County Council ( HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order

Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in;

ASHBURTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Hospital Lane and Lane; No Loading at Any Time on a specified length of Kingsbridge Lane;

BOVEY TRACEY: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Pottery Road and Road to Blue Waters Industrial Estate;

BUCKFASTLEIGH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fore Street, Jordan Street, Silver Street and Station Road; Limited Waiting 8am-6pm 30 Minutes No Return Within 1 Hour on a specified length of Station Road; Disabled Badge Holders Only 8am-6pm on a specified length of Fore Street; Loading Only 8am-6pm on specified lengths of Elliot Plain and Fore Street;

COCKWOOD: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Hill;

EXMINSTER: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Berrybrook Meadow, Road, Farm House Rise, Jupes Close and The Buntings;

IDE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Old Ide Lane;

KINGSTEIGNTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Brook Way, Ferncombe Drive, Meadowcroft Drive and Tarrs Lane;

NEWTON ABBOT: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fisher Road and Minerva Way;

OGWELL: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Abbotsridge Drive, Brownings Walk and Margaret Road;

STARCROSS: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Church Street, New Road, Road from Church Street to Royal British Legion and Staplake Road;

TEIGNMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Ashleigh Way, Hermosa Road, Mill Lane, New Road and The Rowdens; Limited Waiting 8am-6pm 30 Minutes No Return Within 1 Hour on a specified length of Ashleigh Way;

It is also proposed to introduce a Bus Stop Clearway on Millstream Meadow, (not part of the proposed order) north west side, from a point 14 metres north of its junction with Clifford Street for a distance of 13 metres in a north-easterly direction.

Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles.
