The Action fits into the global project developed since 2005 through a close Waterwegen en Zeekanaal NV collaboration between France, Wallonia and Flanders in the framework of the www.wenz.be Seine-Scheldt Inter-Governmental Commission.

Additional information: The Action is expected to have positive effects on traffic management, modal split, congestion and interoperability.
