RS 99/06, 34/10) RAZPIS ZA ZBIRANJE PREDLOGOV ZA PODELITEV PRIZNANJ OBČINE KOMEN ZA LETO 2015 1. Priznanja Občine Komen so: A. Zlati grb Občine Komen Priznanje se podeli posamezniku ali skupinam za izredno življenjsko delo oziroma za vrhunske uspehe in dosežke na znanstvenem, gospodarskem, kulturnem, vzgojno-izobraževalnem, špor- tnem, naravovarstvenem, humanitarnem ali katerem drugem področju, ki so pomembni za razvoj in promocijo Občine Komen. Podeli se eno priznanje letno. B. Priznanja Občine Komen Priznanja se podeljujejo posameznikom ali skupinam za dosežene uspehe v krajšem časovnem obdo- bju. Priznanja imajo pomen pohvale ter so aktualen odziv na dosežke in uspehe na vseh področjih dela. Podeli se lahko do tri priznanja letno. Priznanja podeli župan Občine Komen na slovesnosti ob občinskem prazniku Občine Komen. 2. Predloge za podelitev priznanj lahko podajo posamezniki, družbe, zavodi, politične in druge orga- nizacije in skupnosti, društva ter ožji deli lokalne skupnosti. Predlog za podelitev priznanj mora biti podan v pisni obliki in mora vsebovati: splošne podatke o predlagatelju, predstavitvene podatke o kandidatu, vrsto priznanja, za katero je kandidat pre- dlagan, utemeljitev predloga s podrobnejšim opisom dela oziroma dosežkov, zaradi katerih je bila predlagana podelitev priznanja, in dokumente, ki potrjujejo dejstva, navedena v utemeljitvi. Predla- gatelj predlogu priloži tudi soglasje kandidata. 3. Prispele predloge bo obravnavala komisija za podelitev priznanj Občine Komen, imenovana s skle- pom župana. Komisija bo oblikovala predlog za podelitev priznanj, o prejemnikih priznanj bo od- ločal občinski svet s sklepom.

Obmo~je ob spodnjem toku reke Dragonje je od 1991 dalje obmejna pokrajina in vro~a to~ka v mejnem sporu med Hrva{ko in Slovenijo. Primo` Pipan, Border dispute between Croatia and Slovenia along the lower reaches of the Dragonja River Border dispute between Croatia and Slovenia along the lower reaches of the Dragonja River DOI: 10.3986.AGS48205 UDC: 911.3:341.222(497.4:497.5) COBISS: 1.02 ABSTRACT: The paper discusses border dispute between Croatia and Slovenia along the lower reaches of the Dragonja River, acute since the two countries gained independence in 1991. It is the most hotly contested border dispute point between the two countries except for the maritime border in Bay of Piran. The area with small villages of Mlini-[krile, Bu`ini and [kodelin is known in the literature as the »area along the Dragonja River«, »the area of double records« or »the case of four villages«. The paper begins by describing rea- sons for the southern border of the Municipality of Piran from geographic and economic aspects. It focuses on changes of borders from the legal aspect between and after World War Two.

Šolske torbe se bodo kmalu spet zašibile pod težo knjig in zvezkov, urnik bo znova popisan od vrha navzdol. Res, da je vsak začetek težak, a le pomislite, ko se boste konec leta ozrli in ponosno za seboj pustili še eno premagano oviro, še en dosežen cilj in še en nov uspeh.

    The Contribution of Czech Musicians to Nineteenth- and Early Twentieth-Century Musical Life in Slovenia

    The Contribution of Czech Musicians to Nineteenth- and Early Twentieth-Century Musical Life in Slovenia Jernej Weiss Studies so far have not given a thorough and comprehensive overview of the activities of Czech musicians in the musical culture of Slovenia in the 19th and early 20th centuries. This article thus deals with the question of the musical, social and cultural influences of Czech musicians in Slovenia in the period discussed. More precisely: in which areas, how and to what extent did in particular the most important representatives of the Czech musicians in Slovenia contribute? The numerous Czech musicians working in Slovenia in the 19th and early 20th century actively co-created practically all areas of musical culture in Slovenia. Through their acti- vities they decisively influenced the musical-creative, musical-reproductive, musical-peda- gogical and musical-publicist areas, and strongly influenced the transition from a more or less musically inspired dilettantism to a gradual rise in terms of quality and quantity of musical culture in Slovenia. Those well-educated Czech musicians brought to Slovenia the creative achievements of musical culture in Czech lands. Taking into account the prevalent role of Czech musicians in Slovenia, there arises the question whether – with regard to the period in question – it might be at all reasonable to speak of “Slovenian Music History” or better to talk about “History of Music in Slovenia”. It is quite understandable that differences exist between music of different provenances; individual musical works are therefore not only distinguished by their chronological sequence and related changes in style, but also by different geographic or sociological (class, cultural, and even ethnic) backgrounds.1 Yet the clarity of these characteristics varies, for they cannot be perceived in precisely the same way or observed with the same degree of reliability in a musical work.2 In this respect, the national component causes considerable difficulties.
