Headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan, Chengdu's main operating base is located at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Its business scope includes domestic air passenger and cargo transportation business and aviation equipment import and export business.
Chengdu Airlines currently has 32 Airbus A320 series aircraft and 6 ARJ21-700 aircraft. It has opened more than 60 domestic routes and has maintained a good safety record since its opening. Chengdu Airlines has won the honorary title of “2011 National Civil Aviation May 1st Labor Award”. As a newly established airline, it has won the national “Ankang Cup” competition winning unit award by the National Federation of Trade Unions for the first time in the industry.
