End of Term 3 – February 2019 Fri 15th February Dear Parent/Carers End of Term 3

We are hopefully going to sail into Spring with no more snow days! It’s good to have one nice Mon 25th February snowy play day but my 8 hour journey home two weeks ago has put me off for a long time! Start of Term 4 We are continuing with looking at the Options for our Primary School Rebuild…it is all very much on the cards with Bristol City Council and there is lots of work going on with the Options Fri 5th April Appraisal and Feasibility stage with the architects. Fingers crossed! End of Term 4 We have had several families come to look around with a view to moving their child to us in both departments and Year 7 is going to be a big year group in September. Tues 23rd April So lots of work going on behind the scenes looking at funding issues and future planning. The Governors are looking for a new Parent Governor…so if you would like to put yourself Start of Term 5 forward for election please come and have a chat and find out what it all entails. On 21st January Lorraine and Daniel from the Royal Association for Deaf People came up from deepest Essex to work for a morning with Elmfield Secondary students, teaching them th Wed 13 Febru ary about money.
