To all members of Town Council. All members are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Town Council on Monday 13th July 2020 commencing at 7.00 pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the meeting will be held remotely via ZOOM.

Public Question Time. Up to 3 minutes is allowed for each question. General updates/information:- Bradninch Memorial Fund have donated £100.00 towards replacement batteries for Bradninch & Hele defibrillators; Gary Osbourne is the new chair of Bradninch Football Club; Rec play area risk assessment for re-opening was undertaken on 4th July, notices were displayed, the gate unlocked and the play area was re-opened on Tuesday 7th July.

Greater Strategic Plan (GESP): email notification that draft reports will be sent to MDDC, EDDC, Exeter & Teignbridge councils for comment. Public consultation is planned for September. v) Bradninch Magazine – Thanks for council support plus info. re subs. should editions be cancelled.

10. Dates: All council events have been cancelled due to COVID-19.

11. Highway’s Issues:- Hele Rail Crossing, scheduled closure for works, 5 days from 28 Sept. Diversions will be in place (including for buses). Pedestrian access is expected to remain.

13. Glyphosate (herbicide) use in Bradninch – to consider alternatives (for weedkilling).
