Notification of Claim April 2013 KOSOVO PROPERTY AGENCY AGJENCIA KOSOVARE E PRONËS KOSOVSKA AGENCIJA ZA IMOVINU April 2013 Notification of Claim You are hereby legally notified that a property right claim has been sumbitted pursuant to section 9.1 of UNMIK Regulation 2006/50 as amended by the Assembly of Kosovo Law No. 03/L-079 for the property:: You have the right to contest the claim and participate in the proceedings relating to the claim. If you so wish, under Section 10.2 of UN- MIK Regulation 2006/50 as amended by the Assembly of Kosovo Law No. 03/L-079 you are obliged to deliver the attached Notice of Participation form to a KPA office within 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of this notice. If you do not respond within this statutory dead- line, the KPA or the KPCC may issue an order that may affect your potential rights to the said property without any further notice. Upon delivery of the Notice of Participation, you must make an appointment for an interview with a KPA official to prepare the reply to the claim; or complete the relevant part(s) of the Notice of Participation; or file a reply yourself within 30 (thirty) days. If you are renting this property, you must inform your landlord immediately of this claim. This notice applies to you as the current occupant; to all other persons living in or on the property; and to any other person with a legal interest in the property IMPORTANT! Based on a recent Memorandum of Understanding with the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA), the KPA has as of September 2009 been provided with access to the cadastral information from the KCA. Following review of this data, it has been established that some property claims are wrongly notified. If you believe you have a legal interest in any of the claimed properties listed in the attachment, you must contact Kosovo Property Agency as soon as possible and within 30 days of the date the claim was published. Pursuant to Section 10.1 and 10.2 of UNMIK Regulation 2006/50 amended by the Assembly of Kosovo Law No. 03/L-079, you have the (a) right to participate in the claim if you have a legal interest in the property. If you do not respond within the statutory 30 days deadline mentioned above, the KPA or the KPCC may issue an order that may affect your rights to the claimed property without any further notice. If you have already received a written notification from the KPA that a claim has been submitted for the property you are currently using and the same is listed below, we kindly request you to approach the nearest KPA Office within 30 days to make an appointment to confirm if you are responding to the correct claim, and if this is not the case, if you wish to withdraw your response to the claim or respond to other property claims made with the KPA. THE DEFINITION OF TRAFFICKING: THE UN CONVENTION ON TRANSNATIONAL CRIME (THE PALERMO CONVENTION) ADOPTED BY THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 15 NOVEMBER 2000: “Trafficking in persons means the recruitment, transportation, harbouring or receipt of persons either by threat or use of kidnapping, force, fraud, deception or coercion or by the giving or receiving of unlawful payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person for the purposes of sexual exploitation or forced labour” The report is by Daniel Renton (with assistance from local staff) It is often difficult to establish the age of victims, so while the focus is on children, the report also refers to women and children. The bulk of the research concerns victims trafficked for prostitution to Italy. The situation in Greece, with regards to trafficking for prostitution has not been researched. 2 A TRAFFICKING STORY In December 1998, a fifteen year old schoolgirl, Marjana Lleshi from Fushe Arrez in the north of Albania fell in love with XG. He promised to marry her and take her to Italy to start a new life. Although she didn’t want to go, he and his older brother persuaded her and another girl from Shkodra, to take a speedboat to Italy. When they arrived they were told that the marriage plans were over. Instead both of them were forced to become prostitutes. Meanwhile her sister, Klodeta, who’s a few years older, was abducted by neighbours in Fushe Arrez and taken to become a prostitute in Belgium.

Inspektorët e Sigurisë Ushqimore në Drejtoritë Rajonale të Bujqësisë, Ushqimit dhe Mbrojtjes së Konsumatorit të inspektojnë dhe të vlerësojnë të gjitha stabilimentet të listuara në Shtojcën 1 bashkëlidhur këtij Urdhëri. Lista e stabilimenteve të Shtojcës 1 përditësohet nga Drejtoria e Sigurisë Ushqimore dhe Mbrojtjes së Konsumatorit. Vlerësimi i stabilimenteve të kryhet sipas listave të kontrollit për mishin, peshkun dhe qumështin dhënë në Shtojcën 2 bashkëlidhur këtij Urdhëri. 2. Pas inspektimit, inspektorët të bëjnë vlerësimin për çdo stabiliment në lidhje me përmbushjen ose jo të kërkesave strukturore bazuar ne listën e kontrollit. Terms used in this Law shall have the following meaning: 1.1. Budget of Republic of Kosovo - the legally authorized amount that is made available for expenditure from the Kosovo Fund for a specific program or purpose or, where a specific purpose is not identified, for an expenditure category of a Budget Organization, as foreseen in this Law on the Budget of Republic of Kosovo. 1.2. Allowances - the supplementary payment taken in consideration for: 1.2.1. specific work assignments with special responsibilities; 1.2.2. work assignments which are hazardous; and 1 1.2.3. night work that is not paid as overtime. 1.3. Balances - the amounts of unexpended commitments, unallocated budgetary appropriation, uncommitted allocations and any revenues of a sum larger than the sum of expenditures and unexpended commitments carried forward from the previous Fiscal Year; 1.4. Budgetary Organizations - all Ministries, Municipalities or Agencies which receive budgetary appropriation from the Kosovo Fund under this Law on the Budget of Republic of Kosovo. 1.5.
