The meeting was attended by the City’s Mayor and the EOC’s leadership • In the east region, 100,324 caregivers including 52,633 females received polio orientation ahead of the polio case response campaign • In the west region, 4,905 females attended 5,894 integrated health education sessions and 3,898 children received rountine immunization • A total of 33,307 children received routine immunization through ICN efforts in July 2020 • Polio messages on the Polio Free Afghanistan facebook page were viewed 2.3 million times. Most asked quetions and comments were focused on polio campaign resumption.
