Unique threeplace sports coupe with 2 + 1 seating configuration. Introduced at the North American International Auto Show in January 1993
HCDIII
Fourwheeldrive crossover vehicle with offroad utility and carlike ride and handling. The HCDIII made its world debut at the North American International Auto Show in January of 1995.
HCDIV (Santa Fe)
The Hyundai Santa Fe concept sport utility vehicle was introduced at the North American International Auto Show in January 1999 as a carbased sport utility vehicle. The production version of the frontwheeldrive and 4WD Santa Fe went on sale in 2000 as a 2001 model year vehicle.
HCDV Crosstour
The Crosstour, introduced at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2000, is a multipurpose sedan; designed as an alternative vehicle to a traditional SUV.
HCD6 Roadster
When it was first introduced at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2001 the Hyundai HCD6 Roadster was dubbed the "affordable exotic car." The Hyundai HCD6 Roadster is a twoseat, open top roadster with many unique features.
HCD7 Luxury Sedan
Hyundai's HCD7 luxury 4door sedan, which was unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2002, provided a look at what might be the company's next step up from the luxurious XG350 sedan.
Coming Soon HCD8
Since it was established in 1990, the Hyundai California Design Center has produced seven outstanding, showstopping concept vehicles. Number eight, initiating the new era of HCD vehicles, will be the first vehicle designed at the new $30 million dollar Hyundai Kia Design and Technical Center in Irvine, Calif. The HCD8 is scheduled to make its world debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2004.
