Turkey to room temperature approx. * Remove Turkey from bag. 1 to 2 hours. * Remove Turkey parts- neck, heart, gizzards and liver- from cavity * Bring Citarella Turkey Gravy to boil. before roasting. * Pour hot gravy over carved turkey to warm. * Rinse and drain Turkey with cold water, inside and out. * If you choose to reheat- please * Season to taste for best results add spices to cavity. be careful not to overcook ~turkey is very lean. Tips eheating * Lay Turkey on rack in pan and add 1-2 cups of Citarella Chicken Stock Glazed Sweet Potatoes to bottom of pan. (cover with aluminum foil tent).
