Sub: Application for obtaining Environmental Clearance for our proposed Colour Granite Mine named M/s Gallop Mines, Partner: Sri A.Abhinay Reddy covering over an extent of 4.979 Ha. located at Sy.No: 231, Jalari Village, Saravakota Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh State - Reg.

Ref: Approved Mining Plan vide Lr.No. 1056/MP-SKL/2019 Dt. 19.03.2019

With reference to the above, we have filed an application for the grant of Quarry Lease for our proposed Colour Granite Mine covering over an extent of 4.979 Ha. of M/s Gallop Mines, Partner: Sri A Abhinay Reddy located at Sy.No: 231, Jalari Village, Saravakota Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh State.

Accordingly, the Dy. Director, Mines & Geology, Ibrahimpatnam has issued a letter of intent to grant Quarry Lease for Colour Granite over an extent of 4.979 Ha. for the above said area through the Notice No. 12353/R1-1/2018, dated 11.01.2019.

Subsequently, the mining plan was approved by the Dy. Director, Mines & Geology, Visakhapatnam through the letter no. 1056/MP-SKL/2019 Dt. 19.03.2019.

As per the Ministry of Environment and Forests Notification Dt.14th Sept. 2006 and subsequent amendments, we are submitting herewith Form-IM, Form-I, Form-2, Pre-Feasibility Report/Environment Management Plan, District Survey Report along with the approved Mining Plan and Demand Draft as a fee for obtaining prior Environmental Clearance.

As per the S.O. 141(E) & S.O. 2269 (E) issued by MoEF&CC Dt. 15.01.2016 & 01.07.2016, A cluster shall be formed when the distance between the peripheries of one lease is less than 500 meters from the periphery of other lease in a homogeneous mineral area. And also it is applicable to the mine/quarry leases which got license on and after 9th Sep 2013. If the quarries are not operative for three years or more shall not be counted for calculating cluster but shall be considered to include in cluster plan.

As per MoEF & CC through its legislation has issued a notification No. SO 141(E) dated 15.01.2016 through which it issued cluster guidelines for the purpose of obtaining Prior Environmental Clearance for the Mines. As per that SO every mine shall obtain prior EC for its operations and also EC for the entire cluster in case it falls in the definition of cluster.

As per the Office Memorandum issued by MoEF&CC, GOI, New Delhi against File No.Lr- 11011/175/2018-IA-II(M) dated12.12.2018. We are herewith submitting our proposal for obtaining Environmental Clearance at SEAC/SEIAA for our proposed Colour Granite Mine as the proposed quarry lease extent is less than 5.0 hectares, hence we request your good selves to kindly consider our proposal under B2 Category.

As per the G.O.RT No.3 dated 04.01.2016 issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh, we are here with submitting a DD for Rs.18,000/-(Eighteen Thousands Only) vide DD No. 108085 of Central Bank of India, Garividi, dated 14.10.2019 drawn in favour of the Member Secretary, SEIAA, Andhra Pradesh towards Environmental Clearance processing fee.

We request your kind self to accord Environmental Clearance for our proposed Quarry Lease at the earliest.
