Podatocite vo popisnite obrasci se zapi{ani so sostojba na den 31 oktomvri 2002 godina vo 24 ~asot, odnosno na polno} pome|u 31 oktomvri i 1 noemvri 2002 godina. Popisot be{e sproveden vrz osnova na Zakonot za Popisot na naselenieto, doma}instvata i stanovite vo Republika Makedonija, 2001 godina ("Slu`ben vesnik na Republika Makedonija", br. 16/2001 i izmenite i dopolnuvawata na ovoj Zakon objaveni vo "Slu`ben vesnik na Republika Makedonija", br. 37/2001, 70/2001 i 43/2002 godina). Metodologijata, definiciite i klasifikaciite vo ovoj Popis se celosno usoglaseni so Zakonot za Popis i so preporakite za popisite na naselenieto, doma}instvata i stanovite koi se podgotveni od strana na Obedinetite nacii i Statisti~kata slu`ba na Evropskata unija - EUROSTAT. So ova e obezbedena i me|unarodna sporedlivost na podatocite od Popisot. Prvite definitivni rezultati od Popisot na naselenieto, doma}instvata i stanovite, 2002 godina, Dr`avniot zavod za statistika gi objavi na 1 dekemvri, 2003 godina. Vo soglasnost so Zakonot za Popis, Dr`avniot zavod za statistika e obvrzan do krajot na juni 2004 godina da gi objavi site planirani 12 publikacii od Popisot, 2002 godina. Ova e dvanaesetta publikacija (Kniga XII, Popis 2002) vo koja se sodr‘ani dve tabeli so podatoci za vkupnoto naselenie prisutno vo Republika Makedonija spored ekonomskata aktivnost i polot. Podatocite vo tabelite se prika‘ani na nivo na naseleni mesta, vo soglasnost so va‘e~kata teritorijalna podelba na Republika Makedonija. O~ekuvame deka so podatocite sodr`ani vo ovaa publikacija i vo publikaciite koi sledat, }e bidat zadovoleni najgolem del od potrebite na korisnicite na na{ite podatoci. Sekako, za sekoj korisnik koj }e ima potreba od drugi podatoci od Popisot, a koi ne se vklu~eni vo planiranite publikacii, Dr`avniot zavod za statistika }e gi napravi site potrebni obrabotki i ovie barawa da bidat zadovoleni. Direktor, m-r Don~o Gerasimovski Census of population, households and dwellings in the republic of macedonia, 2002 3 P R E F A C E The Census of Population, Households and Dwellings was carried out from the 1st to the 15th of November 2002. The data in the Census forms have been written according to the situation on 31st October 2002 at 24:00 hrs, namely at midnight between 31st of October and 1st of November 2002. The Census was carried out according to the Law on Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in the Republic of Macedonia, 2001 ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No 16/2001 and changes and supplements to this Law published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No 37/2001, 70/2001 and 43/2002). The methodology, definitions and classifications for this Census are completely harmonized with the Law on Census and the Recommendations for Censuses on Population Households and Dwellings prepared by the United Nations and the Statistical Service of the European Union - EUROSTAT. This ensures the international comparison of the Census data. The State Statistical Office has announced the first final results of the Census on Population, Households and Dwellings 2002, on 1st of December 2003. According to the Census Law, the State Statistical Office is obligated till the end of June 2004, to publish all 12 planned publications for the Census 2002. This is the twelfth publication (Book XII, Census 2002) which contains 2 tables with data for the total population present in the Republic of Macedonia according to economic activity and sex. The data in the tables are shown on the level of settlements, according to the existing territorial distribution of the Republic of Macedonia. We expect that, the data contained in this publication and in the following publications will satisfy the most of the users needs for our data. Certainly, for each user who will need another data from the Census, that are not included in the designed publications, the State Statistical Office will make all necessary data processing to satisfy these requests. Period na sproveduvawe na Popisot Popisot na naselenieto, doma}instvata i stanovite vo Republika Makedonija e sproveden vo periodot od 1 do 15 noemvri 2002 godina. Podatocite vo popisnite obrasci se zapi{ani spored sostojbata na 31 oktomvri 2002 godina vo 24 ~asot, odnosno na polno} pome|u 31 oktomvri i 1 noemvri 2002 godina. Ovoj vremenski presek vo statistikata se narekuva "kriti~en moment na Popisot". 2. Metod na popi{uvawe Popisot e izvr{en po pat na intervju od strana na obu~eni ovlasteni lica (popi{uva~i) so zapi{uvawe na podatocite vo pe~ateni obrasci. Osnovni popisni obrasci koristeni vo Popisot se: - Popisnica ( Obrazec P-1) za sekoe popi{ano lice - edinica na Popisot; - Pra{alnik za doma}instvo i stan (Obrazec P-2) za sekoe popi{ano doma}instvo i stan - edinica na Popisot; - Kontrolnik (Obrazec P-4) - za evidentirawe na site popi{ani edinici. 3. Edinici opfateni so Popisot So Popisot na naselenieto, doma}instvata i stanovite, 2002 se opfateni slednite edinici: -Lica 1. Licata koi imaat mesto na voobi~aeno `iveewe vo Republika Makedonija, bez ogled dali vo momentot na Popisot se nao|aat vo mestoto na `iveewe ili vo drugo mesto vo Republika Makedonija; 2. Strancite koi imaat odobrenie za prestoj vo Republika Makedonija i se privremeno prisutni vo Republika Makedonija najmalku 12 meseci (edna godina), no so mesto na voobi~aeno `iveewe nadvor od Republika Makedonija; 3. Licata koi imaat mesto na voobi~aeno `iveewe vo Republika Makedonija, a vo vremeto na Popisot, no najdolgo do 12 meseci (edna godina) pred negovoto sproveduvawe, se nao|aat na rabota vo stranstvo, kako i ~lenovite na nivnite doma}instva; 4.     On the basis of article 65 of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre („Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia”, no. 55/13), the Steering Board of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre has enacted REGULATION FOR THE MANNER OF CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES AND FOR DETERMINING THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES WHICH ARE MAINTAINED IN THE CENTER FOR REC SKOPJE AND THE SECTORS FOR REAL ESTATE CADASTRE IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA Article 1 This Regulation hereby prescribes the manner of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, as well as the determining of the cadastre municipalities which are maintained in the Center for Real Estate Cadastre – Skopje and the Sectors for Real Estate Cadastre in Republic of Macedonia. Article 2 (1) For the purpose of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, the Government of Republic of Macedonia shall enact a decision. (2) The decision stipulated in paragraph (1) of this article shall be enacted by the Government of Republic of Macedonia at the proposal of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre (hereinafter referred to as: „„the Agency„„). (3) The Agency is to submit the proposal stipulated in paragraph (2) of this article along with a geodetic report for survey of the boundary line, produced under ex officio procedure by experts employed at the Agency. Article 3 (1) The Agency is to submit a proposal decision for changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities in cases when, under a procedure of ex officio, it is identified that the actual condition/status of the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities is changed and does not comply with the boundaries drawn on the cadastre maps.

This will be NINA’s usual form of reporting completed re- search, monitoring or review work to clients. Given the scale and nature of the Project, EBRD has assigned the Project to Category B under its Environmental and Social Policy 2019. This Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) describes the engagement activities being undertaken for the Project during planning, construction and operation. It has been prepared alongside a Non-Technical Summary (NTS) of an Environmental and Social Assessment (ESA) and Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) prepared for the purposes of the Project. 1.2 Objective and Scope of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan This SEP was developed to set out the stakeholder engagement program which is to be implemented throughout the entire Project cycle.
