Polo Ralph Lauren Appoints Jerome Espinos, President of Footwear for Collection and Purple Label

New York, NY - April 11, 2007. Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation today announced that Jerome Espinos has been appointed President of Footwear for Collection and Purple Label. Mr. Espinos will report to Jacki Nemerov, Executive Vice President of Wholesale Brands, Licensing and Manufacturing.

In this role, Mr. Espinos will oversee all key aspects of the Collection and Purple Label footwear business including sales, merchandising and planning. He will work closely with the design, development, production and finance areas. Mr. Espinos will be based in Polo Ralph Lauren's corporate office in New York City.

Mr. Espinos has over 15 years of management experience in the footwear industry with a strong focus in the merchandising and marketing areas. He has held a number of leadership roles in a variety of companies including LVMH (Rossimoda Division), where he oversaw the development and commercial sales of such brands as Marc Jacobs, Celine, Givenchy and Emilio Pucci. Mr. Espinos also held management positions at Charles Jourdan.
