Our Full Swing Golf simulators are used by Jordan Spieth, Tiger Woods, Hunter Mahan, Bill Haas, Mark Wilson, Patrick Reed and Ian Poulter along with 2500 other world leaders of business, politics, athletics, and entertainment. Our industry-leading, patented ball-tracking technology utilizing both infrared light and ballistic high- speed cameras combined with our high-definition, lifelike graphics provide the most realistic and reliable indoor golf experience available today. 2016-17 MEMBERSHIP POLICIES AND CLUB ETIQUETTE
Term and Fees:
All membership terms are for the period November 1st to April 30th. We cannot prorate the cost of membership applications activated after November 1st. Memberships may be subject to a processing fee.
Reservations:
Our Full, Limited and Select Golf Members enjoy a 10 day advanced booking privilege. The online booking page allows 7 day advanced booking only. To book more than 7 days, these members are asked to simply call the club and speak to a staff member.
Time Management:
We recommend booking 1 hour per player to complete 18 holes. Some conditions may impede the ability of a group to complete their round on time – players shooting higher scores, delays in players executing their next shots, etc. Our staff can make certain programming modifications to speed play, ask a staff member for advice on this issue. Ultimately, you are responsible for completing your round within the time booked. If a group is not waiting for your sim, you make book additional blocks of time in half hour segments.
No Charge Simulator Time:
Certain procedural guidelines must be followed for Members that qualify for no charge simulator time. This time may be used on either a Traditional or Widescreen simulator. Guests and other members playing in the same group must book time separately from Member time. Only one no charge simulator time may be used on the same day. Select Golf Members may use no charge time between Monday – Friday only. Limited Golf Members may not use no charge time on Saturdays. Full Golf Members may use no charge simulator time any day of the week.

Discounted Simulator Time:
This section references Full, Limited and Tour Golf Memberships. These members are entitled to simulator time at a 50% discount. Full and Limited Golf Members may use this discount for simulator rentals any day or time of the week. Tour Golf Members may only use this discount for the Wed Tour Event. If the Event night is completely booked, a Tour Golf Member may use the discount at any other time during that Event week.
Exclusive Club Events: From time to time our clubs will host events that are for the exclusive enjoyment of Members. For example, this season, we will invite a limited number of Full Golf Members on a first come, first served basis to enjoy free golf during a video shoot for our website. Stay tuned for more event notices.
Outside Food & Beverage: For the benefit and enjoyment of our members and guests, we have invested, in food and beverage preparation appliances, dispensing equipment, staff training, certification, etc. We hope this effort, on our behalf, adds to the enjoyment of your golf experience. It is for this reason and in the case of alcohol consumption, for legal reasons, that we cannot allow any outside food or beverages brought onto the premises. Expulsion and/or suspension of club privileges may result for not adhering to this policy.
Cancellation: Cancellation of a Full or Limited Golf Membership is subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellation of a Tour Golf Membership is subject to a $25.00 processing fee. The member must provide a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt and processing of the written request, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (calendar month). A refund equivalent to the pro-rated amount of the membership fee only (not including processing fees) will be issued by cheque within 14 days. Select Golf Memberships do not contain a cancellation provision.
Patron Enjoyment: Members and their guests are expected to respect the facility enjoyment of other members and guests. It is also imperative to respect the staff members and the authority granted to them at all times. Failure to do so, may result in temporary expulsion from the club, suspension of, or termination of this membership. A membership termination is subject to the same terms as a membership cancellation.
