Wine+List+Vue+De+Monde.Pdf The Wine List The wine list and sommelier service at Vue de monde is designed to reflect and enhance the menu and to provide a contemporary, global context to Australia’s winemaking tradition. Central to the Vue de monde cellar is a celebration of Victorian producers; its emphasis on vintage depth bringing focus to the unique history of the wine regions surrounding Melbourne. Beyond Victoria, the diversity of Australia’s wine regions is represented by a collection of iconic and emerging producers with a common thread of regional and varietal typicity connecting each listing. Farther afield, the collection of international wines reflects Vue de monde’s international vantage point, inspiring guests to visit new sites or return to favourite places. With a range of different backgrounds, Vue de monde’s sommeliers are eager to share their experience and passion for wine and to advise on a selection to compliment and counterpoint the meal. Wine Pairing Wine pairing ($190 - $350+ per person) Our wines are chosen from all over the world because they tell a great story; made with passion and tradition. It is our absolute pleasure to offer a unique, rare and delicious range; showcasing the diversity of wines with texture, balance & typicity. Your sommelier works with complete autonomy and every Vue de monde wine experience is bespoke. The ‘Benchmark pairing’ ($190) traditionally consists of a classical wine focus complemented by a variety of other possible beverages. The ‘Prestige pairing’ ($250) is based on a rare selection of both domestic and international offerings, highlighting some of Australia’s great producers. The ‘Indulgent pairing’ ($350+) allows us to use our premium cuvées and international benchmarks throughout, showcasing some of the world’s truly great wines. – By the Glass – Jerez-Xérès-Sherry-Vermouth 75ml 2016 Castagna Bianco Vermouth Beechworth, Victoria 23 2015 Castagna Classic Dry Vermouth Rosé Beechworth, Victoria 23 NV Pennyweight Constance Fino Beechworth, Victoria 30 NV Toro Albalá Viejismo Solera 1922 Amontillado (Pedro Ximenez) Montilla-Moriles, Spain 65 Sparkling Wine-Champagne 120ml 2010 Yarrabank Late Disgorged Yarra Valley, Australia 35 NV Charles Collin Rosé Fontette, France 55 2013 Larmandier-Bernier 1er Cru Terre de Vertus Blanc de Blancs Vertus, France 80 Cider 2018 Eric Bordelet Poiré Granit Normandy, France 20 White 150ml 2017 Jim Barry (Assyrtiko) Clare Valley, Australia 17 2019 Avani Amrit (Sauvignon Blanc) Mornington Peninsula, Australia 19 2015 Quinta da Romeira Prova Régia (Arinto) Bucelas, Portugal 20 2011 Yangarra (Roussanne) Mclaren Vale, Australia 21 2019 Suertes del Marqués Trenzado (Listán Blanco/Pedro Ximenez) Canary Islands, Spain 22 2018 Hiedler Thal (Grüner Veltliner) Kamptal, Austria 23 2018 Pithon-Paillé Mozaïk (Chenin Blanc) Anjou, France 25 2018 Domaine des Ardoisieres Silice (Jacquere) IGP Vin des Allobroges, France 27 2017 Selbach Oster Zeltinger Schlossberg Kabinett (Riesling) Mosel, Germany 30 2014 Hans Herzog (Viognier) Marlborough, New Zeland 37 2016 Bass Phillip Vue de monde (Chardonnay) Gippsland, Australia 38 2013 Ten Minutes by Tractor Wallis (Chardonnay) Mornington Peninsula, Australia 55 2017 Jean-Marc Pillot 1er Cru Morgeot Les Fairendes (Chardonnay) CORAVIN Chassagne-Montrachet, France 95 Sake & Umeshu 100ml NV Choya Kokuto Umeshu Habikino, Japan 28 NV Houraisen 'Junmai Daiginjo Bi' (Yamada Nishiki) Aichi, Japan 45 NV Dewazakura 'Karesansui Junmai' 10 years old (Haenuki) Yamagata, Japan 52 NV Dassai 23 Sake 'Junmai Daiginjo' (Yamada Nishiki) Yamaguchi, Japan 55 Rosé 150ml 2019 Domaine de Triennes (Cinsault/Grenache/Syrah/Merlot) IGP Méditerranée, France 28 Red 150ml 2017 Warramate (Syrah) Yarra Valley, Australia 17 2019 Bondar Rayner Vineyard (Grenache) McLaren Vale, Australia 19 2013 Vadio (Baga) Bairrada, Portugal 23 2015 Château de Malleret Cru Bourgeois (Merlot Blend) Haut-Médoc, France 28 2016 Bindi Vue de monde (Pinot Noir) Macedon Ranges, Australia 35 2018 Scarzello Giorgio Figli (Nebbiolo) Langhe, Italy 36 2000 Urbina Selección (Tempranillo Blend) Rioja, Spain 38 2017 Domaine Le Petit Saint Vincent Les Poyeux (Cabernet Franc) Saumur-Champigny, France 40 2013 Castagna Genesis (Syrah) Beechworth, Australia 45 2012 Château Musar (Cabernet Sauvignon Blend) CORAVIN Bekaa Valley, Lebanon 52 2012 Catena Zapata Argentino Vineyard (Malbec) CORAVIN Mendoza, Argentina 75 2018 Marc Roy Vieilles Vignes (Pinot Noir) CORAVIN Gevrey-Chambertin, France 85 2005 Geoff Merrill Reserve (Shiraz) Mclaren Vale, Australia 130 Dessert 75ml 2018 Scorpo Pinsanto Late Harvest (Pinot Gris) Mornington Peninsula, Australia 17 2017 Albino Rocca (Moscato Bianco) Moscato d'Asti, Italy 19 2014 Ngeringa Altus (Viognier) Adelaide Hills, Australia 26 2017 Keller Auslese (Rieslaner) Rheinhessen, Germany 28 2013 Royal Tokaji 5 Puttonyos Aszú (Furmint/Hárslevelű) Tokaj, Hungary 40 2009 Château Guiraud 1er Cru (Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc) Sauternes, France 45 2010 Kracher Zwischen den Seen - • Alsace Grand Cru – 16 Juni 2007
