INTRODUCTION

KEY FEATURES:

• Dutch Pedigree: Peterson/Jongert

• Jongert 2700M model, one of the Dutch builder’s most successful semicustom sailing designs

• Proven circumnavigator; Antarctica, Fiji, Greenland… well-equipped for self-reliance in world-

cruising

• Guest area aft well-separated from crew area forward

• Well-protected semi-enclosed deckhouse with push-button sliding hardtop and panoramic views,

ideal for cruising in cold as well as warm regions

• Recessed tender storage; converts to sunpad or pool

• Same owner since 2004, same captain and management team for more than 10 years

• Run by a full crew all year around with owner willing to keep the yacht in "as new" condition at all

times

• 2M€ “as new” refit/rebuild at Jongert in 2012 plus another thorough refit in 2016

• Extraordinary condition, looks stunning, inspection is highly recommended

VIVID is a fine example of combining sporting performance with the highest levels of on board comfort.

The semi-enclosed deckhouse with an alternative steering position and a generous open-air cockpit amidships invite relaxation. For additional fresh air the deckhouse windows may be partly opened, at the push of a button.

There is easy access from the deckhouse to the spacious main saloon, where a dining area, comfortable sofas and an audio-visual centre provide ample space for socializing. Forward of this is the separate crew area with a professionally equipped galley, crew’s dinette and two crew cabins.

A few steps aft lead down to two attractive guest cabins each with twin berths and their own separate bathrooms and the tastefully furnished owner’s suite. This has a double bed, comfortable seating, a study area and a generously-sized bathroom. Heating and air conditioning can be controlled individually in all cabins. The entire interior is comfortable modern, the beautifully crafted teak woodwork giving the yacht a very warm atmosphere.

VIVID has a twin steering position in the stern with unobstructed access to the centre cockpit and the saloon and the best possible view over the deck. Her 400 square meters of are handled easily by even a small crew with the help of hydraulic and furling systems, operable from both steering positions.

Safe stowage for the tender is integrated into the foredeck and can be used as a pool for sunbathing, while an hydraulically operated hatch in the stern gives access to a large garage.

2 VIVID

Also hydraulically operated is a gangway extending from the stern, affording safe and easy passage to and from the shore. Built into the hull to starboard is a passerelle, which gives safe access to the tender and can be used as a bathing ladder or gangway when berthed side-to.

Exceptional sailing performance and the highest levels of design, technology and safety make VIVID pure sailing pleasure.

The captain who has sailed VIVID for many years says it best: “Vivid is a very seaworthy boat that loves to be sailed. I have enormous appreciation for all of the safe miles we have sailed and extraordinary owner’s experience that we have accomplished aboard Vivid.”
