Introduction This disclaimer shall govern the use of National Health Agency (“NHA”) website. Accordingly, by using/accessing this website, you accept this disclaimer in full. Guidelines for the acceptable usage of website: a. Fraud Notification National Health Agency (“NHA”) has come to know that some unscrupulous individuals, agencies, websites, digital media channels, Mobile Apps, job portal websites and organizations are circulating fraudulent information in the form of emails, WhatsApp messages, registration portals, job updates, blog posts and video channels and web links claiming to register/enroll people as beneficiaries under AB NHPM/AB PMJAY, to issue/print Golden records/e cards for consideration or free, to provide recruitments as Arogya Mitra or some other service/benefit etc. The names of such websites and Mobile Apps which have come to NHA’s notice so far are listed below, (there may be more such activities/websites/Mobile Apps currently active or being activated which are not listed/known as yet):

NHA hereby cautions the public about these fraudulent activities being perpetrated purportedly in the name of NHA/AB PMJAY/AB NHPM. If you receive such information/message/mail/website link etc. which seeks your personal information, offers to register under AB NHPM/AB PMJAYPMJAY scheme or charges money for enrollment or offers a job or any such related activity from any individual purporting to represent NHA or the flagship programs, it can be taken as a sign of a fraudulent communication and can even be a virus, phishing, spam. You are requested to immediately report the matter along with the evidences (if available) to Shri B K Datta, General Manager, NHA at - [email protected] or courier to Shri B K Datta, General Manager, National Health Authority, 9th Floor, Tower 1, Jeevan Bharti Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001.
NHA hereby advises all individuals/organizations/agencies to exercise due diligence to ensure that they are communicating with the legitimate and authorized representative of the NHA and pay careful attention that they are not providing their personal data/are not interacting with any third party having ulterior or malafide motive. NHA does not require any monetary consideration/payment from beneficiaries covered under PM JAY (in any way) to avail benefits under the Scheme or offer employment or seek your personal data.
NHA shall not responsible for the activities of unscrupulous individuals/agencies/organizations nor content of any such website/Mobile Apps owned by any third party that may be linked to this website via hyperlink, whether such hyperlink Is provided by NHA or by a third party. No one is authorized to link to any websites of NHA without prior written approval from NHA.
NHA does not tolerate criminal activity in any form and shall not be considered liable for any misleading or fraudulent acts exercised by any third party claiming that such person/agency/organization is representing NHA. In addition, NHA shall not be liable for such misleading or fraudulent acts carried out in person or by electronic means in any form whatsoever including telecommunications, email and internet sites such as professional or social networking sites, mobile Apps etc. NHA will further take strong action against such fraudulent entities/activities/social media messages. Law and jurisdiction This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of India. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
