Indiana’s Premiere Indoor Golf Training Facility Opens

Unique facility caters to public demand for year-round recreation.

The Golf Club of Indiana located in Whitestown, Indiana opens Indiana’s premiere indoor golf training center, Golf Pro-Formance Academy.The state-of-the art, 6,000 square foot building includes ten heated indoor hitting bays integrated with the latest golf technology of FlightScope (the most comprehensive and completely wireless teaching software) and SAM PuttLab (provides scientifically precise feedback on all relevant parameters of their putting stroke). In addition to club fitting and lessons, the facility provides a free putting green with free wi-fi, meeting areas, a full bar, snack bar along with ten big screen televisions.

Golf Pro-Formance Academy is open daily to the public with season passes available. Callaway, Ping,Taylor Made and Titleist support this facility with providing the latest golf equipment available for golf lovers everywhere.

Tony Day, Director of Instruction at the Golf Pro-Formance Academy won Indiana’s PGA Teacher of the Year. Jeff Rubenstein, Director of Golf Club of Indiana says,“We are beyond excited about the caliber of our teaching staff, equipment, and software this facility brings to the community.There is nothing like this within the State of Indiana and in doing research, I did not find anything available to the public on this level in the U.S.. We hope this will encourage the public to continue golf training throughout the year and enjoy the amenities we can offer.” Rubenstein is encouraged that the facility is multi-use for instruction, recreation, family outings, parties and corporate team building.

The Academy is open seven days a week with typical hours of 9:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m. with extended hours for specific sporting events and special events.
