A'amal Umme Dawood 15 Rajab The most important rite on this day is to say the supplicatory prayer known as Dua Ummi - Dawud. This great supplicatory prayer brings about innumerable rewards some of which are that it grants the requests, relieves from anguishes, and saves from the persecutions of the wrongdoers. In the word of Shaykh al - Tusiy, in his book of ‘MiSbah al - Mutahajjid,’ Observe fast on 13th, 14th and 15th Rajab. On 15th take bath at the time when the sun passes the meridian (waqt - e - Zawal) put on clean clothes and sit on a clean mat at a place of seclusion so that nobody interferes. دﻋﺎ ام داؤد ْ ﱠ ْ ﱠ ِﺴ ِﻢ ا ِ اﻟﺮﺣﻤ ﻦ اﻟﺮ ِﺣ ِﻢ ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ وآ ِل ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ َ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ َ ﱠ ُ َ ﺻﺪق ٱ ٱﻟﻌ ِﻈﻢ ٱﻟ ِﺬي ِإﻟﻪ ِإ ﻫﻮ True are the words of Allah, the All - great. There is no god save Him, َ ﱡ َ ﱡ ُ ُ َ َ َ ٱﻟ ٱﻟﻘﻴﻮم ذ و ٱﻟﺠﻼ ِل و ٱ ِﻹﺮاِ م the Ever - living, the Eternal, The Lord of Majesty and Honor, ﱠ ْ ٰ ُ ﱠ ُ َ ُ ُ ٱﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ٱﻟﺮ ِﺣﻢ ٱﻟ ﺤِﻠﻢ ٱﻟ ﻢ the All - beneficent, the All - merciful, the Forbearing, the All - generous. ْ َ ْ َ ْ ٌ ٱﻟ ِﺬي ﻟﺲ ِﻤﺜِﻠ ِﻪ ء There is nothing like Him, َ ُ َ ﱠ ُ َ ُ َ ُ َ ُ و ﻫﻮ ٱﻟﺴ ِﻤﻴﻊ ٱﻟ ﻌِﻠﻢ ٱﻟ ِﺼ ٱﻟ ﺨ ِﺒ and He is the All - hearing, the All - knowing, the All - seeing, the All - aware. َ َ ُ ﱠ ُ َ َ ﱠ ُ َ ﺷ ِﻬﺪ ٱ ٲﻧﻪ ِإﻟﻪ ِإ ﻫﻮ Allah bears witness that there is no god but He, َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ْ و ٱﻟﻤﻼِﺋﻜﺔ و ٲوﻟ ﻮ ٱﻟ ِﻌﻠ ِﻢ ﻗﺎ ِﺋﻤ ﺎ ِﭑﻟ ِﻘﺴ ِﻂ and (so do) the angels and those possessed of knowledge, maintaining His creation with justice. َ َ ﱠ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ ِإﻟﻪ ِإ ﻫﻮ ٱﻟﻌ ﺰ ٱﻟﺤ ِﻜﻢ There is no god but He, the Mighty, the Wise. َ َ َ ْ ُ ُ ُ ُ و ﻠﻐﺖ رﺳﻠﻪ ٱﻟ ِ َﺮام His noble Messengers have conveyed the mission َ َ َ َ َ ﱠ َ و ٲﻧﺎ ﻋ ٰ ذٰ ِﻟﻚ ِﻣﻦ ٱﻟﺸﺎ ِﻫ ِﺪﻳﻦ .and Iُ am of thoseَ whoُ bear witnessَ to that اﻟﻠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ َﺤ ْﻤﺪ َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ َﻤ ْﺠﺪ O Allah, to You belongs praise, to You belongs glory, َ َ ﱡ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ ِﻌﺰ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﻔﺨ ُﺮ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﻘﻬ ُﺮ to You belongs might, to You belongs pride, to You belongs َ ﱢ ُ َ,supremeُ power َ ُ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﻨ ْﻌ َﻤﺔ َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ َﻌﻈ َﻤﺔ َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ ﱠﺮ ْﺣ َﻤﺔ to You belong bounties, to You belongs greatness, to You belongs mercy,

Bright Days (13,14,15th) ; of Rajab Aamal Night /Day َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ َﻤ َﻬﺎ َﺔ َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ ﱡﺴﻠﻄﺎن َو ﻟﻚ ٱﻟ َﺒ َﻬﺎ ُء to You belongs reverence, to You belongs sovereignty, to You belongs beauty, َ َ ْ َ ُ َ َ ﱠ ْ ُ َ َ ﱠ ْ ُ و ﻟﻚ ٱ ِﻻﻣ ِﺘﻨﺎن و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﺴ ِﻴﺢ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﺘﻘ ِﺪﺲ to You belongs benevolence, to You belongs glorification, to You belongs holiness, َ َ ﱠ ْ ُ َ َ ﱠ ُ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﺘﻬِﻠﻞ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻟﺘ ِﺒ to You belongs the confession of Your being the One and Only God, to You belongs the confession of Your being the َ ,mostَ Great Lord َ َو ﻟﻚ َﻣ ﺎ ُﻳ َﺮ ٰى َو ﻟﻚ َﻣﺎ ُﻳ َﺮ ٰى to You belongs that which is seen, to You belongs that which is not seen, َ َ َ َ ْ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ و ﻟﻚ ﻣ ﺎ ﻓﻮق ٱﻟﺴﻤﺎوا ِت ٱﻟﻌ ٰ ,whichَ is farَ aboveَ the high heavensﱠ to You belongs that َو ﻟﻚ َﻣ ﺎ ﺗ ْﺤﺖ ٱﻟ َ ٰى ,to You belongs that ْ whichَ is deepُ َ ْ downَ under the abyss َو ﻟﻚ ٱَرﺿﻮن ٱﻟ ﱡﺴﻔ ٰ to You belong the worlds below the heavens, َ َ ُ َ َ ُ و ﻟﻚ ٱﻵ ِﺧ َﺮة و ٱو ٰ to You belong the end and the beginning, َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ﱠ َ َ َ ْ و ﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺮ ٰ ِ ِﻪ ِﻣﻦ ٱﻟﺜﻨﺎ ِء و ٱﻟﺤﻤ ِﺪ and to You is all thanks, all praise, َ ﱡ َ ﱠ ْ َ و ٱﻟﺸﻜ ﺮ و ٱﻟﻨﻌﻤﺎ ِء all gratitude, and all bliss as much as it pleases You. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ ْ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ﺟ ِﺋﻞ ٲ ِﻣﻴ ِﻨﻚ ﻋ ٰ وﺣ ِﻚ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to (Archangel) Gabriel, the trustee on Your revelations, َ َ ﱢ َ ٰ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ َ و ٱﻟﻘ ﻮي ﻋ ٲﻣ ﺮك و ٱﻟﻤﻄﺎع ِ ﺳﻤﺎوا ِﺗﻚ the firm in conveying Your orders, the obeyed in Your heavens َ َ َ ﱢ َ َ َ ُ َ َ ﱢ َ َ و ﻣﺤﺎل ﻛﺮاﻣﺎ ِﺗﻚ ٱﻟﻤ ﺘﺤﻤ ِﻞ ِﻟِﻠﻤﺎ ِﺗﻚ and the places where Your honoring lies, the bearer of Your Words, ﱠ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ﱢ َ ْ َ َ ٱﻟﻨﺎ ِ ﻧ ِﺎ ِﺋﻚ ٱﻟ ﻤﺪﻣ ﺮ ﻋﺪا ِﺋﻚ the supporter of Your Prophets, the terminator of Your enemies. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ِﻣﺎ ِﺋﻞ ﻣﻠ ِﻚ رﺣﻤ ِﺘﻚ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to (Archangel) Michael, the angel of Your mercy, َ َ ْ َ َ َ و ٱﻟﻤﺨﻠﻮ ِق ِﻟﺮٲﻓ ِﺘﻚ the one created for (showing) Your kindness, َ ُ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ و ٱﻟﻤﺴﺘﻐ ِﻔ ﺮ ٱﻟﻤ ِﻌ ﻫ ِﻞ ﻃﺎﻋ ِﺘﻚ and the one seeking forgiveness and assisting the people of obedience to You. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ِإا ِﻓﻞ ﺣﺎ ِﻣ ِﻞ ﻋﺮ ِﺷﻚ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Seraph, the bearer of Your Throne, َ َ ﱡ ْ ُ ْ َ َ ْ َ و ﺻﺎ ِﺣ ِﺐ ٱﻟﺼﻮ ر ٱﻟ ﻤﻨﺘ ِﻈ ﺮ ﻣ ﺮك the one in charge of the Trumpet (that declares the Resurrection Day), the one waiting for Your order, WWW.IEC - Houston.org Islamic Education Centre of Houston Page 3 of 12

Bright Days (13,14,15th) ; of Rajab Aamal Night /Day َ ُ ْ ْ َ َ ٱﻟﻮ ِﺟ ِﻞ ٱﻟﻤﺸ ِﻔ ِﻖ ِﻣﻦ ِﺧﻔ ِﺘﻚ and the one apprehensive and fearful of You. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ َ َ َ ْ ﱠ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ﺣﻤﻠ ِﺔ ٱﻟﻌﺮ ش ٱﻟﻄﺎ ِﻫ ﻦ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to the pure angels who bear Your Throne, َ َ ﱠ َ َ َ َ َ َ ﱠ ﱢ َ و ﻋ ٰ ٱﻟﺴﻔﺮِة ٱﻟ ِﺮاِم ٱﻟ رِة ٱﻟﻄﻴ ِﺒ upon the scribes; the noble, the virtuous, and the immaculate, َ َ َ َ َ َ و ﻋ ٰ ﻣﻼِﺋﻜ ِﺘﻚ ٱﻟ ِﺮاِم ٱﻟﺎ ِﺗ ِﺒ upon Your angels; the virtuous recorders (of the deeds), َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ﱢ َ و ﻋ ٰ ﻣﻼِﺋﻜ ِﺔ ٱﻟ ِﺠﻨﺎ ِن و ﺧﺰﻧ ِﺔ ٱﻟﻨ ا ِن upon the angels of the gardens of Paradise, upon the keepers of Hellfire, َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ و ﻣﻠ ِﻚ ٱﻟﻤﻮ ِت و ٱﻋﻮا ِن and upon the Angel of Death and his assistants. َ َ َ َ َ َ ﺎ ذ ا ٱﻟﺠ ِل و ٱ ِﻹﺮاِم O Lord of Majesty and Honor! ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ٰ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٲ ِﺑﻨ ﺎ آدم ِﺪﻳ ﻊ ِﻓﻄﺮِﺗ ﻚ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to our father Adam: the foremost of Your creation ﱠ ْ َ ُ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ َ ٱﻟ ِﺬي ﻛﺮﻣﺘﻪ ِﺴﺠﻮ ِ د ﻣﻼِﺋﻜ ِﺘﻚ و ٲﺤﺘﻪ ﺟﻨﺘﻚ whom You honored by making Your angels prostrate themselves before him, and whom You allowed to dwell in Your Paradise. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ٰ ﱢ َ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ َ ﱢ ْ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٲﻣﻨ ﺎ ﺣﻮاء ٱﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮِة ِﻣﻦ ٱﻟﺮﺟ ﺲ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to our mother Eve:the purified from filth, ُ َ ﱠ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ْ ٱﻟ ﻤﺼﻔﺎ ِة ِﻣﻦ ٱﻟﺪ ﺲ ٱﻟ ﻤﻔﻀﻠ ِﺔ ِﻣﻦ ٱ ِﻹ ﺲ the cleaned from dirt, the favorite from among the humankind, ُ َ َ ﱢ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ﱢ ُ ْ ٱﻟ ﻤدد ِة ﺑ ﻣﺤﺎل ٱﻟﻘﺪ س and the allowed to visit the places of sanctity. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ َ َ َ َ ْ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ﻫﺎ ِﺑﻞ و ﺷ ٍﺚ O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Abel, Shayth, َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ َ و ِإد رﺲ و ﻧح و ﻫﻮ ٍد و ﺻﺎِﻟ ﺢ Idris, Noah, Hud, Salih, َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ و ِإﺑﺮا ِﻫﻢ و ِإﺳﻤﺎ ِﻋﻞ و ِإﺳﺤﺎق و ﻌﻘﻮب Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, َ ُ ُ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ و ﻳﻮﺳﻒ و ٱﺳﺎ ِط Joseph, the Tribes, َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ﱡ ْ َ َ ُ َ و ﻟﻮ ٍط و ﺷﻌ ٍﺐ و اﻳﻮب و ﻣﻮ ٰ Lot, Shu`ayb, Job, Moses, َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ْ و ﻫﺎرون و ﻳﻮﺷﻊ و ِﻣﺸﺎ و ٱﻟ ِﺨ Aaron, Joshua, Micah, al - Khizr, َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ و ِذي ٱﻟﻘﺮﻧ و ﻳﻮﺲ و ِإﻟﺎس و ٱﻟﺴﻊ Dhu’l - Qarnayn (the two - horned), Jonah, Elias, Elisa,

You are verily worthy of all praise, full of all glory. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ﱡ َ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ٱو ِﺻﺎ ِء و ٱﻟﺴﻌﺪا ِء O Allah, (please do) send blessings to the Successors, the happy, َ ﱡ َ َ َ ﱠ ُ َ و ٱﻟﺸﻬﺪا ِء و ٲ ِﺋﻤ ِﺔ ٱﻟﻬﺪ ٰى the witnesses, and the leaders to the true guidance. ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ٱﺪا ِل و ٱوﺗﺎ ِ د O Allah, (please do) send blessings to the Substitutes (whom shall be given the favor of participating in Imam al - Mahdi’s campaigns), and the loftiest personalities, َ ﱡ ﱠ َ ُ ﱠ َ ُ ْ َ و ٱﻟﺴﺎح و ٱﻟﻌﺎ ِد و ٱﻟﻤﺨِﻠ ِﺼ and those observing fasting with devotion, those who ardently serve You, those whom You have chosen, َ ﱡ ﱠ َ ْ ﱢ َ ْ َ و ٱﻟﺰﻫﺎ ِد و ٲﻫ ِﻞ ٱﻟ ِﺠﺪ و ٱ ِﻻﺟ ِﺘﻬﺎ ِ د the ascetic servants, and the people of painstaking and hardworking deeds. َ ْ ُ ْ ُ َ ﱠ َ ْ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ َ َ وٱﺧﺼﺺ ﻣﺤﻤﺪا و ٲﻫﻞ ﺑ ِﺘ ِﻪ ِ ﻓﻀ ِﻞ ﺻﻠﻮا ِﺗﻚ (Please do) give Muhammad and his Household exclusively the best of Your blessings َ ْ َ َ َ َ و ٲﺟﺰ ِل ﻛﺮاﻣﺎ ِﺗﻚ and the most abundant of Your favors. َ َ ْ ُ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ ﱢ َ ﱠ ً َ َ و ﻠ ﻎ روﺣﻪ و ﺟﺴﺪە ِﻣ ﺗ ِﺤﺔ و ﺳﻼﻣﺎ (Please do) convey to his soul and body my greetings and compliments

