Abstract: Threehundredbovinemilksampleswithmastitiswereused.Eighty-five(28.33%)strainswereidentifiedas Staphylococcusaureus whereas60(20.00%)strainswereisolatedascoagulasenegativestaphylococcus.Bacteriologicalculturesof coagulasenegativestaphylococcuswereidentifiedas20(33.33%)strainsof S.hyicus,16(26.66%)strainsof S.chromogenes,9 (15.00%)strainsof S.epidermidis,5(8.33%)strainsof S.haemolyticus,4(6.66%)strainsof S.sciuri,3(5.00%)strainsof S. lentis and3(5.00%)strainsof S.cohnii subsp.cohnii.Thesusceptibilitytestresultsshowedthat Staphylococcusaureus strainsweresusceptibleto(100.00%),neomycin+bacitracin+tetracycline(100.00%),kanamycin(85.00%), (85.00%)andamoxycillin+clavulanicacid(84.00%),whiletheywereresistanttopenicillin(95.00%)andoxacillin (60.00%).Besidethis,ithasbeenfoundthatthecoagulasenegativestaphylococcusstrainsweresusceptibletocefquinome (100.00%)andneomycin+bacitracin+tetracycline(100.00%),butresistanttopenicillin(90.00%)andoxacillin(73.00%).

Özet: Buçal›flmadatoplam300adetmastitislis›¤›rsütörne¤ikullan›ld›.Örneklerin85(%28,33)’i Staphylococcusaureus olarak identifiyeedilirken,60(%20,00)’›koagulaznegatifstafilokokolarakizoleedildi.Koagulaznegatifstafilokoklar›nbakteriy olojik kültürleri,20sufl(%33,33) S.hyicus,16sufl(%26,66) S.chromogenes,9sufl(%15,00) S.epidermidis,5sufl(%8,33) S. haemolyticus,4sufl(%6,66) S.sciuri,3sufl(%5,00) S.lentis ve3sufl(%5,00) S.cohnii subsp.cohnii olarakidentifiyeedildi. Antibiyotikduyarl›l›ktestisonuçlar›,Staphylococcusaureus sufllar›n›nciprofloksasin(%100,00),neomisin+basitrasin+tetrasiklin(% 100,00),kanamisin(%85,00),cefquinom(%85,00)veamoksisilline+klavulanikasit(%84,00)’eduyarl›vepenisilin(%95,00) ileoksasilin(%60,00)’edirençlioldu¤unugöstermektedir.Bununlaberaber,koagulaznegatifstafilokoksufllar›n›ncefquinom(% 100,00)ileneomisin+basitrasin+tetrasiklin(%100,00)’eduyarl›vepenisilin(%90,00)ileoksasilin(%73,00)’edirençlioldu ¤u bulundu.

Introduction Theobservedincreasein Staphylococcusaureus IMIs Theepidemiologyofbovineintramammaryinfections inmanycountriescouldbeexplainedbysomecommon (IMIs)hasbeencharacterizedworldwidebyanincreasein featuressuchastheincreasednumberofbovineperherd theprevalenceofStaphylococci.TheStaphylococciarethe asaconsequenceoftheintroductionofbovinefromother predominantinsubclinicalandchronicbovine herdsanditisverydifficulttocureonceestablishedin mastitis.Staphylococciarepresentasmajormastitis lactatingbovine.With Staphylococcusaureus mastitisin inthedairyindustryworldwide(1). dairybovinetheresultingdamagetodeveloping
