FUNDING FOR ZONE COACHING The State will consider requests from each zone for financial support for two per Zone, OFFICIAL Zone Coaching Clinics.
FUNDING FOR ZONE ATTENDANCE The State will cover junior nominations for Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays and ISSF upon receipt of evidence of attendance to Zone Carnivals from the Zone Secretary. Provided they are from Clubs affiliated within that Zone as per State Policy. Team selection events only for each discipline. Conditions Apply
FUNDING FOR STATE CARNIVALS All NSW Juniors are invited to attend the State Carnivals (Trap, Skeet, Sporting & ISSF) and will have their nominations paid for by the State Association in only the events that qualify them for selection into the specific State Teams for each discipline. SHOOTER RESPONSIBILITIES As firearm legislation varies from state to state make sure that you are legal whenever you shoot. It is your duty to ascertain your squad and shooting layout and be on time. Penalties may occur for those late for their squad. • Do not walk, talk, fidget, or otherwise distract other shooters in your squad. • Do not move from your track until the next shooter has fired. • Do not obstruct the referee's view. • Remain on your track until the last shooter has finished shooting, and check your score before leaving the tracks, as the score is FINAL once the squad sheet leaves the tracks and is returned to the Office. • Always check your HANDICAP CARD before you leave the grounds of a shoot, as it is the shooter's responsibility to ensure the card has been filled out correctly. • REFEREES - are HONORARY and human, and you are expected to abide by their decisions. • Your President and Committee are HONORARY. They respect your constructive criticism and expect you to assist and co-operate at all times. • Dress in a clean, neat, and tidy manner. Wear appropriate footwear. • Remember, it is a sport and you are expected to conduct yourself as a sportsperson at all times.