َ ْ ُ َ ْ ً َ َ َ َ َ و زدە ﻓﻀ و ﻓﺎ و ﻛﺮﻣﺎ and give him more favors, honor, and esteem َ ﱠ ُ َ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ْ ﱠ َ ﺣ ٰ ﺗﻠﻐﻪ ٲﻋ ٰ درﺟﺎ ِت ٲﻫ ِﻞ ٱﻟ ِف so that You will make him attain the most elevated ranks of the honored ones َ ﱠ ﱢ َ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ِﻣﻦ ٱﻟﻨ ِﻴ و ٱﻟﻤﺮﺳِﻠ و ٱﻓﺎ ِﺿ ِﻞ ٱﻟﻤﻘِ from amongst the Prophets, the Messengers, and the virtuous, favorable ones. َ ُ اﻟﻠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ َو َﺻ ﱢﻞ ﻋ ٰ َﻣ ْﻦ َﺳ ﱠﻤ ْﺖ َ و َﻣ ْﻦ ﻟ ْﻢ ٲ َﺳ ﱢﻢ O Allah, (please) send blessings to those whose names I have mentioned or I have not ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ُ ُ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ِﻣﻦ ﻣﻼِﺋﻜ ِﺘﻚ و ٲﻧ ِﺎ ِﺋﻚ و رﺳِﻠﻚ و ٲﻫ ِﻞ ﻃﺎﻋ ِﺘﻚ from amongst Your angels, Prophets, Messengers, and obedient servants. َ ْ ْ َ َ ْ ْ َ ْ َ ْ و ٲو ِﺻﻞ ﺻﻠﻮاِ ِإﻟﻴ ِﻬﻢ و ِإ ٰ ٲروا ِﺣ ِﻬﻢ Convey my invocations of blessings to them and to their souls َ ْ َ ُ ْ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ و ٱﺟﻌﻠﻬﻢ ِإﺧﻮاِ ِﻓﻚ و ٲﻋﻮاِ ﻋ ٰ دﻋﺎ ِﺋﻚ and make them my brethren in You and make them help me pray You. ُ ﱠ ﱢ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ِإ ٲﺳﺸ ِﻔﻊ ِﻚ ِإﻟﻚ O Allah, I seek Your intercession for me to You, َ َ َ َ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ و ِﻜﺮِﻣﻚ ِإ ٰ ﻛﺮِﻣﻚ و ِﺠﻮ ِدك ِإ ٰ ﺟﻮ ِدك I seek Your honor in the name of Your honor, I seek Your magnanimity in the name of Your magnanimity, َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ و ِﺑﺮﺣﻤ ِﺘﻚ ِإ ٰ رﺣﻤ ِﺘﻚ و ِﻫ ِﻞ ﻃﺎﻋ ِﺘﻚ ِإﻟﻚ and I seek Your mercy in the name of Your mercy and in the name of the people of the obedience to You. َ ْ َ ُ ﱠ ﱢ َ َ َ َ ٌ ْ ُ ْ وٲﺳﻟﻚ ٱﻟﻠﻬﻢ ِﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺳﻟﻚ ِ ِﻪ ٲﺣ ﺪ ِﻣﻨﻬﻢ I thus beseech You, O Allah, in the name of all the things by whose names those people have besought You, ْ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ِﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﻟ ٍﺔ ﻔ ٍﺔ ﻏ ﻣﺮدود ٍة including the honorable requests that are never rejected by You َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ ﱢ َ و ِﻤ ﺎ دﻋﻮك ِ ِﻪ ِﻣﻦ دﻋﻮٍة ﻣﺠﺎ ٍﺔ ﻏ ﻣﺨﻴ ٍﺔ and all the responded and unfailing prayers that they have asked from You. َ ُ َ َ ْ ٰ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ ﺎ ا ﺎ رﺣﻤﻦ ﺎ ر ِﺣﻢ ﺎ ﺣِﻠﻢ ﺎ ﻛ ﻢ O Allah! O All - beneficent! O All - merciful! O All - forbearing! O All - generous! َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ ُ َ َ ُ ﺎ ﻋ ِﻈﻢ ﺎ ﺟِﻠﻞ ﺎ ﻣ ِﻨﻞ ﺎ ﺟ ِﻤﻞ O All - great! O All - majestic! O Bestower! O All - munificent! َ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ ُ ﺎ ﻛ ِﻔﻞ ﺎ وِﻞ ﺎ ﻣ ِﻘﻞ O Surety! O Dependable! O Rescuer! َ ُ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ ُ َ ُ ُ ﺎ ﻣ ِﺠ ﺎ ﺧ ِﺒ ﺎ ﻣ ِﻨ ﺎ ﻣ ِﺒ O Protector! O All - aware! O All - luminous! O Eradicator (of the wrongdoers)! َ َ ُ َ ُ ُ َ ُ ُ ﺎ ﻣ ِﻨﻴﻊ ﺎ ﻣ ِﺪﻞ ﺎ ﻣ ِﺤﻞ O Shielding! O Grantor of victory! O Assuring!

