Awarded in late December 2016, this contract sees ANDRITZ HYDRO become the first European contractor for a large hy- dro rehabilitation project in Ukraine. At the lower reaches the Dnieper River is filled with rapids, which made it difficult to navigate until the 19th century. Today, this is the location of the Dnipro hydropower plant (also called Dnieper HES-1).     Charakterisierung Landschaftsschutzgebiet Nr. 30 LANDSCHAFTSSCHUTZGEBIET NR. 30 ECKDATEN Nördliches und östliches Hügelland von Graz Status: Landschaftsschutzgebiet nach § 6 – StNschG Verordnung: LGB.: VO/LGBl Nr. 81/Stk. 7; 31.7.1981 Lage: Politischer Bezirk Graz-Stadt (Graz) Politischer Bezirk Graz-Umgebung (Weinitzen, Gratkorn, Stattegg, Kainbach, Hart b. Graz, Semriach*) Größe: 11.553,5 ha Landschaftstyp: Kulturlandschaft *Anmerkung: Die Gemeinde Semriach wird, obwohl Teile davon innerhalb des Landschafts- schutzgebiets liegen, irrtümlicherweise nicht in der Verordnung genannt (mündl. Auskunft Dr. Pildner-Steinburg). GEOGRAPHISCHE LAGE UND GEBIETSBESCHREIBUNG Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet Nr. 30 bildet die nördliche und östliche Umrandung der Stadt Graz; etwa 2/5 des Schutzgebiets liegen im Stadtgebiet, der Rest gehört zum Bezirk Graz- Umgebung. Die maximale Nord-Süd-Erstreckung beträgt 17,1 km, die Ost-West-Ausdehnung maximal 17, 6 km. Die Gesamtfläche beläuft sich auf 11.553,5 ha. Das Gebiet wird großteils von zwei steirischen Teillandschaften eingenommen: Der nördliche Anteil ist dem Östlichen Grazer Bergland (Steirisches Randgebirge) zuzuordnen. Dieses er- streckt sich mit dem Bereich Platte/Hauenstein keilartig relativ weit auch nach Süden. Den größeren Anteil hat insgesamt aber das oststeirische Riedelland, das den gesamten Südteil einnimmt und sich nördlich bis in den Bereich St. Veit/Ober-Andritz erstreckt. Nur ganz kleinräumig partizipiert auch das Gratwein-Gratkorner Becken am Gebiet, und zwar im Be- reich Dult. Der Nordteil ist von einem Mittelgebirge (Grazer Bergland), das aus Ton- und Grünschiefer, Schöckl-Kalken und Dolomit-Sandstein-Komplexen besteht, eingenommen. Südlich von Maria- trost grenzen die Platten und Riedel (Altquartär bis Jungtertiär) an (östliches Grazer Berg- land). In Tallagen findet man tertiäre Schotter. Klimatisch herrschen – bedingt durch den großen Höhengradienten – bedeutende lokale Ge- gensätze vor (mit deutlicher Temperaturumkehr im Winter).

Die Vorhabenliste soll übersichtlich und möglichst frühzeitig über solche Vorhaben der Stadt Graz informieren, für die sich viele GrazerInnen interessieren oder die viele GrazerInnen betreffen. Was hat die Vorhabenliste mit BürgerInnenbeteiligung zu tun? Die Vorhabenliste ist ein Kernelement der "Leitlinien für die BürgerInnenbeteiligung bei Vorhaben der Stadt Graz". Die Erprobungsphase der Leitlinien dauert bis voraussichtlich Ende 2015. Die Vorhabenliste selbst ist kein Angebot zur Beteiligung, sondern ein Informations- angebot über Vorhaben aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen der Stadt. Es wird auf der Vorhabenliste auch darüber informiert, wo von der Stadt Angebote zur Beteiligung gemacht werden und wo nicht. Wie kommt ein Vorhaben auf die Liste? Die Verwaltung schlägt der Politik vor, welche Vorhaben auf die Vorhabenliste gestellt werden sollen. Über die Veröffentlichung entscheidet letztlich das zuständige politische Organ der Stadt Graz, d.h. entweder das einzelne Mitglied des Stadtsenats oder das zuständige Gremium (Stadtsenat als Kollegialorgan, Gemeinderat). Wann kommen Vorhaben auf die Liste? Vorhaben sollen baldmöglichst nach dem Budgetbeschluss genannt werden. Es kann sein, dass nach dem Budgetbeschluss weitere Beschlüsse nötig sind, z.B. Planungbeschluss und/oder Projektgenehmigung. In diesem Fall können Vorhaben jederzeit unter dem Jahr auf die Vorhaben- liste gestellt werden.
