Biography -Romans 14:7-8 (NKJV) Peter Adomako Yeboah Osei, aka Kwadwo Baafi, was the first child of his parents. He was born on the 29th of December 1980 in Kumasi, Ashan� Region, Ghana, to Mr. Frank Kwame Osei and Mrs Akosua Serwaa Yeboah. Peter was born into the Apostolic church. Peter started schooling at the 4th Garrison School and then proceeded to the Apostolic Golden Jubilee School. He went on to Kings Interna�onal School where he con�nued his basic educa�on and completed Junior High. Peter was then admi�ed to Prempeh College in 1997 to pursue his secondary educa�on and obtained his Senior Secondary School Cer�ficate (SSSCE) in General Science in the year 2000. He was a true Senior/Amanfoɔ. Upon comple�on, he gained admission to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer (SSNIT)/Na�onal Trust Holding Company Limited (NTHC) Informal Science at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology Sector Fund as Head of Management Informa�on System for (KNUST) from 2003 to 2007. Peter went about his du�es and A�er his university educa�on, Peter gave his life to Jesus Christ and responsibili�es with all diligence and dedica�on. Having worked excellently and diligently at uniBank and given his best in his area of assignment from June 2015 to November 2018, Peter exited from the Bank to fully concentrate on his company (BigData Ghana Limited) where he served as the Managing Director un�l his un�mely death. Peter was a member of the Bri�sh Compu�ng Society (MBCS) and also a Chartered IT Professional. He excelled remarkably and contributed greatly to knowledge in his area of exper�se. 4 Celebrating the Life of Deacon Peter Adomako Yeboah Osei Burial and Memorial Service Peter was a family person and related very well with all his siblings. He loved and cared for his siblings and ensured that he led an exemplary lifestyle for them to emulate. He was always there to counsel and guide his siblings in their life endeavors. He exhibited leadership among his siblings and always sought every possible opportunity to bring the best out of them. Peter loved God and was an ac�ve member of Embassy of Life Chapel, Adenta-Accra where he served as a Deacon and also a family shepherd (Cell leader). He was passionate about God and everything that pertains to His Kingdom and was never ashamed to share his faith with others. He always seized the opportunity to talk about the Grace of God and the uncondi�onal love God had for him. He consistently expressed his gra�tude to God for His mercies and goodness towards him and was overwhelmed by it. He also loved children and sought to make them happy any�me he came into contact with them. Peter will be greatly missed by all, and may his precious soul rest in perfect peace. Now to the immortal, invisible, only wise God, we say: For every mountain, you brought him over, For every trial, you saw him through, For every blessing, you showered on him, For all you did in his precious life on earth, Father God Almighty, we give you unending praise in Jesus’s Name. “Pierroo” as he was affec�onately called, Damirifa due! We ask that you con�nue to bear us up in prayers as we come to terms with his loss. Peter was the first of my four children and as a father I could not have wished for a be�er son. Despite the trepida�ons of Peter, Piesie, Damirifa due, due ni amanihu!!! fatherhood, I delighted in his birth and enjoyed every bit of his growing up into adulthood. He was a diligent, though�ul, and caring young boy who grew up to become a respec�ul, humble, and God-fearing individual. He related well with his siblings and they adored and appreciated him in return. Having watched him pursue and a�ain academic excellence as well as professional recogni�on, I was filled with immense joy when he informed me of his plans of ge�ng married to his lovely wife, Esther. He not only got married but did me the singular honour of naming his son a�er me. For that I am eternally grateful. He shared my passion for hardwork with no task being too big or small. He had an infec�ous smile that characterized his generous spirit. (Head of Department) Signature Date ii ABSTRACT This thesis seeks to provide waste management companies, especially Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly-Waste Management Department (KMA-WMD) an alternative way of allocating limited collection trucks over the numerous collection points and to ensure minimum total cost. Data were collected from the KMA-WMD their contracted companies as regards to the waste generation levels of all the collection points in the metropolis, and how much of these refuse are collected to the two dump sites over a period of three months. The data gathered were modelled as linear programming problem with clear objective functions for each month under consideration subject to its associated constraints. These objective functions and constraints were minimized using a computer software solver, EXCEL, to generate an optimal solution.

It utilizes qualitative approaches to examine the issue of leadership and stakeholder participation in the role of Asante traditional leadership and the process of educational change in Ghana during the last quarter of the twentieth and the beginning of the twenty- first centuries and the representations that such participation holds for the rest of the country and Africa in the quest for relevant education systems, leadership functions and expectations of stakeholders.