O َ ﱠ ُ ﱠ!Guardianَ َ ﱠ َ ﺎ ﺧق َ ﺎ َوﻫﺎ ُب َ ﺎ ﺗ ﱠﻮا ُب َ ﺎ ﻓﺘﺎ ُح O Creator! O Endower! O Accepter of repentance! O Decider! َ َ ﱠ ُ َ ُ ْ َ ُ َ َ ْ َ ﱡ ْ َ ﺎ ﻧﻔﺎح ﺎ ﻣﺮﺗﺎح ﺎ ﻣﻦ ِﺑ ِﺪ ِە ﻞ ِﻣﻔﺘﺎح O Donator! O Source of rest! O He Who has in possessions the clues of all things! َ َ ﱠ ُ َ َ ُ ُ َ َ ُ ُ َ َ َ ﺎ ﻧﻔﺎع ﺎ رؤوف ﺎ ﻋﻄﻮف ﺎ ﺎِ ﺎ ﺷﺎِ O Source of profit! O All - kind! O All - sympathetic! O Securer! O Healer! َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ ﱡ ﺎ ﻣﻌﺎِ ﺎ ﻣﺎِ ﺎ وِ O Curer! O Awarder! O Faithful! َ ُ َ ْ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ ﱠ ُ َ ُ َ ﱢ ُ ﺎ ﻣﻬ ِﻤﻦ ﺎ ﻋ ﺰ ﺎ ﺟﺎر ﺎ ﻣﺘ O Dominant! O Almighty! O All - potent! O Creator of causes! َ ُ ُ َ ُ ْ َ ُ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ ُ ﺎ ﻣ ِﻐﺚ ﺎ ﻣﻐِ ﺎ ﻣﻘِ ﺎ ﺧﺎِﻟﻖ ﺎ را ِﺻﺪ ﺎ وا ِﺣ ﺪ O Aide! O Grantor of wealth! O Giver to hold! O Creator! O Onlooker! O One! َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ ﺎ ﺣﺎ ِ ﺎ ﺟﺎ ِﺑ ﺮ ﺎ ﺣﺎ ِﻓﻆ ﺎ ﺷ ِﺪﺪ O Present! O Mender! O Safeguarding! O Firm (in punishment)! َ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َ ُ ﺎ ِﻏﺎث ﺎ ﻋﺎ ِﺋﺪ ﺎ ﻗﺎ ِﺾ O Aid! O Donor! O Straitening! َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ ْ ﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻋ ﻓﭑﺳﺘﻌ ٰ ﻓﺎن ِﭑﻟﻤﻨﻈ ﺮ ٱﻋ ٰ O He Who has mounted to the most elevated point, He thus !occupies َ َ َ the mostَ َ َ exaltedَ site َ ﺎ َﻣ ْﻦ ﻗ ُﺮ َب ﻓﺪﻧﺎ َو َ ُﻌ ﺪ ﻓﻨ ٰى O He Who has approached so closely that He has become the nearest of all things and, at the same time, He has been so far that He is in the furthest point, َ َ َ ﱢ َ ْ َ و ﻋِﻠﻢ ٱﻟ ﱠ و ٲﺧ ٰ and He has known the secret and even what is more hidden! َ َ ْ ْ ﱠ ْ ُ َ ُ َ َ ُ ﺎ ﻣﻦ ِإﻟ ِﻪ ٱﻟﺘﺪ ِﺑ و ﻟﻪ ٱﻟﻤﻘﺎ ِدﻳ ﺮ O He to Whom all management is relegated and to Whom all measures are referred! َ َ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ْ ٌ َ ٌ و ﺎ ﻣ ﻦ ٱﻟﻌ ِﺴ ﻋﻠ ِﻪ ﺳﻬﻞ ِﺴ O He for Whom the most difficult thing is easy and simple! َ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ُ َ ﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻫ ﻮ ﻋ ٰ ﻣﺎ ﺸﺎء ﻗ ِﺪﻳ ٌﺮ O He Who has power to do whatever He wills! َ ُ ْ َ ﱢ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ﺎ ﻣﺮ ِﺳﻞ ٱﻟﺎح ﺎ ﻓﺎِﻟﻖ ٱ ِﻹﺻﺎح ﺎ ﺎ ِﻋﺚ ٱرواح O He Who sends forth the wind! O He Who causes the dawn to break! O He Who revives the spirits! َ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ َ َ ﱠ َ َ ْ َ َ ﺎ ذ ا ٱﻟﺠﻮ ِد و ٱﻟﺴﻤﺎح ﺎ راد ﻣﺎ ﻗ ﺪ ﻓﺎت O Lord of magnanimity and lenience! O He Who has the power to restore that which has been missed! َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ﱠ َ ﺎ ﻧﺎ ِ َ ٱﻣﻮا ِت ﺎ ﺟﺎ ِﻣﻊ ٱﻟﺸﺘﺎ ِت O He Who resurrects the dead bodies! O He Who draws together the dispersal! َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ﺎ را زق ﻣﻦ ﺸﺎء ِﻐ ِﺣﺴﺎ ٍب O He Who provides sustenance to whomever He wants without measure!

