The County Council (Uttlesford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.43) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To revoke ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following length of Pulford Place (Brick Kiln Lane), and Church Street, in the District of Uttlesford as specified: Road Description Pulford Place NORTH EAST SIDE ONLY: From the common boundary of 2/3 (Brick Kiln Pulford Place south east for a distance of 6.7 metres. Lane), Stebbing Map tile: TL650 250 Issue 0 to be replaced with TL650 250 Issue 1 Church Street, EAST SIDE ONLY: From the property boundary of numbers of 24 Great Dunmow and 26 southwards for a distance of 6.6 metres. Map tile: TL625 227 Issue 1 to be replaced with TL625 227 Issue 2.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Uttlesford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile number TL650 250 revision 0 to revision 1 and TL625 227 revision 1 to revision 2.
