Profile

Dr. Dimitrov currently serves as a part-time professor at the George Washington University, Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD); as a part-time professor at the School of Recreation, Health, and Tourism, University as well as at the School of Business, GMU and as a Full Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School, University of University College (UMUC). She also taught for 5 years at Carey Business School, The Johns Hopkins University, as well as at Argosy University, VA. Her professional career marks over 12 years of experience in the field of Hospitality & Resort Management and Corporate Training, over 13 years of academic research, and 8 years of academic teaching. She has served on numerous research and hospitality management projects and consulted several organizations on HRD, Teamwork, Diversity Management, and Change Management. Her research interests include the Hospitality Industry culture as well as the concepts of: the Humane Organization, Meaning of Work, Work-Life (Work-Family) Balance, Cross-cultural Diversity, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and others. Dr. Dimitrov presents regularly at international academic and professional conferences and publishes research papers in various journals. Education Ed.
