Published Collier County authors can submit entries through Aug. 31 for the third Annual Local Author Book Fair, sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Collier County. The event is free to exhibiting authors and the public, and is a unique opportu- nity for writers to meet readers and promote their books. Previous book fairs have featured scores of authors and hundreds of attendees. The Local Author Book Fair will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Collier County South Regional Library, 8065 Lely Cultural Parkway. The fair draws self-published and commercially published authors of books for adults, young adults and children from a wide range of genres: fction, non- fction, graphic novel, romance, inspirational, mystery, fantasy, Western. Eligibility to participate is limited to published authors who own or rent a place in Collier County and live in it for a minimum of three months annually. The author must have written and published or self-published (professionally ed-