There is no god save You the excellent Maker of the heavens and the earth. َ َ َ ﱢ ﺎ ِإﻟ ِ و ﺳ ِﺪي O my God and my Master, َ ﱢ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ ﺻﻞ ﻋ ٰ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ و آ ِل ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ (please do) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ َ ﱠ و ٱرﺣﻢ ﻣﺤﻤﺪا و آل ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ have mercy upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, َ َ ْ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ و ﺎ رك ﻋ ٰ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ و آ ِل ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ and send benedictions upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ﻤ ﺎ ﺻﻠﺖ و ﺎرﺖ و ر ِﺣﻤﺖ ﻋ ٰ ِإﺑﺮا ِﻫﻢ و آ ِل ِإﺑﺮا ِﻫﻢ just as You have sent blessings, had mercy, and sent benedictions upon Abraham and the Household of Abraham. ﱠ َ َ ٌ َ ٌ ِإﻧﻚ ﺣ ِﻤ ﺪ ﻣ ِﺠﺪ You are verily worthy of all praise, full of all glory. َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ْ و ٱرﺣﻢ ذ و ﻓﺎﻗِ و ﻓﻘ ﺮي Have mercy upon my humiliation, neediness, poverty, َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ و ٱﻧ ِﻔﺮا ِدي و وﺣﺪِ و ﺧﻀﻮِ ﺑ ﺪﻚ loneliness, aloneness, humbleness before You, َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ﱡ ْ َ و ٱﻋ ِﺘﻤﺎ ِدي ﻋﻠﻚ و ﺗ ِ ِإﻟﻚ reliance upon You, and submission to You. ْ ُ َ ُ َ َ َ ﱠ ٲدﻋﻮك دﻋﺎء ٱﻟﺨﺎ ِﺿ ﻊ ٱﻟﺬِﻟ ِﻞ I implore You with the imploring of the humble, the subservient, َ َ ُ ْ َ ٱﻟ ﺨﺎ ِﺷ ﻊ ٱﻟ ﺨﺎ ِﺋ ِﻒ ٱﻟ ﻤﺸ ِﻔ ِﻖ ٱﻟ ﺎ ِ ﺲ the fearful, the scared the afraid, the miserable, َ َ َ َ ٱﻟ ﻤ ِﻬ ٱﻟ ﺤ ِﻘ ٱﻟ ﺠﺎ ِﺋ ﻊ ٱﻟ ﻔ ِﻘ the modest, the insignificant,the hungry, the poor, َ ُ ْ َ ُ ﱢ َ ْ ٱﻟ ﻌﺎ ِﺋ ِﺬ ٱﻟ ﻤﺴﺘ ِﺠ ٱﻟ ﻤ ِﻘﺮ ِﺬﻧ ِ ِﻪ the seeker of Your refuge, the seeker of Your protection, the confessing of his sins, ُ ْ َ ْ ْ ُ ُ ْ َ َ ﱢ ٱﻟ ﻤﺴﺘﻐ ِﻔ ﺮ ِﻣﻨﻪ ٱﻟ ﻤﺴﺘ ِ ِﻟ ِﻪ the implorer for You to forgive his sin, and the humble to his Lord;

Bright Days (13,14,15th) ; of Rajab Aamal Night /Day ُ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ ْ ُ ﱠ ُ ُ دﻋﺎء ﻣﻦ ٲﺳﻠﻤﺘﻪ ِﺛﻘﺘﻪ و رﻓﻀﺘﻪ ٲ ِﺣﺒﺘﻪ I implore You with the imploration of one whom has been disappointed by those whom he trusts, rejected by his intimate ones, َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ ُ و ﻋﻈﻤﺖ ﻓ ِﺠﻌﺘﻪ and whose