Construction Staff Workload • VDOT has 13 CMs, 18 Senior Inspectors, 19 Inspectors, and 9 Inspector Trainees for a total of 59. • CEI Consultant Firms are supplying 7 CMs, 53 Senior Inspectors, 16 Inspectors, and 1 Inspector Trainee for a total of 77. • Stand-Alone Consulting Firms are providing 3 CMs, 11 Senior Inspectors, 5 Inspectors, and 2 Trainees for a total of 21. • Other CEI positions being provided include Environmental Compliance Inspectors, Document/Records Specialists, and Scheduling Specialists.
