The various regulations contained herein become effective as at 1st January 2019. This publication supersedes previous editions. The ACU is the internationally recognized National Governing Body for motorcycle sport in the British Isles (less Northern Ireland). Formed in 1903, the ACU has a long tradition in the world of motorcycle sport being a founder member of the World Governing Body, the Federation Internationale Motocyclisme (FIM). The ACU has a major role in furthering the interests of motorcycle sport on a global basis. Domestically, the ACU provides for all forms of motorcycle sport ranging from Road Racing to all disciplines of Off Road activity and has successfully organized world class events such as Moto GP, World Superbikes, the Isle of Man TT Races and the Motocross of Nations. The ACU aims to ensure that all people irrespective of their age, gender, disability, race, ethnic origin, creed, colour, social status or sexual orientation, have a genuine and equal opportunity to participate in motorcycle sport at levels in all roles. The ACU fully supports youth activity in all disciplines and through the ACU Academy, some of our young riders go on to become British, European and World Champions in their chosen sport. GDPR Statement This statement explains how The Auto-Cycle Union Limited (ACU) handles and uses information we collect regarding our Members (Competitors/Officials/Associate Members). In broad terms, we use your information to process your ACU Competition Licence and/or Officials licence and also to assist with the process of you entering an ACU permitted event as well as maintaining our own records on each Member individually. The Data Protection Officer for the ACU is located at the address given above and can be contacted by telephoning 01788 566400 or by email: [email protected]. The Data Protection Officer should be contacted if you have any concerns about how the ACU is managing your personal information, or if you require advice on how to exercise your rights as outlined in this statement. The person within the ACU otherwise responsible for data protection at the time of issue, and the person who is responsible for monitoring compliance with relevant legislation in relation to the protection of personal information, is the Data Protection Coordinator ([email protected]).- The legal basis for processing your personal information is that it is necessary in order for you to obtain an ACU competition licence/an Officials licence/an Associate Members licence and to assist you with an entry to an ACU permitted event. We will retain your information for the time you have a valid licence with the ACU or until you request us to do otherwise. We will hold your name, address, email address, phone number and other relevant contact details you provide to us, and will use this information to maintain contact with you and to process your licence/entry as outlined above. We retain this information in our Licence database whilst you have a licence (as outlined above) with the ACU. B. providing you with details about future event provision services. We do not share personal information with third parties. If you have concerns or queries about any of these purposes, or how we communicate with you, please contact us at the address given above. We operate CCTV at ACU Head Office for security purposes. You have the right: to ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your information; to restrict processing (pending correction or deletion); to object to communications or direct marketing; and to ask for the transfer of your information electronically to a third party (data portability). To be considered by the Council at their next meeting. Copy of the minutes from the meeting of The Space on 19 July were given to Cllrs. Various questions had been raised at the meeting. Courses etc held in the Hall will be covered by the Town Council’s public liability insurance. There is no fire certificate for the Community Hall but Clerk to supply a copy of the Risk Assessment. Advice is needed on charges for room lettings. Wording is needed for the business plan. Town Council working with the community to renovate and increase the usage of the Hall. There will be no charge for heat and light until it is up and running. Some Cllrs. were not keen on the word partnership and in tying the Town Council up so closely to the group.

    Wyverstone Parish Code: E04009283 Area Summary Wyverstone is a village and civil parish in Mid Suffolk that sits around 7 miles north of Stowmarket. The settlement is split between the three areas of Wyverstone, Wyverstone Street and Wyverstone green. The majority of the housing and community buildings are set along the main road which begins as Westhorpe Road in the east, becomes Rectory Road as it passes through the centre of the parish, and then Wyverstone Road in the west. The village hall and play area can be found in the centre of the village, with the parish church of St George to the east. The site of Bacton Middle School (which closed in 2015) falls within the parish boundary and has since been considered as housing development site. A large number of people deserve thanks for giving their time to the Yearbook. Amanda Hagger managed to find willing advertisers, Brian Manley has managed the accounts, Audrey Erbany has contributed her fabulous paintings and a huge number of volunteers have delivered this magazine to your door. Without such dedicated volunteers this Yearbook would never be produced. Last year we raised about £800 which is being used to support the various Community Projects centred on the new facilities in St Mary’s Church. These will include a work club, a club for older teenagers, a drop in café and a club for carers. This year, even though we have more advertisers, we should raise about £650 which will also go to these projects. Our decline in profit this year is due to increased printing costs. And if you would like to produce next year’s Yearbook, please get in touch.

    Annual Monitoring Report 2011/12 Introduction Background 1.1 This is the eighth Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) produced by Allerdale Borough Council. It covers the period from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012. 1.2 The AMR reports on a number of monitoring statistics, including progress made towards the Local Plan. The publication of the AMR enables the Council to publish a comprehensive set of data about the Borough that is easily and publicly accessible, to meet a wide range of data requests that Planning Services receives. 1.3 The current system of plan making is designed to be a continuous process, with the local planning authority regularly preparing, adopting and reviewing Local Development Documents, to take account of changing national and local circumstances. Keeping development plans up-to-date is assessed by the AMR. Changes to Monitoring of Indicators 1.4 As part of the package of reforms to the planning system put forward by the current government, there is no longer a requirement for local planning authorities to monitor indicators previously set at the national and regional level. Instead, the onus is for local planning authorities to determine indicators which best complements their policy requirements. 1.5 Although there is an intention to remove the requirement to submit the AMR to the Government, the Localism Act requires for Planning Authorities to publish an AMR on the implementation of their development plan and Local Development Scheme. 1.6 At the July 2011 meeting of the Cumbria Monitoring Officer’s Group (CMOG) the implications of emerging legislation and guidance, and the removal of information concerning the core indicator set were discussed.

The ACU is the internationally recognized National Governing Body for motorcycle sport in the British Isles (less Northern Ireland). Formed in 1903, the ACU has a long tradition in the world of motorcycle sport being a founder member of the World Governing Body, the Federation Internationale Motocyclisme (FIM). The ACU has a major role in furthering the interests of motorcycle sport on a global basis. Domestically, the ACU provides for all forms of motorcycle sport ranging from Road Racing to all disciplines of Off Road activity and has successfully organized world class events such as Moto GP, World Superbikes, the Isle of Man TT Races and the Motocross of Nations. The ACU aims to ensure that all people irrespective of their age, gender, disability, race, ethnic origin, creed, colour, social status or sexual orientation, have a genuine and equal opportunity to participate in motorcycle sport at levels in all roles. The ACU fully supports youth activity in all disciplines and through the ACU Academy, some of our young riders go on to become British, European and World Champions in their chosen sport.