catastrophe has been enormous. ُ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ دﻋﺎء ﺣ ﺮ ٍق ﺣ ﻦ ﺿ ِﻌ ٍﻒ ﻣ ِﻬ ﺎ ِ ﺲ ﻣﺴﺘ ِ I implore You the imploration of one burning, sad, weak, mortified, depressed, wretched, َ ُ ْ َ ِﻚ ﻣﺴﺘ ِﺠ and resorting to Your shelter. ُ ﱠ َ ْ َ ﱠ َ َ ٌ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ وٲﺳﻟﻚ ِﻧﻚ ﻣِﻠﻚ O Allah, I also beseech You in the name of Your being the King, َ ﱠ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ ْ َ ُ وٲﻧﻚ ﻣﺎ ﺸﺎء ِﻣﻦ ٲﻣ ﺮ ﻮن whatever You will shall definitely take place, َ ﱠ َ َ َ َ َ ُ َ وٲﻧﻚ ﻋ ٰ ﻣﺎ ﺸﺎء ﻗ ِﺪﻳ ٌﺮ and You have power over all things. َ ْ َ ُ ْ َ ٰ َ ﱠ ْ َ َ وٲﺳﻟﻚ ِﺤﺮﻣ ِﺔ ﻫﺬا ٱﻟﺸﻬ ﺮ ٱﻟﺤﺮاِم I beseech You in the name of the holiness of this sacred month, َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ﱡ َ َ َ و ٱﻟﺒ ِﺖ ٱﻟﺤﺮاِم و ٱﻟﻠ ِ ﺪ ٱﻟﺤﺮاِم و ٱﻟﺮ ﻦ و ٱﻟﻤﻘﺎِم the Sacred House, the Sacred Town, the Rukn (i.e. the corner of the Holy Ka`bah), the Maq¡m (i.e. the standing - place of Prophet Abraham), َ َ َ وٱﻟﻤﺸﺎ ِﻋ ﺮ ٱﻟ ِﻌﻈﺎِم the great rituals, َ َ ﱢ َ ﱢ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ْ َ ﱠ َ ُ و ِﺤﻖ ﻧ ِﻚ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍ ﺪ ﻋﻠ ِﻪ و آِﻟ ِﻪ ٱﻟﺴم and in the name of Your Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his Household. َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ﺎ ﻣﻦ وﻫﺐ ِﻵدم ﺷﺜ ﺎ و ِﻹﺑﺮا ِﻫﻢ ِإ ﺳﻤﺎ ِﻋﻞ و ِإﺳﺤﺎق O He Who gave Shayth to Adam, and gave Ishmael and Isaac to Abraham! ﱠ َ ُ َوَ ﺎ َﻣ ْﻦ َر د ُﻳﻮ ُﺳ َﻒ ﻋ ٰ َ ْﻌﻘﻮ َب O He Who returned Joseph to Jacob! َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ ﱡ ْ َ وﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺸﻒ ﻌ ﺪ ٱﻟﻼِء ﱠ ٲﻳﻮب O He Who relieved Job from his harm after long hardships! َ َ ﱠ ُ َ َ ﱢ َ َ َ ْ ﺎ را د ﻣﻮ ٰ ﻋ ٰ ٲﻣ ِﻪ و زا ِﺋ ﺪ ٱﻟ ِﺨ ِ ِﻋﻠ ِﻤ ِﻪ O He Who returned Moses to his mother! O He Who increased al - Kha¤ir knowledge! َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ُ َ ُ ْ َ َ وﺎ ﻣﻦ وﻫﺐ ِﻟﺪاوو د ﺳﻠﻤﺎن O He Who gave Solomon to David, َ َ ﱠ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ و ِﻟﺰ ﺎ ﺤ ٰ و ِﻟﻤﻢ ِﻋ ٰ gave Jonah to Zachariah, and gave Jesus to Mary! َ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ﱢ ُ َ ﺎ ﺣﺎ ِﻓﻆ ِﺑ ِﺖ ﺷﻌ ٍﺐ وﺎ ﺎ ِﻓﻞ وﻟ ِﺪ ٲم ﻣﻮ ٰ O He Who safeguarded the daughter of Shu`ayb! O He Who cared for the son of the mother of Moses!

