LONGHORN BEEF FOR SALE Farm Shop OPEN Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm Great Berwick Organics specialise in rearing English Longhorn cattle and producing some of the finest, most flavoursome, tender, organic, pasture fed beef in the country. Our cattle graze the organic meadows on the banks of the , just upstream from Shrewsbury. Happy and con- tent in their relaxed, stress free surroundings, they mature slowly and naturally under our care. Using our own cold room we hang the quartered carcase on the bone for 35 days. This dry aging allows the meat to develop a rich dark colour, with a fantastic depth of flavour. As well as having a good outer layer of fat, there is marbling throughout the meat. We believe wholeheartedly in how we farm, how we butcher, how we prepare and how we offer the very best British Beef.

We sell everything from cheek to tail. So you can choose from a full range of roasting joints, steaks, slow cook cuts, beef pies or mixed boxes. For full details visit www.longhornbeef.co.uk Sam and Claire Barker Great Berwick Farm Berwick Road SY4 3HS, tel: 01743 351939.
