The aircraft types included are Boeing, Airbus Bombardier and Embraer types which are currently in operation - Payload-Range Diagrams or have been launched as well as new aircraft developments out of Russia, China and Japan. Freighter aircraft are also included. The AirApp is intended to be used for reference purposes only. The information included for each aircraft is divided in a data section and a short description of the aircraft type. For each aircraft type, the AirApp Authors: presents the specifications that determine in which market segment the Albert Muntane Casanova aircraft operates. As airlines place orders based on an aircraft’s range and Bert van Leeuwen payload, the AirApp displays for every aircraft the range, seat count and Coen Capelle cargo load (for freighters) as provided by the manufacturers’ marketing Simon Finn material. The AirApp also presents information about the first flight date Steven Guo indicating the age of technology applied in the aircraft, and the engine choices available. Besides the aircraft specifications, the AirApp introduces market information such as the amount of aircraft in service, on order, stored and the number of operators. In case the aircraft is no longer in production, the last delivery date is also mentioned. The quantitative data is completed with a short description. This part generally contains the background of the subject aircraft type, some technical and/or operational characteristics complemented with market information and possibly information on the market potential for freighters (both production and converted freighters). Any qualitative statements should be regarded as DVB Aviation Research’s opinion of the type, which is not necessarily the official opinion of DVB Bank SE. The records reviewed by The Sentry describe who is financially benefiting from the conflict itself. Little has been known about the financial machinery that makes South Sudan’s continuing war possible, but these documents appear to shed new light on how the country’s main revenue source—oil—is used to fuel militias and ongoing atrocities, and how a small clique continues to get richer while the majority of South Sudanese suffer or flee their homeland. Documents reviewed by The Sentry purport to describe how funds from South Sudan’s state oil company, Nile Petroleum Corporation (Nilepet), helped fund militias responsible for horrific acts of violence. They also indicate that millions of dollars were paid to several companies partially owned by family members of top officials responsible for funding government-aligned militia or military commanders.1 One key document, part of a collection of material provided to The Sentry by an anonymous source, appears to be an internal log kept by South Sudan’s Ministry of Petroleum and Mining detailing security-related payments made by Nilepet. The document titled, “Security Expenses Summary from Nilepet as from March 2014 to Date” (“the Summary”) lists a total of 84 transactions spanning a 15-month period beginning in March 2014 and ending in June 2015.

It is anticipated that a greater number of Flight Data Analysis Programs will lead to significantly greater safety levels through analysis of critical event sets and incidents. Action: The FDAP working group is requesting support for greater implementation of FDAP/FDMP throughout the Pan American Regions and consideration of new ICAO standards through the actions outlined in Section 4 of this working paper.     ABSTRACT On September 23, 1997, at the request of the House Committee on Ways and Means (Committee),1 the United States International Trade Commission (Commission) instituted investigation No. 332-384, The Changing Structure of the Global Large Civil Aircraft Industry and Market: Implications for the Competitiveness of the U.S. Industry, under section 332(g) of the Tariff Act of 1930, for the purpose of exploring recent developments in the global large civil aircraft (LCA) industry and market. As requested by the Committee, the Commission’s report on the investigation is similar in scope to the report submitted to the Senate Committee on Finance by the Commission in August 1993, initiated under section 332(g) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (USITC inv.
