I Nicholas Lyndley of Farreley (Farnley), Gent, in consideration That Samuell Lyndley, my youngest Son, his heirs etc. shall paie all my debts etc. etc...and for natural love and affection I have towards him etc. etc...and for corroborating my last will.....have given and confirm to him...close, or closes, "The Eastwoods", 40 acres in South Duffield, now or late in tenure Wm. Duffield, and parcels of ground "Bogspring" and "Westwood" and certain meadow ground containing 7-^A within the Ings at S. It is also found that Edward Southwell Esq, who was son and heir of Edward Southwell Esq by ffrances, sister of Wm.
