Bloom, Chairman Constitution Party of Virginia, (CPV) [email protected], (757)232-5999 SUBJECT: THE PARTY OF COWARDS IS NOW THE PARTY OF TRAITORS The Chairman of the Constitution Party of Virginia, John Bloom issues the following statement in regard to the Newsweek Article about a Poll in which 45% of Republican Voters support storming the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021: “I am not surprised about that Poll and whole heartedly agree with it. When I left the Republican Party I expected it not only to be a subsidiary of Trump Incorporated comprised mostly of members of the Trump Cult and would become the PARTY OF COWARDS which it has become for most of Donald Trump’s Presidency, NOW it has become the Party of TRAITORS in that 45% of Republicans support committing an act of TREASON in their support of storming the Capitol. As for the Republican Members of Congress from Virginia, the DISHONABLE Rob Wittman, the DISHONABLE Ben Cline, the DISHONABLE Bob Good and the DISHONABLE Morgan Griffith that OBJECTED to the counting of votes, they should ALL be INPEACHED and REMOVED from office and never permitted to run for any public office. They all violated their Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States as the 12th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States does not allow any member of Congress to Object to the counting of votes. Their involvement in creating an illusion to the UNDER- EDUCATED Trump Supporters, that Vice –President Mike Pence had authority to intervene in the vote count on Donald Trump’s behalf, which led some of these Trumplicans that stormed the Capitol to shouts of “HANG MIKE PENCE”. I would say all the need to do is READ the Constitution of the United States, but I am not sure many TRUMPLICANS can read” All those involved in this CHARADE were responsible for drawing the MOB to DC and when they realized that the electoral vote could not be reversed, charged the Capitol, resulting in the death of five people, including the death of two Capitol. If these members of Congress did not draw the MOB to the Capitol, the Capitol would not have been stormed and these four people would still be alive. In addition to this ALL of them should be charged with Involuntary MANSLAUTER and TREASON. I ask the 55% of Republicans in Virginia that do not support the storming of the Capitol to leave the Party of TRAITORS and join the Party of the CONSTITUTION in Virginia. I received this message from a fellow resident of Newport News: “I think after this whole election debacle and the cowardice of various inept Republicans in Congress, I think I am shedding my affiliation once and for all from the Republican Party and want to join the CP of Virginia. Let me know how I can be of help.” I know that there are thousands of people just like this individual. He knew who to call to get involved in an effort to save America’s Constitution Republic against its enemies, including TRUMPLICANS and Bernie Sanders Democrats. What he can do to help, is to build the Constitution Party of Virginia, starting in our City of Newport News. I will be meeting with him at Noon at the Sopranos Restaurant near Christopher Newport University and I invite students and faculty, especially CNU President and former Senator under President Reagan, Paul Trible to meet me there and help build a constitutional alternative to the Party of Traitors. I will be handing out Pocket Constitutions to all as long as my supplies last. This invitation is extended to the Press. I plan on traveling across this Commonwealth to any news organization interested in interviewing me either in live in person or via Zoom for an interview this weekend. Duke Energy and Boeing are also on this list despite these entity’s public declarations in January aimed at their customers and shareholders that were pausing all donations for a period of time, including those to members that voted against certifying the election. The leaders, companies and trade groups associated with these PACs should have to answer for their support of lawmakers whose votes that fueled the violence and sedition we saw on January 6. These Executive Orders, as well as recent actions taken by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will weaken the integrity of our immigration system and encourage aliens to make the dangerous journey to our southern border and attempt to enter the United States illegally. The decision to halt construction of the border wall system, the decision to suspend enrolling aliens in the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), and the attempt to suspend deportations all send a message to aliens that the Biden Administration is not serious about border security or enforcing our immigration laws. These actions, coupled with Democrats’ repeated talk of amnesty, will be a magnet for illegal immigration and will encourage aliens to place their safety in the hands of criminal organizations to try to reach the United States. This is not good for the aliens or the United States. We urge you to resist the calls of the open borders advocates and to continue to enforce the immigration laws passed by Congress, continue MPP and the Asylum Cooperative Agreements, and resume construction of the border wall system. We hope that as you examine the policies that were enacted by the Trump Administration in an impartial manner you will come to realize the wisdom behind the policies and will work to refine them when necessary instead of rescinding them and returning to policies of open borders and catch and release.

    ANTI-SCIENCE CLIMATE DENIER CAUCUS Climate change is happening, and humans are the cause. But a shocking number of congressional Republicans—more than 55 percent—refuse to accept it. One hundred and fifty-seven elected representatives from the 113th Congress have taken more than $51 million from the fossil-fuel industry, which is the driving force behind the carbon emissions that cause climate change. These representatives deny what more than 97 percent of climate scientists say is happening: Current human activity creates the greenhouse gas emissions that trap heat within the atmosphere and cause climate change. And their constituents are paying the price, with Americans across the nation suffering 368 climate-related national disaster declarations since 2011. There were 25 extreme weather events that each caused at least $1 billion in damage since 2011, including Superstorm Sandy and overwhelming drought that has covered almost the entire western half of the United States. Combined, these extreme weather events were responsible for 1,107 fatalities and up to $188 billion in economic damages. VIRGINIA We have a moral obligation to act on climate change to protect our future generations. Despite the overwhelming scientific consensus and high costs to taxpayers, Virginia has seven resident deniers who have taken $1,265,624 in career dirty energy contributions. In comparison, the remaining six members of the Virginia congressional delegation have only taken $304,532. The state has suffered eight climate-related disaster declarations since 2011, and parts of the state are already suffering from the impacts of sea-level rise. The work the Commission has done, including the Keep Americans Connected pledge and the COVID-19 Telehealth Program, are important steps to address the need for connectivity as people are now required to learn, work, and access healthcare remotely. In addition to these efforts, we urge you to continue the important, ongoing work to close the digital divide through all means available, including by finalizing rules to enable the nationwide use of television white spaces (TVWS). The COVID-19 pandemic has illuminated the consequences of the remaining digital divide: many Americans in urban, suburban, and rural areas still lack access to a reliable internet connection when they need it most. Even before the pandemic broadband access challenges have put many of our constituents at a disadvantage for education, work, and healthcare. Stay-at-home orders and enforced social distancing intensify both the problems they face and the need for cost- effective broadband delivery models. The unique characteristics of TVWS spectrum make this technology an important tool for bridging the digital divide. It allows for better coverage with signals traveling further, penetrating trees and mountains better than other spectrum bands. Under your leadership, the FCC has taken significant bipartisan steps toward enabling the nationwide deployment of TVWS, including by unanimously adopting the February 2020 notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM), which makes several proposals that we support.

If awarded, the funds will help increase safety, improve efficiency, and increase the reliability of the movement of goods. We ask for your full and fair consideration. The Port of Virginia is one of the Commonwealth's most powerful economic engines. On an annual basis, the Port is responsible for nearly 400,000 jobs and $92 billion in spending across our Commonwealth and generates 7.5% of our Gross State Product. The Port of Virginia serves as a catalyst for commerce throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and beyond. To expand its commercial impact, the Port seeks to use this funding to optimize its central rail yard at NIT. The Port's arrival and departure of cargo by rails is the largest of any port on the East Coast, and the proposed optimization will involve the construction of two new rail bundles containing four tracks each for a total of more than 10,000 additional feet of working track. This project will improve efficiency, allow more cargo to move through the facility, improve the safety of operation, remove more trucks from the highways, and generate additional economic development throughout the region.
