Mary Owen Smith Mary Owen Smith was born November 27, 1922 in Middlesex County. She passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 in Philadelphia, Pa. She was one of six children of the late John Barnes Smith and Mary Jackson Smith. Three of her sisters, Minnie Ward, Lucy A. Smith and Consuella Worley, and her only brother, John A. Smith, preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Alice Seay; nieces, Janet S. Weldon and Cheryl S. Fassett; nephew, Joel Seay and his wife Cherlynne Seay; great nieces, Tamara Glover and her husband Duane Glover, Taraya Fassett, Joey M. Seay, Sheri Cobb and Shante Seay; great nephews, Joel C.
