Over 1.2 Million People! Our Audience Format - KRKO is the only radio station North of playing Everett’s Greatest Hits, and the exclusive broadcast affiliate of AquaSox , Hockey and Wesco Prep Sports. Every weekday morning Tim Hunter keeps his audience smiling all the way into work with feel good features, traffic and weather updates while playing the greatest hits on the Radio.

Format - Classic Country KXA is the only radio station in the North Sound playing Classic Country. Stitch Mitchell and Charlye Parker play the classic country artists and keep our listeners entertained, and up to date on local traffic, weather and events. If it’s happening in Everett and the surrounding communities… you can bet our listeners are informed!

Demographics, Adults 35+ - Both formats are targeted at people over 35. Classic Country caters to a rural lifestyle and Greatest Hits is designed for the urban resident.

We are the only commercial Radio Stations broadcasting out of Snohomish County. Our coverage area is often referred to as the “North Sound” or “North Country” which is used to describe the area between Seattle and Bellingham. There are 1.2 million people living and working here.

Ratings - Our four signals (2 AM & 2 FM) cover Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties placing half of our coverage area north of the Seattle Metro and since our coverage area represents only a small part of the Seattle Metro we cannot justify subscribing to a ratings service that cannot provide statistically reliable data for our coverage area.
