General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents only. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.

Competition Period Promotion Dates Entries open: Friday 9 February, 2018 at 5.00pm Entries close: Thursday 1 March, 2018 at 5.00pm
Competition Call Period First Day: Monday February 19 2018 between 7.00 - 8.30am Last Day: Friday, March 2 2018 between 6.00am - 6.00pm
Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to register online at (www.themorningrush.com.au) to enter ‘Take Me To Ed Sheeran’
Entry is open 24hrs a day throughout the duration of the promotion, Friday 9 February, 2018 at 5.00pm to Thursday 1 March, 2018 at 5.00pm. Entry is free.
Each weekday between 6.00am - 6.00pm during the competition call period period, ACE Radio representative will randomly draw one (1) entry from online pool.
A phone call will be placed to the number written on the selected entry form with the intent to add that entrant to the Standby List. In order to be eligible
for inclusion on the Stand By List, the entrant must answer and say “TAKE ME TO ED SHEERAN”.
If in the course of a telephone call doesn’t answer, the telephone line drops out/ breaks up or the entrant doesn’t answer with Take me to Ed Sheeran” the Promoter may proceed to another caller. In such event, the Promoter will not be responsible for the awarding a place on the standby list to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
Any person who is found to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter..
Conditions of entry Entrants can enter online as many time as they like.
The winner of the VIP tickets are not allowed to on sell the tickets and must show proxy identification if they cannot attend.
Each tickets includes;
● Premium Level 2 reserved seating ● Two (2) hour pre-show Cocktail Function with premium beer, wine and soft drinks ● VIP function entrance ● Exclusive merchandise stand within Function Room as detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document.
No other costs will be included, other than those detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document.
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must have a legal parent or guardian accompany them for the entire duration of their stay in the stadium.
The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to participate in the final draw:
● Drivers License
● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
All entrants give ACE Radio Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have won the major prize.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
Prize Draw The Prize Draw will be held on Friday, March 2 2018 between 8.10 - 8.30am at the 3YB Studios - 95 Timor Street, Warrnambool, Victoria 3280
One name will be drawn at random from the 10 standby entries and that person will be deemed the winner of Take me to Ed Sheeran
Prize Details The lucky winner will receive two (2) tickets to Ed Sheeran on Saturday March 10, 2018 at Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, Victoria including one nights accommodation for Saturday March 10, 2018 at Melbourne Parkview Hotel, 562 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 (Transfers to & from the hotel are not included)
