SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION OF KATHRYN MCGLYNN OF ALIXPARTNERS, LLP

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, I, Kathryn McGlynn, state under penalty of perjury, that:

1. I am a Managing Director of AlixPartners, LLP (“AlixPartners”), which has a place

of business at 909 Third Avenue, Floor 30, New York, New York 10022.

2. Except as otherwise noted, I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein

and, if called as a witness, would testify competently thereto.

3. I submit this supplemental declaration in the cases of the above-captioned debtors

(collectively, the “Debtors”) to supplement the disclosures set forth in my original declaration

dated October 18, 2020 [ECF No.165].

4. Unless otherwise noted, references to AP below collectively refer to AlixPartners,

AP Holdings and each of their respective subsidiaries. AlixPartners would like to disclose the

following:

1 The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor’s federal tax identification number, as applicable, are Century 21 Department Stores LLC (4073), L.I. 2000, Inc. (9619), C21 Department Stores Holdings LLC (8952), Giftco 21 LLC (0347), Century 21 Fulton LLC (4536), C21 Philadelphia LLC (2106), Century 21 Department Stores of New Jersey, L.L.C.  Facebook, Inc., a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are adverse litigation parties and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

Footwear LLC., a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are associated companies to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Federal Express Corp., Fedex, Fedex (Ecomm. Only) and Fedex freight, suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“FedEx”), are investors and director-affiliated companies to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. FedEx is a former employer of a current AP employee. FedEx is a vendor to AP.

 First Capital, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are lessors, associated companies, litigation parties and bondholders to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 First Data Services, LLC, a material contract counterparty to the Debtors, and affiliates (“First Data”), are joint venture entities, director-affiliated companies and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. First Data is a former employer of current AP employees.

 Fiske and Fiske Industries Inc., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are shareholders to former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Fitch and Fitch Inc., litigation counterparties and suppliers/vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are adverse litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Florida Department of Revenue, a taxing authority to the Debtors, and affiliates, are lienholders to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Foley Hoag LLP, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are professionals and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Fossil, Fossil/Puma, Fossil Partners LP, Fossil/Armani, Fossil/Ax, Fossil/Diesel and Fossil/M. Kors, suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 FPL, a utility provider, supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates (“FPL”), are director-affiliated companies, litigation parties, adverse litigation parties and bondholders to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Frank Wright, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Fuji and Fujifilm North America Corp., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“Fuji”), are investors and associated companies to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Fuji is a vendor to AP.  Fyffes North America Inc, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are associated companies to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Gardenia and Gardenia, Ltd., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are litigation parties and adverse litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Genesco Inc., a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are parents and associated companies to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Genesco is a former AP client in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Gev LLC, an affiliated entity and equity holder to the Debtors, and affiliates, are current AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 GGP Staten Island Mall LLC, a landlord to the Debtors, and affiliates (“Brookfield”), are adverse litigation parties, litigation parties and lessors to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Brookfield is a current AP client in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Brookfield is a member of a UCC represented by AP in Forever 21, a bankruptcy matter unrelated to the Debtors.  Gina Group LLC, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, are litigation parties to former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 GM Financial Leasing, a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates, is a former employer of a current AP employee.

 GMAC Commercial Cred. Bank O and GMAC Commercial Credit, suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“GMAC”), are joint venture entities, litigation parties, adverse litigation parties, affiliates, lessors and parents to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. GMAC is a former employer of a current AP employee.

 Godiva Chocolatier and Godiva Chocolatier Inc., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“Godiva”), are affiliates and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.  Gordon Brothers Group LLC and Gordon Brothers Comm & Ind., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“Gordon Brothers”), are professionals, director-affiliated

Great American is a former AP client in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Great American is an insurance provider to AP.

 Grunfeld Desiderio Lebowitz, an ordinary course professional in this bankruptcy matter, and affiliates, are professionals to current AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Gucci, MJG/Gucci and Sunsport USA/Gucci, suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are associated companies and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Gucci is a former AP client in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 Guess, Baby Guess Designer Cla., G By Guess Marc Fisher, Guess G-Iii, Guess D.20, Guess D60, Guess?, Inc., Guess Footwear Mark/Gu., Guess Signal Products, Guess, Inc., Sequel/Guess, Signal Products – Guess, Swank Randa Guess and Viva/Guess Marcolin, suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates, are professionals, associated companies, litigation parties and lessors to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. Guess is a former AP client in matters unrelated to the Debtors.

 H&M International Sales Inc., a supplier and vendor to the Debtors, and affiliates (“H&M”), are lessees and litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors. H&M is a former employer of current AP employees.

 Hachette Book Group and Hachette Book Group Dist. Phoe., suppliers and vendors to the Debtors, and affiliates (“Hachette”), are litigation parties to current and former AP clients in matters unrelated to the Debtors.
