which is not money anyway.

The $6.6 trillion is to be distributed in the form of ATM debit cards from the new gold-back US Treasury system. This money will come from the Bank Roll programs originally set up by benevolent illuminati families.

The only catch is to release these funds they must first be released by Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, which are owned by the Rockefeller and Bush cabals.

To prevent the funds from being released the banking documents, which contain instructions on how to access the funds, are being transported 24/7 between warehouses in Charlotte, NC and Washington D.C.

The drivers of these Fed Ex trucks are heavily bribed and many of are afraid of reprisals from the Bush family if they deliver their payload as required by law.

One time when these packets were returned to Washington D.C., Bush placed them under military guard. Federal judges ordered him to release the funds, G.W. Bush replied...

... “You will never receive these packages, they belong to me.” The judge answered “I can do no more. He is President of the U.S.”

The news media were called and refused to film the guards saying “He is the President and we are afraid of what he will do.” (code for we also work for the Illuminati).

This has been going on for some time, so the IMF, and World Bank got together along with the Rothschild family to set up a new global banking system backed by gold. This will ultimately kill the Federal Reserve System, which is worthless fiat money.

It was approved by Congress on September 19, 2007. On October 19, 2007, at midnight the U.S. treasury of the Republic went on-line with the Global Banking System. The next step is announcing this to the public, but it’s not an easy task to do.

9/11 Attacks

Groups opposing NESARA arranged for the attacks to occur on 9/11 to keep NESARA from being announced.

Just before the announcement, Bush Sr. ordered the demolition of World Trade Center to stop the international banking computers on floors one and two, in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S. Treasury Bank system.

George Bush Sr. decapitated any hopes of returning this government back to the people. Despite the fact the Bush family was to be paid off $300 trillion dollars to cooperate with NESARA, they choose instead to maintain control over us.

Ultimately in the end the Bush’s will end up with nothing.
