REVISED INSPECTION REPORT
The M/s Vindhya Telelinks Limited, Hyderabad from pathapatnam to Nautala Junction Ofc line has submitted their proposals seeking permission for laying OFC cable along the road of the National Highway -326A. The site inspected and report submitted as follows.
1. The M/s Vindhya Telelinks Limited, Hyderabad from pathapatnam to Nautala
Junction Ofc line to laying OFC cable from km 0/000 to 9/842 af AP/Odisha Border
to Narasannapeta in Srikakulam district in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. The M/s Vindhya Telelinks Limited, Hyderabad has proposed that the effective
length of the OFC line that runs along NH-326A from km 0/0 to 9/842.
3. As Verified the proposal, it is observed that laying of OFC Cable is proposed at 0.50 m from the
extreme edge of the ROW which varies from 14.00 m to 20.00 m.
4. Land Acquisition is in process from km 0/0 to 9/842 (including ROB Pathapatnam LC No.31).
However, the applicant has given an undertaking to the effect of that they will shift the OFC cable to
the specified location by the Authority at their own cost.
5. The ROW varies in the stretch at proposed location is 14.00 to 20.00 mts.
6. The proposed OFC line is at a distance of 9842m and width of the trench is 400mm and depth of

(a) The trench width should be ai least 30 cm. bu t not more than 60 cm wider than the outer diameter of the pipe. For filling of the trench. Bedding shall be to a depth of not less than 30 cm. it shall consist of granular material. Free of lumps.