ْ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ ُ َ ﱠ َ ُ َ ﱠ ٲﺳﻟﻚ ٲن ﺗﺼ ﻋ ٰ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ و آ ِل ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ I beseech You to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ ُ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ وٲن ﺗﻐ ِﻔ ﺮ ِ ذﻧﻮِ ﻠﻬ ﺎ و ﺗ ِﺠ ِ ِﻣﻦ ﻋﺬا ِﻚ forgive my all sins, save me from Your chastisement, َ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ و ﺗﻮ ِﺟﺐ ِ رﺿﻮاﻧﻚ و ٲﻣﺎﻧﻚ and confer upon me with Your pleasure and security َ ْ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ وِﺣﺴﺎﻧﻚ وﻏﻔﺮاﻧﻚ و ِﺟﻨﺎﻧﻚ and with Your favoring, forgiveness, and gardens of Your Paradise. َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ ﱠ َ ﱢ ﱠ َ َ وٲﺳﻟﻚ ٲن ﺗﻔﻚ ﻋ ﻞ ﺣﻠﻘ ٍﺔ I ask You to redeem me from all circles of misfortune َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ ُ ْ ﺑﻴِ و ﻣﻦ ﻳﺆ ِذﻳِ that are drawn around those who intend harm to me and me, َ َ ْ َ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ ﱢ َ ﱠ َ ْ و ﺗﻔﺘﺢ ِ ﻞ ﺎ ٍب و ﺗﻠ ِ ﻞ ﺻﻌ ٍﺐ unlock for me all doors, make easy for me all hardships, َ ُ َ ﱢ َ ﱠ َ و ﺴﻬﻞ ِ ﻞ ﻋ ِﺴ alleviate for me all difficult matters, َ ُ ْ َ َ ﱢ ﱠ َ َ ﱟ و ﺗﺨ ﺮس ﻋ ﻞ ﻧﺎ ِﻃ ٍﻖ ِ mute all those who speak ill of me, َ َ ﱠ َ ﱢ ﱠ َ و ﺗﻒ ﻋ ﻞ ﺎغ defend me against all oppressors, َ َ َ َ ﱢ ﱠ َ ُ ﱟ َ َ و ﺗ ِﺖ ﻋ ﻞ ﻋﺪو ِ و ﺣﺎ ِﺳ ٍﺪ suppress all my enemies and envious ones, َ َ ْ َ َ ﱢ ﱠ وﺗﻤﻨﻊ ِﻣ ﻞ ﻇﺎِﻟ ٍﻢ protect me against all unjust ones, َ َ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ ُ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ وﺗ ِﻔﻴِ ﻞ ﻋﺎ ِﺋ ٍﻖ ﺤﻮل ﺑﻴِ و ﺑ ﺣﺎﺟِ and rescue me from all impediments that lie between my needs and me, َ ُ َ ُ ْ ُ َ ﱢ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ وﺤﺎ ول ٲن ﻔﺮق ﺑﻴِ و ﺑ ﻃﺎﻋ ِﺘﻚ try to take me away from acts of obedience to You, َ ُ َ ﱢ َ َ ْ َ َ َ و ﻳﻄِ ﻋﻦ ِﻋﺎد ِﺗﻚ and try to frustrate me from serving You. َ َ ْ َ َ ﱠ ُ َ َ ﱢ َ ﺎ ﻣﻦ ٲﻟﺠﻢ ٱﻟ ِﺠﻦ ٱﻟﻤﺘﻤﺮِدﻳﻦ O He Who has bridled all mutinous jinn, َ َ َ َ ُ َ َ ﱠ َ َ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ َ َ ﱢ َ و ﻗﻬﺮ ﻋﺘﺎة ٱﻟﺸﺎ ِﻃ و ٲذل رﻗﺎب ٱﻟﻤﺘﺠ ﻦ overcome all tyrannical devils, mortified the necks of the oppressors, َ َ ﱠ ْ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ ْ َ َ ورد ﻛ ﺪ ٱﻟﻤﺴﻠ ِﻄ ﻋ ﻦ ٱﻟﻤﺴﺘﻀﻌ ِﻔ and deterred all the ruling authorities from harming the enfeebled ones! ْ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ ُ ٲﺳﻟﻚ ِﻘﺪرِﺗﻚ ﻋ ٰ ﻣ ﺎ ﺸﺎء I beseech You in the name of Your power over all things َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ُ و ﺴ ِﻬ ِﻠﻚ ِﻟﻤ ﺎ ﺸﺎء ﻛﻒ ﺸﺎء and Your alleviating whatever You will however You will,

Bright Days (13,14,15th) ; of Rajab Aamal Night /Day ْ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ُ ٲن ﺗﺠﻌﻞ ﻗﻀﺎء ﺣﺎﺟِ ِﻓﻤ ﺎ ﺸﺎء to grant my requests as You will.

Then, you may prostrate yourself and try to stick your cheeks to the ground, saying the following: ُ ﱠ َ َ ْ ُ َ َ ْ ُ اﻟﻠﮭﻢ ﻟ ﺳﺠﺪت، و ِﮏ آﻣﻨﺖ، O Allah, I am prostrating myself before You and I have full faith in You; َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ ْ ﻓﺎرﺣﻢ ذ و ﻓﺎﻗِ و اﺟ ِﺘﮩﺎ ِدی so, (please) have mercy upon my humility, neediness, َ َ َ ﱡ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ ﱢ و ﺗ ِ و ﻣﺴﮑﻨِ و ﻓﻘ ﺮی إﻟ ﺎ رب۔ efforts, meekness, paucity, and my want to You, O my Lord.

You should try to shed even a single drop of tear, for this is the signal of admission.
