Dr. Raghida Dergham

Raghida Dergham is Columnist and Senior Diplomatic Correspondent for the London-based Al Hayat daily since 1989. She writes a regular weekly strategic column on International Political Affairs and has conducted hundreds of interviews with Government leaders and Heads of State throughout the world. Dergham is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Beirut Institute, a cutting edge independent think tank for the Arab region that is organic, forward looking and adamant at achieving a sustainable impact on local and global policy. Dergham is Contributor to The Huffington Post and an Opinion Writer in Al Arabiya English and has frequently contributed to The New York Times, , The International Herald Tribune and and was Political Analyst for NBC, MSNBC and the Arab satellite LBC for eight years. She is a frequent guest analyst on major Arab and American TV networks and worldwide. An authority on strategic international relations, Raghida Dergham is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and an Honorary Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association. She served on the International Media Council of the , and is a member of the Development Advisory Committee of the IAP- the Global Network of Science Academies. Dergham is a frequent lecturer at Universities, Think Tanks and Business Councils April 23, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm throughout the , Europe and Asia.
