SLU@BEN GLASNIK NA OP[TINA GEVGELIJA BR.9 str.218 Vrz osnova na ~len 36 stav 1 to~ka 15 od Zakonot za lokalnata samouprava ("Slu`ben vesnik na RM" br.5/02 god.) i ~len 38 stav 1 to~ka 43 od Statutot na op{tina Gevgelija ("Slu`ben glasnik na op{tina Gevgelija" br.25/06 i 10/08 god.), Sovetot na op{tina Gevgelija na sednicata odr`ana na 30.06.2014 god., donese O D L U K A Za usvojuvawe i donesuvawe na Akcionen plan za energetska efikasnost na op{tina Gevgelija za 2014 godina ^len 1 So ovaa Odluka se usvojuva i donesuva Akcionen plan za energetska efikasnost na op{tina Gevgelija za 2014 godina. ^len 2 Akcioniot plan od ~len 1 na ovaa odluka se donesuva vrz osnova i vo soglasnost so Programa za energetska efikasnost za period 2013-2015 godina na edinicata na lokalna samouprava Gevgelija donesena od Sovetot na op{tina Gevgelija na 18.06.2013 godina. Akcioniot plan e sosteven del i prilog na ovaa odluka. ^len 6 Ovaa Odluka vleguva vo sila osmiot den od denot na objavuvaweto vo "Slu`ben glasnik na op{tina Gevgelija".     On the basis of article 65 of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre („Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia”, no. 55/13), the Steering Board of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre has enacted REGULATION FOR THE MANNER OF CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES AND FOR DETERMINING THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES WHICH ARE MAINTAINED IN THE CENTER FOR REC SKOPJE AND THE SECTORS FOR REAL ESTATE CADASTRE IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA Article 1 This Regulation hereby prescribes the manner of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, as well as the determining of the cadastre municipalities which are maintained in the Center for Real Estate Cadastre – Skopje and the Sectors for Real Estate Cadastre in Republic of Macedonia. Article 2 (1) For the purpose of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, the Government of Republic of Macedonia shall enact a decision. (2) The decision stipulated in paragraph (1) of this article shall be enacted by the Government of Republic of Macedonia at the proposal of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre (hereinafter referred to as: „„the Agency„„). (3) The Agency is to submit the proposal stipulated in paragraph (2) of this article along with a geodetic report for survey of the boundary line, produced under ex officio procedure by experts employed at the Agency. Article 3 (1) The Agency is to submit a proposal decision for changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities in cases when, under a procedure of ex officio, it is identified that the actual condition/status of the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities is changed and does not comply with the boundaries drawn on the cadastre maps.

It also aims to identify the importance of Railway Corridor VIII as a good opportunity to reduce costs of transport and shortening distance of travelling for freight trains. The future of railway transport is considered golden. Railways transport is considered as an effective and ecological transport, factors these which can be used in their marketing. Yet are issues related to high technology, their accuracy, providing good service and affordable tariffs that serve as attractive in the development of railways. It serves as a bridge to the West for trade relations between the countries. Despite its convenient geographic position geographic favours made by the state to encourage foreign businesses to invest in Albania Albania's trade relations with the EU in 2012 left much to be desired. For countries with which the EU imports Albania still ranks last in the 60-with 0.1% or 2,376 million euros. In the list of the trade partners Albania is ranked 68th with 01% of the total, or 3,489 million euros. Developed railway infrastructure will give another impact to the economic development in the country and will contribute positively in trade relations.
