Site Nomination Update

EDF Energy recently nominated to Government an area of land adjacent to the existing Hinkley Point stations for the development of new nuclear power.

The aerial plan shows the full extent of the land that has been nominated. Not all of this land will be required for the development of new nuclear power, and not all of it will necessarily be needed during the construction process.
