Berthelot nr. 84, apart. 2, Sector 1, Bucureşti Tel/Fax: 031 422 00 58 Mobil: 0723 364 739 E-mail: [email protected], [email protected] www. sondaje.info Metodologie Volumul eşantionului: 1099 persoane cu vârste mai mari de 18 ani domiciliate în 120 localități urbane și rurale selectate din toate județele țării Tipul eşantionului: probabilist, stratificat, format din 40 straturi rezultate din intersecţia a 8 zone geografice cu 5 tipuri de localităţi urbane şi rurale. Selecţia subiecţilor: interviurile s-au realizat la domiciliul subiecților. Persoanele intervievate au fost alese prin pas statistic, din 2 în 2 apartamente sau case, pornind de la numărul 2 al fiecărei străzi. În cazul în care în apartamentele sau casele selectate nu locuia sau nu răspundea nimeni s-a selectat următoarea a 2-a casă. În acest fel s-a păstrat principiul probabilist, fiind improbabil la oamenii care domiciliază la apartamente cu numere pare să aibă opinii semnificativ diferite de cei care locuiesc la apartamente cu numere impare. Reprezentativitate: eşantionul este reprezentativ pentru populaţia adultă din țară, cu o eroare de +/-3%. Au fost excluse din analiză persoanele instituționalizate (din spitale, aziluri, mânăstiri, penitenciare, etc.) si cele plecate în străinătate (peste 25% din totalul alegătorilor). Datele prezentate sunt cele culese din teren, neponderate. Verificarea corectitudinii lor s-a făcut de către echipa coordonatoare, prin recontactarea telefonică a 187 subiecți (17%), care au confirmat participarea la sondaj. Ancheta de teren: 12 – 20 ianuarie 2019. PNL (Crin Antonescu si Siegfried 23.7% Muresan) PSD (Ioan Mircea Pascu si Victor 23.0% Bostinaru) ProRomania (Corina Cretu si Sorin 10.7% Campeanu) PMP (Traian Basescu si Eugen Tomac) 9.3% ALDE (Renate Weber si Norica Nicolai) 8.1% PLUS (Dacian Ciolos si Dragos Paslaru) 8.1% USR (Cristian Ghinea si Clotilde 6.5% Armand) UDMR (Iuliu Winkler si Sogor Csaba) 4.8% Alt partid (PNTCD, PER, PRM, PAS, 1.9% PSDI, etc.) Nehotărâți și absenteiști: 23,6% Un candidat independent 3.9% Observații: 1. Intenția de vot pentru partide a fost solicitată subiecților ținând cont de numele liderilor care vor deschide lista acelor partide. De aceea unele partide obțin scoruri diferite față de alte sondaje. 2.     Ramona Strugariu European Parliament, WIB 05M047 1047, Brussels Brussels, 29.04.2020 Dear Vice-President Jourova, Dear Commissioner Reynders, Dear Commissioner Breton, We are writing to you to reiterate previous calls for a proposal establishing a permanent European fund for journalists under the framework of the next MFF (2021-2027), as the current situation imposes a redrafting of the upcoming EU budget, as well as an Emergency Media Fund to support independent journalism and media outlets deeply affected by the crisis. It has long been time for the Commission to take the bold, courageous measures for safeguarding the freedom of the press and for establishing such a fund. The situation of the media had been very fragile for several years and with this exceptional context now, it has become more acute than ever and it rapidly continues to deteriorate. Local media is literally dying as we speak. Had such funding been available, the high toll this crisis is taking on the media sector would have been considerably less burdensome. Over the course of the previous years, we have seen the successful implementation of several projects providing financial support to media outlets. However, in order for this support to be sustainable and consistent, a permanent dedicated fund with grants independently distributed by a dedicated EU body is now, more than ever, a necessity. A free and independent press lays at the core of democracy, transparency, the protection of our fundamental values and our Union’s fight against disinformation. Reporters Without Borders highlighted in the recently published 2020 World Press Freedom Index, that the COVID-19 pandemic has amplified the threats to press freedom.
